@Optus what tf is wrong with your roaming? It takes a million years to connect but finally did in Singapore, Finland, Netherlands and UK this week, but all I can get in US is SOS only. On every network. And I’ve used it there before.

@Optus Our Brisbane store was switched to Optus NBN on 28 July. We've had no phone service since then. Told today will finally receive an email confirming info of a technician coming to store. No email. Bad service from Optus continues.

@nicholasrobns The spam prevention team does block certain harmful links from being accessed when connected to any Optus network, however there's a number of legal and technical reasons that they cannot perform this process for every link. 2/3

@Optus your website says there’s work going on with a cell tower near me and that “your service may experience some issues”. I have NO service. That’s the issue. You’re constantly doing work on this one tower near me, obviously you need to scrap it and start again.
