    @Optus Hi Aron, The tweet notice was very vague and did not call out the states or districts impacted. Your online tools provided endless links and no information. Where is the tweet stating the problem was resolved ? Is this the best Optus can do when this critical service fails ?

    @Optus I’ve used the app (horrible process - there should be a phone number) and they’ve identified a wider network issue. So it’s not our house or modem. Yet the website still does not show an outage for my area. #optusoutage

    @Optus This is very disappointing. There are bad services for several days and no reaction. At Randwick 2031 severe problems with the mobile networks and NBN. Are you going to fix it?
