@Optus Don’t sign up with Optus!!! They’re too slow to get a new phone for you! I’ve been told to wait for 1-2weeks, but now is about 4 weeks.

Australian phone companies are tripping. I got an Optus sim and now I get at least 7 cold calls a day I miss my Three sim I was unbothered and loving it, **** the cold calls mate

@newcastleboyy @Optus Yes, #Optus tower has just been 'upgraded', & has been down all day. I was texted a link to report any online difficulties, but it was to their website, & I was having internet difficulties ...! Just come back on.

@Bergha2 That isn't really true - the original plan also involved the acquisition of the Telstra and Optus networks, and the use of their physical infrastructure, in ways that would have run into very similar problems to the actually-existing rollout.

@Optus @NBN_Australia I've been having issues with my NBN connection since the 20th of November. I've had two technician visits and nothing has been fixed. The technician has outlined a fault on the NBN side. (PNRI) Ref: INC00014493942. Nobody can give me a timeframe for a fix.
