    @Optus cable was a great service...reliable, fast and next to no drop outs unless an actual cable got damaged. Now we're stuck with @NBN_Australia junk fibre that goes to sh!t every time it rains and the archaic pits they repurposed fill with water.

    @BasilZempilas BAZ - Can you inform us WHY? us West Ozzies cannot call Optus Stadium - Perth Stadium?. Understand ongoing / existing financial kickbacks from the existing incumbent but **** mate can we not given the state of play over here retake our place as Perth Stadium?.

    @Optus You have sent me a faulty device and have not offered me a replacement. Your process for this is ridiculous and I have spent my entire day talking to you getting nowhere. No one has helped me so I have submitted a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.

    @Optus It's not your fault, but imagine my delight, seeing this ad just days after having that conversation in one of your stores - "please, is there anything you can do for me??" Answer: no. I've had a business account with Optus forever, this is the 1st time I've needed support.
