@lenoretaylor I'm an Optus customer exasperated by chat bots and poor communication BEFORE the data breach. And actually, ongoing. Today, have got 2 texts. 1: tells me my account is going to be debited shortly for this month's bill. 2: my payment's late & I'll be cut off soon. Which is it?

@Tegan_Writes I thought it was good of auspost to do this btw. i know that 1) Auspost use the Optus network 2) my data is not connected to Optus - but i also know many other customers would not know this.

@jasonjordan Define "hacked". I'm a coder by trade and from what I understand of this situation, Optus is indeed culpable. However, the legal definition of hack is "unauthorised access of a system or network". What occurred was unauthorised access
