@Optus had slow nbn speed for about a week ~45mbps download and ONLY ~0.5mbps UPLOAD you can play anything online ping is past 300. cant upload work and today tried to upload a 1.5mb file and it failed. cant voice call on discord i dont even want to try video calling. please fix,

so it seems @Telstra has closed it customer service centers - you have to try and problem solve with them through a dodgy messaging service that they sometimes reply to Its making @Optus or anyone else look appealing

@Optus why is it so hard to get some help? I have NBN and want to add VoIP to it. Nobody knows what to do and how to help. Your telephone support keeps hanging up on me. Your store staff say they can't help. What's going on??

@Telstra hi Telstra! Just wanted to let you know you’re Hornsby store contains the most disengaged, poor customer service I’ve ever received as a customer - of anything. On a positive note - there was an @Optus store in Westfield Hornsby 4 doors down! Another phone changed.

@Optus Mobile Service has now been down for over 42 hours in Broome. Would be so nice if Optus could issue an occasional update rather than a static "broken" message.
