    So crap that I’m currently sitting in my car having driven a few blocks from my house just to get sufficient reception to deal with the issue. Oh but apparently I can pay for a mobile dongle by going to my local Optus shop in an LGA of concern and risk exposing myself

    @Optus I think there is a another issue again, everything is just barely loading and when I try to watch any videos it instantly buffers and then won’t play at all, websites take over a minute or 2 to load fully also

    @Optus hello, I received spam email this week claiming to be Optus & confirming that I had increased my laptop data usage with Optus. I never increased my data usage. Can you now confirm with me that my laptop/mobile plan hasn’t been changed? Thanks.

    @Optus I have DM'd before. My support/case/whatever numbers (I have two now!) are 00084557 and 469745. The 'relevant' teams are currently being consulted for the millionth time. I don't like being crotchety with customer support, but this would try the patience of all the saints.
