    @th36enses @joshgnosis Not much point leaving Optus if any future data breaches mean you're screwed anyway! I get SMS from Optus bcos my provider uses their network. Either my provider has access to Optus services, or Optus has access to me. Days after I signed, I got spam from my owner number.

    Former Optus customers need to know if their information was affected. And how much information was retained and for how long after a customer left #optus @Optus

    @EmmJayCee111 @Optus Perhaps a class action against Optus @Optus or intervention from the Government? Optus security is not only lousy-it’s ’lossy’. They shouldn’t be storing identifiers—driver licence or passport numbers. Cheapskates who don’t want to pay for access to Document Verification Service?
