@troyhunt Both Optus being difficult to contact and TMR requiring the document from Optus or go see the police isn’t good enough and weakens the ability for the person affected to rectify. For those that have a My qld gov logIn should be able to request a new license online.

@Optus hey! WTF!!! When are you going to tell me what data of mine was leaked??? What is the point of telling me I was affected and then do and say nothing??? Crap communication just makes it worse.

@9NewsAUS @ElizaEdNews No surprise optus got hacked. My service stopped working a week after landing in USA, despite being told where I was, optus insisted I go to my nearest optus store to get a new SIM.... .

@Optus Well Optus sad to say but too many **** ups from you and the latest one has to be the worst, I think you are about to lose thousands of customers..thanks for coming and lock the door on your way out, we don't want anything getting out now, do we?
