    @Optus our nbn connection is down at the moment because the cable out on the street has been damaged. How on earth can we get in contact with you to advise??? Been trying for the last hour to contact someone with no luck

    @FulhamishPod Actually very poor. The service has often been unreliable. Here in Oz we had PL for free (with an Optus service) so the relegation has a very real cost. Maybe Tony Khan will fund our subscription to make up for the debacle of a season…

    @Optus Finally spoke to @optus human. Told to expect callback within 1 hour. >4hr later, call back said they'd check. I insisted on verification email as ref for future complaint. Received text with incorrect problem cited. Good luck IT with incorrect info. 6 hours of my life wasted
