    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus I have also experienced terrible service from Optus, specifically with their Fetch Box for tv. At one stage I told 5 different people my problem and it took me taking to social media to get some attention. all up it took 2 months to rectify. Contract expires Feb, new supplier pls

    First class customer service from @Optus today. Spoke to an actual person almost immediately and she sorted out a problem (entirely of my own making) in no time at all. Very impressed.

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus I had to take Optus to the Ombudsman TWICE. No service, not even the telephone service I was paying for.

    @MichaelWestBiz @DameEmpress @Optus At our current house, they told us we were connected while the cable was still sticking out of the ground. The woman wanted us to wait an hour for it to start working. She couldn't understand that the cable was not connected to the network and it was never going to work.

    @Optus For the second time within one week, Optus restricted my service data and calls for bo obvious reasons. My account balance is up to date and in fact its in credit. It happened at 10 pm where no technical services are available to help their customer. I am definitely going to TIO

    @Optus Since i am up to date with my payment n never was late. This is a joke, i was out on business dinner and it was embarrassing not being able to use my service at all on my phone. This is not what i am paying for and its absolutely not professional.

    @RJH1951 @MichaelWestBiz @Optus We ditched Optus on our mobiles about 4 years ago after having to sit outside for 4+ hours on mid winter night to try and get our service fixed. Never happened. We ditched Optus.

    @Optus The app person says that I need to put in the area code when dialling a local number- is that true @Optus? I have been dialling my home landline for 20+ years and I have never needed to put the area code. When did this change happen?

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus I had similar issue a few years ago. Eventually they fixed it...don't give up.
