    @Optus Every Friday like clockwork our Wifi goes down. Always have to wait 3-4 days before someone comes around and announces it is fixed!! Like they did on Monday, and now it is down again...****ing useless Optus.

    @Optus After a 5th support convo, it seems a password reset was all it needed. (Plus the bump up to a new plan and Shared Number $5). I assume the Number Sharing login form is busted in some weird way, because my old MyAccount creds were working fine everywhere else along the way.

    @Raf_Epstein Friday afternoon, which means like clockwork our NBN goes down. It was 3 days last week, but looks like it will be the long weekend. @NBN_Australia @optus absolutely ****ing useless. Waiting for another useless technician to blame everybody.
