    @ClareONeilMP It is in the public realm...once that happens it can never go back to being private again...how do you, Optus and Medibank not understand that?

    @Anthony_Klan Optus demonstrating that their secondary cyber defence “PR defence”. It activated to deflect criticism, shield senior management and stop leaks. Appears it hasn’t stopped bad news getting out. Hopefully this will be the crisis we need to tighten up.

    @neilw101 @redruby17 @Optus Just stay away from Telstra. I thought Optus were bad until I changed a couple of months ago. Was forced to make my first complaint to an Ombudsman about Telstra.

    @Optus Hi Robyn, no offence but after speaking with the general team, no one is authorised to make any compensation or offer a resolution other than constant "you will be called". 10 days after complaint, still no call.

    @Optus you would think after the recent security hack, Optus would up their game and look after their customers so they dont go to another provider. Worst customer service ever by far.

    Here we are, about to experience a major flood, we will be isolated for days, and my @Optus service has failed. ETA to fix the cell tower? In 5 days! Not good enough #Optus 😡😡😡

    @MichaelSmyth_ @Optus Mate, I've spent hours this week trying to get a direct debit issue sorted, it's hopeless. Their app is broken too.
