    Dumbass optus can't even provide customer service blames the outage on weather but areas that have no nbn never had even been hit by weather and its 100s of kms away it used to be good now its 2nd rate

    @optus is the worst telecommunications company in Australia there’s no way to speak a human on the phone for technical help after hours, six months of constant dropouts, BS excuses from the technical support team i.e. your Internet drops out because you have your Xbox connected

    @DJXX__ Hi Danny, due to severe weather, some Optus customers in NSW may experience issues connecting to their services. Our Networks team are working on it, and in the instance of emergency, customers should still dial 000. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kartik

    @Optus 2 days now with phone and internet problems. You wont take phone calls because of "service difficulties." Your message center hasn't replied in 24hrs. This from a telecommunications company. I'm done. You just lost a customer since 1998. I will be contacting the TIO.
