@tgoldswo @ConversationEDU Truth be told, I was wondering how the "hackers" could get away with the trouble they've caused since the first major hacking of OPTUS (which happens to be my carrier), and not have the security agencies after them??? It'd appear that "they" the hackers were having a field day.

@iB3nji Optus prepaid has a really good roaming option too but the issue I found was that all data has to route all the way back to Australia and then out again with it. So its generally better to do a local provider as an esim

@Caddicarus I once had a scam caller try to tell me that Optus runs on the Telstra network Them "I'm calling from Telstra about your phone network connection" Me "I've never used the Telstra network in my life" Them "Telstra is the only network in Australia" Me "lol, no"

@Optus Can someone from your 24/7 support team help me? I have been trying to get some help on your messaging app for quite sometime now. Appreciate your quick response.

@markhumphries Wireless broadband. Plug into power and off you go. No need for phone lines, no busted nbn box in a storm, move from house to house. We pay $59 a month with Optus and never go over (work from home, lots of video calls, stream tv).
