    @Optus Please don’t order with Optus, have been waiting for over 20 working days now and no updates for iPhone 14 pro.Every time I contact they say it’s at warehouse for packing.Poor form Optus poor form. I regret ordering from you guys, should have just walked in to an Apple Store.

    @Optus why has my internet connection been going down at around 12.30am for the last 2 days in the niddrie area? cant be a coincidence it happens at the same time yet ive been given no notification that there will be an outage.

    @JimWilsonMedia hi Jim, I’m an Optus customer As I have two services with them, I wonder where I would stand if I cancelled my Internet service and went elsewhere? or if I did I would have to pay a penalty.

    @ServiceNSW I don’t recall ever providing a license card number. Communications and action has been slow, particularly Optus. More needs to be done.

    @McClue1 That’s funny. When we first moved here, the Optus signal was so poor on our hilltop we’d have to go to the farthest corner of the garden and stand on a chair to receive a call. We switched to a new provider pretty soon!
