@TPG_Telecom It has not worked the two times I've moved and both times I've had to be contacted. Unfortunately it was a very long call to get to not sending me a modem. I've already got a bundle of unopened TPG, Optus and Telstra devices I've been sent over the years and never needed. 😓

The thing that struck me about #Tasmania's 'internet' outage was that I lost Optus mobile phone service. Appears Optus does not have a switch in the state. Understandable, but not a robust network design. Telstra mobiles seemingly less impacted.

@Optus Hi! I can't, coz your site says "Hang tight: We're working on making the site better, etc" Messages aint working I can't call you, because MY PHONE IS DEAD. But I'm visiting a friend shortly, and will be able to use their phone. So ... are you guys contactable after 5.30pm?

@Optus I’ve been in touch with your network both at a store level and via phone to purchase a special Optus allotted number for a business and marketing opportunity but can’t seem to have the issue resolved of choosing to purchase a number that has been confirmed you have available?

What is the go with Optus chat (help)? I have asked for an update on a mobile phone order (to add phone to new plan). The ‘chat’ is just going in circles because if you do not sit there all day waiting for a message you go back to the start. Killing me. @Optus
