@Optus It is finally resolved. Message was made through vodaphone internet to find out why Optus internet was not working after showing I had full bars.

@Optus it's not just today, it's been like this for a while now, I have complained about it numerous times and all I got offered was to cancel my plan by support, send technical support to do a test and soon they will see what we are going through

I had a customer upset because our tele company Optus didn’t have an option for him to select on the phone and he was complaining to me. I said oh thats okay i can transfer you to the right team. He said no its not okay. LIKE TF AM I SUPPOSED TO SAY. i hate customer service
