@simon_smale At the very least cut ties with Fox and look at other broadcast partners (like Optus) and have a possible PPV streaming service as a back up plan and negotiating card.

I'm tired, I want to go to bed. Optus support sends me a message claiming their new agent is reading the conversation to understand what is happening. Then the agent asks questions that show they've no idea. Telstra support goes the other way and simply doesn't respond.

@_falkorthegreat @Optus I’ve have formed the belief that if you live in a regional area you have no choice but to be with Telstra. The other company’s just don’t provide the service.

Hey @Optus, you can't be serious. You're updating the network so for 3 days we loose phone service? And no notice that this was going to happen? Surely there's a better way.
