@Optus all good we have found out why. basically you updated the network that was THE REASON all of sudden we lost connection.

@Optus I know that, but it’s very inconvenient. The fact that your organisation actually failed to renew the certificate provides me little confidence. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with your email service.
