Is there a company with a worse customer service experience than Optus or @Singtel - never ending telephone menus to get anything done. Well, I’ve cancelled them and gone with @SpaceXStarlink

@Telstra Why can't Telstra activate a sim card? 3 days now and still don't have a working phone because of how incompetent you guys are. REFUND my money and I'll switch to a service that actually works (Optus). Get this issue fixed Telstra because it is beyond ridiculous now.

@Optus i’m feeling so stupid by choosing Optus over such great service providers at least they would have helped me out when I am Overseas and I lost my Sim I am the account holder I lost my Sim and still optus says that they cannot help me at all wow

@CassCoastRegion @Optus @TelstraBcast the mobile phone reception at Kennedy, Carruchan and Ellebeck is very choppy. Nigh on impossible to use sometimes. Is it possible to fix it? Because phone is still the cheapest option compared to wifi/nbn. Thanks for your time
