    After 30 years as an #Optus customer I just swapped three handsets to #Telstra. More than 2x the data for less $. Got an automated message saying sorry to see you go. Feels like if you’re on a plan >2y old, do yourself a favour and look at new plans regardless of carrier.

    @Optus been having troubles for hours now with my NBN service in Boronia 3155. Do you have any update as to when service will be fully restored?

    @barbaramahle23 We haven't had any reported mobile network issues in this area. The Optus mobile network is working as expected in this area. However, Optus fixed line NBN services are experiencing issues in this area. Our technicians are currently working to resolve this issue.
