    @Optus Hi, I’ve had no internet since 10-10.30 last night…I’ve tried rebooting my NBN modem a few times but no luck.. is there still a problem in Turramurra NSW?

    @TheAstrid_Day Optus has been playing up on the Gold Coast. It was down for 2hrs the other day and I didn't get any messages for 3 days the last time I was there too. @Optus needs to do better 🙄😭

    @Optus I’m seriously surprised that @Optus nbn was still pushing through the heavy rains and floods, those effected by the outage please understand that you’re lucky it took this long for it to actually go down!

    @Optus So what's Starlink like as a provider? Do you guys wait a few hours before announcing that something is wrong? I hear the service coverage is global @SpaceX

    Very bad Optus internet service! Has used for many years, after changed to NBN 5 G, the speeds still stuck in DSL speed ! Have to keep contact ling them to upgrade! Wasted a lot of time

    @Optus It seems come back at 1:45am of Sydney time, as I left TV and fetch open waiting for the signal back. When optus internet is down, all of its services are out. Not only no internet, but also no mobile phone signal, no Landline telephone signal and no fetch cable TV signal. Wow!

    @Optus not happy have no internet or landline is working we pay so much and this issue is happening frequently get your act together Optus or you will have one less customer 😡
