    @Optus I want to port my number to another service provider and this is requested has been rejected several times. I wasted a few hours with your support team, and now they want me to go in to a store, get the port finalised. CAN YOU JUST APPROVE THE PORT REQUEST!!!

    @vr_reynold @Optus Having the same problem. Made multiple calls, had escalations, they even had the gall to close my case saying it was somehow resolved. I’ve noticed that number share is now offline making me think there’s a broader issue - not that optus will tell us.
