    @Optus can I say today and y'day I had my worst customer service experience over the last 30 years. I simply wanted to cancel a broadband service. I would have thought this was a simple process. Not so. Get staff that aren't human robots, that don't waste my time. Not happy Jan!

    @lesstenny @Optus 2nd scenario you use a mobile or voip connection, whereas your MiL other callers are largely PSTN callers in the local area. The copper network maybe in a dilapidated condition. 3rd scenario - cordless phone is stuffed. 4th scenario - it’s the MiL’s hearing aid. TI (2/2)

    Anyone knows why my mother in laws cordless landline phone crackles only sometimes when talking to people.. But it never happens talking to us.. frustrating have no answers.. any experts out there 👋🤔🙄 @optus maybe?

    @Optus OK, you *can* do something. What does the error code OIN1 at the end of a recorded message on the mobile network mean?

    @RachaelHasIdeas To the right of the white tent not too far from the stage. I have no Telstra signal though. Have to hotspot to my friends who are on Optus.

    Just spent 3 hours chatting with multiple teams from @Optus and have just been handed over to another team again with no solution. For the love of god, please just end this.

    Just an idea, @Optus. If someone contacts support because when trying to ring overseas, they get the "Technical difficulties" message, try checking the connections overseas first before attempting to sell the customer an overseas call package.
