    @downforce @Telstra Grass isn't always greener on the other side. I lived close to a mate. He had no optus signal at his house, I had no trouble. We both moved to telstra. He's fine now, but I'm not. Telstra is superior out of the suburbs tho. If you leave the metro often, stick with telstra.

    @Optus Thanks. It is a vital service as mobile phones are used when as often happens our 2 way system does not transmit and receive.

    @trevorlong @Optus Wait til you are inside somewhere and with no service..... Optus signal inside anywhere sucks even though their coverage maps show conflicting messaging

    @Optus I can get cheaper with resellers on the same network than with Optus. Your charging $32 a month. I currently pay $18, my wife pays $16 and my daughter same. You guys really need to sort out Ur plans. Let me guess you tell people what they want

    @trevorlong @Optus Haha I think that Benno guy must work for Optus or something. If you did that poll he suggested I’m sure you would see well over 60% complaining about customer service. The bigger the telco the shitter the service. Aus corporate greed 🖕🏼

    @Optus Yes, still having issues. What can tech support do other than tell me to turn off & on the modem. It’s so frustrating! Even mobile reception is virtually non-existent. Not really a mobile service if I can only make calls in one particular spot at home 🤬

    @CosmicRami @dvcotton @cwmagee ... your ISP. Depending on your specific ISP they'll haul it to a data centre. Could be Global Switch on Harris St Ultimo, or Equinix down at Mascot or a few others. If it's Telstra or TPG or Optus it'll go to their own DCs or Telstra an exchange. Chatswood or Kent St.

    @kbrspace @aws_cloud @OptusEnterprise Good to hear..... I am without Optus nbn once again... Was told to wait at home today for a tech to attend... Now your staff can't find my booking and blaming nbn.... Nothing new... Been an Optus customer for 20 years, unsure why
