@dorkymum We have been with them for years and its been fine. You can choose to use Optus or Telstra network. telstra is more expensive but Optus is excellent in Tassie now.

@Optus really poor form. Left a message on your support chat 2 hours ago as have pathetic NBN performance no response. Logged same issue 2 days ago and it was closed as resolved but patently not. Really annoying, rely on internet for work and school.

So let me get this right, @Telstra. By your own admission, my NBN service does not meet even minimal throughput standards, but you are now going to charge me $5/month extra on my bill. Is this some kind of strategy to drive me to Optus 5G? If it is, it’s working.
