    @BLUEfingers2021 after all that hard work my account is locked and stupid twitter has a BOT answering emails so I’ve lost many of my followers you did such a great job The email address and password were compromised and email deleted by Optus so can’t get reset link, I lodgin

    @Optus Hi, After being assigned me business mobile case manager and few emails to and fro with questionnaires and queries. Nothing has been able to find a solution after 10 days of hassal. My question is such a big company with so many tech supports isn’t able to do anything.

    @Optus Store Manager: I don't know whey they sent you here. Go away and I'll escalate this to yet another team. Received and SMS from Optus after this: For a reconneciton issue and our Senior Expert will contact you soon. Was never disconnected in the first place. Zero Confidence

    @Optus what is wrong with mobile internet around the eastern suburbs? It appears to be bad from yesterday? Are you l aware of the issue or is this the new standard. I noticed it from yesterday. Please advise.

    @LucasBairdAus The aggressive customer retention practices Optus is pursuing after the hack are worth investigating Lucas. At best, they are behaving right on the ledge of what’s allowable under law. Likely over it when it comes to over billing exiting customers.
