@neildsmall @Optus @RunnerSA18 Assume if you have EVER been an Optus customer that your data has been breached. People who were customers 10+ years ago are being notified that their ID docs were still on file and they have been breached.

@kelseyvh @Optus We had to ring Optus to get our free of charge dongle filled for the second time after drop outs since the 24th September that make working from home and travel bookings a nightmare. Apparently its the NBN that is at fault for our Glen Waverley based problem.

@SassFred @ClareONeilMP @billshortenmp Wat a joke..sons phone hasn't stopped ringing in scammer requests...some computer generated..sum by persons..heaps of emails..and heaps of persons portraying there from finance houses..and legal firms...its a bad joke ...only 1 from optus...where are they???

@dave_it @Optus @Rita_Saffioti I think they mean the size 6 font number located on the right hand side of the back of your license. I’ve never ever been asked to supply this number.

@Optus so our data was breached, taken and you claim your "supporting us" how exactly? By doing nothing. Best support is maybe front the bills or something. If someone makes identity based off us, we will be suing you. Might be leaving you as well as you can't protect our data!
