@optus HUGE MASSIVE THANK YOU for being the provider that got our NBN installed in less than 2 weeks. No text messages back and forth for 6 weeks just amazing service! @Telstra you need to take a leaf out of their book 6 weeks of bullshit vs 2 weeks and NBN installed #yesoptus

Once again having mobile issues. Last week and all day today. Same for a colleague in mornington whereas I'm north of the city. Not very happy @Optus checking for outages now but seems to be days of outages since last week which is a huge pain

I got an iPhone 12 on @optus last week and was excited to try the fancy new 5G network. The reviews I read say their coverage is nearly as good as @Telstra’s, which I can’t get at home. So far I’ve loved seeing the 5G symbol... the one brief time it’s *ever* happened.

@Optus as always great work. Outage in mernda. My mother is unable to make a call and its great as she cares for my dad 👏👏👏 and apparently its going until the 27th Nov.

@angelgabe6 Oh no! That’s so ****, Optus! Honestly it got great for me when I realised I wasn’t being asked to sympathise with these rich gadiyas and that it’s some of the greatest comedy and character acting ever, especially mother one Moira!

@Optus The link again said you're working on a mobile tower in the area I suspect that's the same issue. Will see how it is tomorrow.
