@Aussie_BB I have been informed by someone that you have chosen to go with @Optus as your mobile carrier instead of @Telstra Please say this isn't so. Optus sucks where we are so Telstra is the only option. You'll lose customer's because of this decision.

@Optus excellent service provided by Optu today. If it wasn’t for 38 min wait and multiple messages from experts/specialist and a busy supervisor who didn't have time to come on the phone, wouldn't have saved myself 50 bucks moving to @coles mobile. After 5 years, bye bye Optus.

Hey @optus what’s the SLA for a tech support case allocated to L2 support? I think I’ve isolated what’s causing the issue but L1 keep telling me to wait for L2 to call me back.

@Optus I'm not frustrated with interruptions. You always announce work but our signal has never improved over the last 2 years and data speed is still slow too... you have not improved any optus signals in paddington

@Optus It's now Sunday morning. No mobile reception in the area. During a lockdown. With a vulnerable community that at the best of times is reluctant to contact health authorities due to language/ cultural issues. You've cut our mobile service.

@Optus So I've just had a reply from Optus telling me mobile reception for a locked down, vulnerable area will be fixed within 10 working days. Mark this - if there is an outbreak in Carlingford many residents won't have mobile access. Many won't have internet access.

@Optus All done.... still poor quality network. Wife on telstra.... same phone... has great cover and speed. Troubleshooting once complete gives indication your network won't improve and any inconvenience in cover will be just that.
