Hey @Optus, what do I need to do to have my complaint manager get back to me? Raised a complaint through the TIO in early January that to date has still only been half-fixed, and no response from multiple messages over several weeks. What gives? Do I raise with TIO again?

@SeanBradbery Yep. I live on an island in the Whitsundays, have an optus wireless network that streams 2 devices at once without a problem, 200gb a month and two phone plans for $100. Why we went the wired in option of NBN I will always ponder.

@Optus how long should it take for a NBN modem (new service) to be dispatched? The person I spoke to on Monday by phone was vague about whether they were actually in stock but said it should be dispatched within 24-48 hrs. Two days later and still no notification it’s on its way.

@Optus it’s not recent issues it’s ongoing. Our town of Clifton has amazing Telstra mobile phone reception and internet. I have amazing Optus wireless NBN But very bad mobile service. Surely you can piggy back off Telstra towers

@Optus I have got 2 confirmations that the mobile tower at St Helens Park NSW is having issues yet your site STILL hasn't confirmed there is a problem. You've had since 9 am to confirm on your site there is an issue. Why hide things from your customers?? No ETR either
