    So, who else is struggling to get through the process of finding out what to do about the Optus hack? I finally got my "so sorry, too bad" email today and have NOT been able to get in touch with Optus in any way shape or form.. 1/3 #OptusHack

    Optus SUCKS! To downgrade my plan they asked for my drivers license, Medicare number, birth certificate and passport number. WTF! I've been with them for years! Dodgy AF!

    @NannaCath2 Then Optus should be providing you with a code to Equifax to do just that (credit report). Apparently it’s for 12 months, you don’t pay. Can you get to an Optus store.. I wasn’t the only one there this morning going through this crap… woman next to me had D Licence dtls stolen

    While waiting on hold for @ServiceNSW I could hear operator and another customer discussing his personal info. Ridiculous. (Called bc Optus FAQ links to $29 licence change page that does not change number, directly under ‘what can I do?’)
