    Hi @optus. Just wondering if you're aware of any internet issues in the Glen Iris 3146 area. My internet has been dropping out sporadically in the last 24 hours but there hasn’t been a reported outage on your website for NBN. Thanks.

    @Optus IT’S A PHONE FOR GODS SAKE, NOT A CLAIM FOR LIFE INSURANCE!!!!! YOU ARE SERIOUSLY CAUSING ALOT OF DAMAGE TO YOUR IMAGE RIGHT NOW!! SO QUICK 2 CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS 2 REMIND THEM THAT THEIR BILL IS OVERDUE AREN’T YOU?NOT SO QUICK TO ACT WHEN (GOD FORBID) WE PUT IN A CLAIM!

    @chaigrima @Optus Bro - I’m telling you. I have had NO issues with Telstra NBN. Especially for streaming etc - Desi has had no issues at all. Sure we pay a bit per month but it’s basically guaranteed to work..

    The plumber ****** the NBN cable and I am now without wifi and phone. Plumber notntaming responsibility because it wasn’t “regulation”. Waiting to hear back from Optus to see when NBN can come out to fix it.

    Local Optus tower is still down from Yesterday. Since this looks like a wide spread problem, did an upgrade go wrong?
