    @Anthony_Klan @Optus My data was leaked and I get at least two scam calls a day now although it did stop over Christmas. I never answer my phone if the number isn’t programmed in. Will be getting a new number soon @optus I was hoping the calls would stop (I block scammers as they occur).

    @janine_hendry Optus is not alone. @StGeorgeBank is just as bad. My wife spent hours this morning trying to talk to a human. Just interminable 'press1 or press 2 blah blah' All so that top, useless execs can earn a bigger bonus

    @Anthony_Klan @Optus Optus changed there phone app when I was O/S recently like 2 weeks ago, the new one I downloaded on my phone has never worked since, I can only access Optus now using my home PC

    @Anthony_Klan @Optus It's also still taking its own sweet time dealing with the hacked passports. Making each victim lodge Ombudsman complaint first. One by one. I've been thru hell with Centrelink trying to prove ID this month due to passport blocked in DVS.
