Anyone else affected by the #Optusbreach think we deserve a couple of months free service for this debacle? I've spent HOURS of my precious time on hold to various institutions due to this, & believe my time should be compensated for. It's the LEAST they can do! @Optus

@strangerous10 Dreyfus said he expects them to be made public shortly. On a number of levels the @AlboPM Government is clearly very active behind the scenes successfully forcing change. This release, the decision by Optus to bear the cost of new passports, & many others support this view.

@ichimikichiki @AnnastaciaMP @TMRQld Once you get your new CRN, your old CRN will no longer be valid ( cant auth with it). Also you will need the breach notice emailed to you from optus to receive a new CRN (cant just say "optus hack") What nightmare? I see no issue with getting a new CRN?

@Optus You would think in your current predicament you would provide more support and improved customer service. I supposed my expectations were to high. This is after completing the MFA.
