@Optus Nah, I’m not going to DM you. I’m just going to flat out publicly say you need to staff your call centres and chat service adequately. Currently you don’t and so we all wait for hours for responses. But your bosses already know that more staff would solve the issue. Do better.

@janine_hendry Optus 💯does not care. All bills and reminders are on time. That is all Optus cares about. NBN goes down - they try to distract you with irrelevant modem checks - just admit you don’t offer 24/7 coverage.

@STEVEFI14205588 @janine_hendry @Optus Spend another 10 hours on chat to report- no thanks. The in store staff have confirmed this is not uncommon, they can log a ticket to local agents who will contact you for certain issues

@janine_hendry I found a Telstra shopfront that is owned and run by Telstra(not a franchise). The service was exceptional. Im one happy customer. I will never recover the time lost trying to get help from Optus.

@janine_hendry I spent about 5 hours with optus and samsung yesterday trying to get a real person, not a chat bot, to help me, got there in the end, but lord I was frazzled ...sigh

Internet is down at work again. Likely our Optus modem. Which they just keep telling us to reset. Might just leave it off for the entire day and live in quiet bliss.

@janine_hendry @RedJules4 They’re the worse. I was on hold for an hour when I finally thought I was connected I could hear the call centre staff laughing & chatting until someone realised and hang up on me. Optus Call Centre is the worse.
