    @leahoverthinks @abigiles21 Yeah I've even heard some shockers from Telstra staff themselves. Things like don't help the customer unless they agree to an upgrade etc. Optus is who I'm with here, Whilst they're super cheap compared to everyone else. No customer service outside their shops basically.

    @Optus Been down this path to no avail, your staff have been useless. Taking this up with consumer affairs and T.I.O because of how poor the service and billing is.

    @Optus By far the shittiest service by a telco here in Australia, my experience with Optus is horrible, they overcharge and even when you dispute it they just send it to debt collectors. You are 🤡🤡🤡's

    Anyone having issues with #OptusSports..? It won’t play for long on my smart TV then cuts out, now doing the same if I try and Airplay it, it cuts off after a minute or two.. This has been happening since October, Optus are telling me It’s only me but can’t imagine that is true.?
