    @Optus @GinaTasovac Hey Optus same post code 2117 and same issues here. Almost no 5G coverage for both mobile phone and home 5G broadband daily for last 3 weeks. Your Optus service outage website always says everything is good and there is no outage or maintenance. Can you please fix this.

    Well I have a service with Optus that I can't use because I am unable to unlock the week old phone. $1200 to cancel my account they just told me. I will get the legals on to this.

    @Optus Near Sanford, Qld. After hours back and forth, we were told that no short term tech fix was possible. $$ credit somewhat appreciated but doesn't fix work and learn from home

    @Optus some sites not working on your NBN. Twitter, Wikipedia, 7plus. Usually when there is an outtage, it affects all sites - so what is going on? Do you have some kind of firewall ? And it's down hence selective sites offline? Big Brother here we come
