harleyw (@harleywattsconn) reported@ThoughtVacancy @wayne_kag @AlboMP It is a problem and it bloody well exists!!! Ever tried cancelling Optus Sport, BigPond Broadband or Foxtel? Try listening to Optus's "give me the simple life" hold music for 2 hours.

Lizzie Bennett (@SylviaP44364) reported.@Optus I was told my phone I ordered with you would be delivered Wednesday, waited all day, no advice. Still waiting, no help from StarTrack or Optus ….bah!

Harry Gregory (@Hazkypreos) reported@RFC_Centre One thing I found interesting watching the game at Optus. Time after time Sonsie was manning two players when the dockers were coming out of defence and usually stuck between both of them. There was never any backup from another team mate. Other than one error he had a good game.

AussiEx.au (@aussiExau) reportedPhone bills are about to bite harder - Optus, Telstra and Vodafone have told customers mobile prices will rise soon, squeezing household budgets across Australia. First, the hikes are being driven by higher network and operating costs, inflation and ongoing 5G investment, and will hit both postpaid accounts and some prepaid users. Second, timing and scale differ by provider - some increases take effect within weeks and could outpace general inflation, so expect clear monthly impacts. Third, consumer protections are limited - check your contract, know your exit rights and review small-business plans. Act now: compare plans, contact your provider for options and escalate to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman or ACCC if you need help. #Telecoms #CostOfLiving #Australia

Vijay A (@VAAChandran) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@BoothCricket The Optus could have been a 3.5 day affair, with an England win, if not for the Kamikaze English approach on day 2. England were shocking at the Gabba, after day 1. The MCG pitch was a poor one. Overall, McCullum's lack of remorse is rewarded, which makes ECB a laughing stock.

Benjamin Bavea (@BBavea) reportedOptus is traditionally the best service at the farm & being that Starlink is temperamental, at least I'll finally have good coverage there. Of all five networks that I can conveniently access, none of them work properly here.

Kevin Chen (@Defiantclient2) reported@antti_engineer @Telstra Signal strength is logarithmic. An additional 3 dBm can be a big difference. @Optus, a partner of Starlink, is claiming that the -115 dBm level is essentially unusable. And there are live measurements where Starlink hovers slightly above and below that number. Also, just look at the measurement in your own app there. The -112 dBm is about bordering going dark red and your own app describes -112 dBm as "Poor".

ACCAN (@ACCAN_AU) reportedAnother #TripleZero failure has been reported. @newscomauHQ reported a nationwide Optus #outage yesterday where calls to 000 did not connect. Australians should not have to accept “intermittent issues” as normal. We need enforceable reliability standards and better regulation.

Pamela Dempster (@pamelaruth27) reported@Optus router and modem aren’t compatible and they denied they’d supplied it but they sent it to us. Appalling. Such trashy service!!

Perla (@P__WalleyXx) reported@Optus hi, feel like i lost my pre paid number because i was unable to recharge during this help?
