    @Optus How hard is it for customer service reps to remove a service from an account? 3rd month iv been charged for something that was meant to be resolved last month. First i was told Optus Sports was free with NBN then i get told its free with mobile. Unacceptable behaviour.

    I the FIRST ORDER PLACED yet not dispatched yet? And how do every agent I speak to have different things to say about dispatch dates?? So which is it? I’m so sick of the lies, mis information, and bad treatment by Optus with my newest contract renewal!

    @CatmanForever @HumanHeadline Just some food for thought, my main phone is a basic non-smartphone. No gps, FM radio, and the hardest txt system ever lol, it’s never had any scam attacks - yet my new smartphone through Optus has been bombarded & I got a new number issued. 🤔 Might b a smartphone problem 😧

    I’m in an Optus live chat. It started 15 minutes ago. So far he asked my name, I said Brodie, he said thanks for being a customer for over 10 years, I said no problems…. And now there’s been silence for 10 minutes. This is going about as well as my in person chats.

    @Optus The icing on the cake that i got is they blocked me from raising any cases on the app. Can you please JUSTIFY your support team’s actions. I guess if u can’t solve a problem. Block the customer requesting a resolution. - That seems to be the new tagline

    It seems like the only thing that will ever get me my old RuneScape account back is lodging a support ticket from the IP address I had from Optus back in high school, which I don’t even remember but is definitely not a block I’ve seen available to NBN connections 🤔

    @CalmWithinCrazy Same happened to me at Optus Stadium in Perth, however what you do is obtain a stadium card (for no cost) at the venue and load it with cash. This is then used at the hospitality outlets. Speeds up service and counters cash theft.

    Just had another spam call, this one from +6478525455 from which I understand is a NZ area code. I have blocked the number but this is getting out of control, what can you do to help @Optus
