    @Optus @the_follower81 I've been watching your streams on Chromecast for years. It was poor initially but then slowly improved over the years. Tonight's feed however is like the old days. Hope you guys can look into it as I know plenty of your customers are in the same boat as me.

    @71Davo @DanielEliades2 I’m a Dees supporter mate I definitely didn’t think for a second I’d ever see a premiership in my lifetime (28 years old). Better part of my life I copped it from all angles for how bad we were but it made that feeling of sitting at Optus Stadium last September that much better

    @Telstra hi, I have tried to log into ‘mytelstra’ on behalf of my father. He has been charged ongoing for a ‘plan’ that he has not had in over 2 years. He has cancelled and gone with Optus and his number has been changed over. Can someone please contact me regarding this issue?

    My home internet is easily fast enough to stream other content in 4K without any problems. Not sure how @optus still can't develop a proper 1080p app in their 7th season with EPL rights.

    @Optus Kyri, thanks for your reply but that is not a one off issue. And it is ongoing and it is unreasonable to be charged nearly double the monthly fee for little to no improvement! Fix it for now, ok. But to get the entire act together for the money we are now forking out now asap!

    @Obzyer Unfortunately, Optus Sport does not currently support 1080p streams on Windows. Please be advised that we are working hard to expand the range of supported devices and operating systems. - Tigs

    @Optus Is there any update on when it will be fixed? This has been several days of zero international roaming service in the US. I was just told to “buy a local sim”…. No other telecom providers have this issue.

    @MattCowgill And @kayosports literally has one of the worst customer service teams too, and I’m an Optus customer!
