@Muted79 @StanSportAU Been the same issues all season. The mixing of sound is really poor. The only improvement they've made is their highlights. I don't remember optus sport ever being this poor and I've used them since their origin

@JimRHoughton @Optus Vodafone is one of the worse companies in the industry, customer service none existent, miss selling is common, we have been through hell and back with them, resulting in us taking them the the industry regulator, we also plan to request our MP raises our issues in parliament.

@optus I've been locked out of my banking, spent an hour on the phone to my bank, through 3 levels of security, to be told you're having problems sending out our authentication text messages and you tweeted at 4pm about it? When will it be fixed??

@Dhal49 @StanSportAU In this case, the fault was mine, my headphones were gone. GIve them time, remember how bad optus was when they started their football coverage. Hell, they had to hand half their world cup matches to SBS.

optus keep sending me emails inviting me to change my mobile phone plan because I've had the same legacy plan for years and I only pay $30 a month, it rules, I WILL NEVER CHANGE MY PLAN, NEVER!!!

@Frank61pc oh, total of 12 hours on hold/ going in circles with optus after moving house some years ago - a nightmare, but without the abuse telstra people sometimes dish out (a very small plus) so hopefully, an “intermediary” re-packaging one of the big 2 and offering real service
