@Optus home is 10km out of Sydney CBD and for hardware that has no moving parts (NBN) it sure does break down a lot. Jet engines are more reliable than your coax cables oh and my phone gets 3g only most of the times 10km out from CBD. 3rd world countries have better internet

I've been using it for 4 months, but I've been suspended 2 times for unknown reasons and no paid balance. The staff couldn't help me. So I lost more than 1 week of usage. @Optus

@Optus I'm sure I'm not the first person to point out what a massive failure your app is as a service option. Before you launch an app, get your top executives to test it, and see how they like having hours of their time wasted.

Someone at @Optus needs to rethink their marketing speak. “Good news, we are upgrading our network. Oh by the way you will experience outages while we do.” This is not good news. Let me help you “We are doing required network maintenance and unfortunately it may cause an outage”

Once again @Optus manage to raise the bar in appalling service. Constant poor advice & incorrect guidance resulting in no service for a week. Your service agents show no interest in trying to fix the situation. Time to start looking at other options - @Telstra or @VodafoneAU ?

@Optus Interesting how your solution is to propose that I sign up for notifications… which I cannot receive because I am regularly without service. This is unacceptable. I am not happy. This outage is having a hugely negative impact on my ability to perform my job and manage my life.

@Optus I just need to cancel my damned service. Your cancellations department apparently didn’t have access to that function apparently and on hold for over 40 minutes. Your support team are a disgrace.
