@janine_hendry The only way to deal with Optus, is to go to a store or shop front. They used to be OK, but about 8 years ago, they decided to have very little customer contact over the phone. The people in the shop are generally very helpful.

@Optus No, on your network I was hacked, scammed and abused Australians! and to think I tried to help find the hacker group! no respect.... take it up with my legal team at @Telstra @Telstra_news talk to my firewalls!

@alphabeattweet Atm Telstra are hopeless call drops no nbn slow nbn since 2015 I no longer conduct any business via email as it cannot be relied upon . I’ve had optus vodaphone aussie bb & now Telstra it’s like the bottom of the barrel !

@HLTCO Here in Oz we have every single game live through Optus Sport, a free service if you subscribe to either a mobile plan or home broadband. Their rates are no bigger than other providers. No brainer

@LucasBairdAus The aggressive customer retention practices Optus is pursuing after the hack are worth investigating Lucas. At best, they are behaving right on the ledge of what’s allowable under law. Likely over it when it comes to over billing exiting customers.

Hard to say which company had the worst customer service ever, but between @Optus and @NBN_Australia I reckon we have 2 out of the top 3. 3rd working day I've given up to wait for a technician to get here between "8am and 12pm" it's now 3pm, I guess I'll reschedule for day 4 ?
