    Ok I use Optus sport here in ox to watch my premier league football and team MUTD ! I do t what it is put whoever’s is commenting or commentating obviously don’t like the MUTD ! It such a load of garbage ! Too reliant on rashy ! What bollocks

    @goldroses8 Exactly, it's like all the other recent cyber hacks with Optus and Medibank - they should not keep your records on file once you submit an application, especially if you're not even a customer anymore.

    @Optus Optus claims that they will not restrict interest use when you get a payment extension but they have THROTTLED my internet and it is unusable. Been on chatt for 1 hour with no solution and won't put me onto supervisor despite repeated rsquests

    @Optus No issue with my address. Other suppliers sites get it right. Your testers should already have samples of addresses that match the case of "eligible to upgrade from FTTC to FTTH" without me having to supply private information.

    trying to renew an optus data card and their app doesn't want to play. Seems a bit odd to block renewals on a live SIM card from the device with not useful network error message. Assume data breach related

    Wanted advise on what to do about phone. Was told i was a liar and did not purchase phone at that store told to get out in a screaming voice by manager. Very poor service u have lost a long term customer. Went to optus because telstra had monopoly Dont shop at Norlunga optus.
