@Optus UPDATE: Modem still faulty. Optus promised new modem on the way. No modem. Found out it was never ordered or sent. Each representative just leaves the chat (not timing out) and then I have to fill out forms all over again. Cancelling all services.

@Optus been trying to call your complaints line in regard to ongoing problem and get a message to call back during normal office hours. Sadly typical of any attempt when dealing with your organisation. #optus #optusfail

Beware Latest scam. Received text allegedly from Optus requesting I update billing info with a link I knew it was a scam. Rang Optus so they could warn other customers. The Customer Service person didn't take it seriously So I am trying to let people know.

@NBN_Australia Say their outage in 3175 is caused by an “unplanned” outage. @UnitedEnergyAU Say their outage in 3175 was “planned”. Do you guys talk? Poor old @Optus get my abuse as their the ones who take my money.

@Optus Ok, well from my experience this afternoon. Many things don’t work in the Optus app. It is just continually asking me to verify my info. Then sending me 2FA codes. But the app never seems to accept that I have verified. Tried fully deleting the app. Re signing in etc. nothing.
