Hi @Telstra @Optus when are you going to provide Mt Hutton with the phone service you charge for but NEITHER of you deliver? 😡 BOTH argue the tax payer should pay for YOUR tower. One of you could take the entire suburb? BTW... its 2015. Love to know what year you get this.

@Optus So it works fine throughout the year, but then coincidentally doesn't cope during a major tournament? Not sure how its not optus issue. You destroyed a complete soccer culture by buying rights off sbs and now you're not accepting responsibility. Nice.

Today I paid off the contract I had on my watch & have (regretfully) officially ended almost 20 years of being an @Optus customer. If the service coverage improves in my area, I’ll definitely return. Thanks to Donlee in the customer service centre for their assistance

@Optus NOPE. I've already been through the insane process of trying to report a fault, being told no fault is reported and being given over TWO DAYS as a minimum fix time. This? 👆 Is not good enough.
