I need help to find out if Optus are lying. They said 2/10 mil users were a major breach which included ID # but NOT passwords. In my family 4/5 had a major breach. 2 of those 4 had an account hacked in the last week Optus customers, which of these apply to you? #OptusDataBreach

@2degreesmobile when are you guys going to add MFT or 2Factor authentication to your customer facing apps and portals? It’s a glaring security hole and well can’t help but think of the Optus breach recently!

@NUFC360 I have Optus as my phone provider in Australia 🇦🇺 and get free Optus sports package, all games live to watch and can watch any on playback.. pretty **** that this is a standard service outside the uk 🇬🇧

1 hour queuing to have A REISSUED DL because @Optus is incompetent. Those poor Qld Transport assistants. They're absolute rockstars. Even had security to help people out. Any disabled and elderly were moved to seats.

@Optus Why is my Internet going to so bad from 4pm onwards. Can’t even use google, that’s how bad it is! Worst decision signing with your internet, always a issue !
