An Ursalink LTE/4G SMS remote controller (Quectel EC21-AU inside it, Dodo SIM) has been working for a year - now dead. Hardware looks fine. Replaced it, new controller isn’t registering on network reliably either? Have Optus changed something on their network that has broken it?

@Optus Hey Optus, seems I was finally connected to someone to ‘help’ overnight, but in the meantime my issue had resolved. However today on 2 occasions I had agents connected that haven’t responded to further requests. You have a systematic customer service issue and I’m porting!

@Optus I’m overseas trying to access roaming / data with no luck for one week. Have spoken to at least 4 customer service reps - Luis, Jason, Ronmarc (Jason’s supervisor) & now Neil (who is asking me the same questions all over again). I can’t make calls or send texts or use data

@BelindaJones68 After 30 years in IT? ANZ outsourced programming to India-they screwed it up-ANZ tried to get the old boys back and they told ANZ to stuff it! Quite right too! Telstra Optus, AGL, ORIGIN etc - FOREIGN CALL CENTRES! I just hang up on them and don't pay the bill! Then they call me!
