    Ordered a new Optus mobile service online on Friday ✔ SIM was delivered to my house today - nice and fast ?It's automatically started provisioning, meaning my old telco's SIM is no longer active ❌ Problem is, I'm not home so I"m now without a mobile service til tonight

    @Jabbatron @Telstra Yea, the telecommunications ombudsman. File a formal complaint with them (they are very used to this process) - then they will have a hard deadline to resolve your issue. This is how I’ve had to end up handling issues I’ve had with Telstra, Optus and the NBN. Good luck!

    @sR0hit @OptusSport Did either of you ever receive any help? I’ve recently purchased a tv with Google TV and can’t play anything on the Optus Sport app. I even hear the opening titles for a second before the dreaded “The video cannot be played” error appears

    @Wittyfan No worries mate. An interesting theory I've seen mentioned by some Optus users is that the problem occurs when sending 'long' sms messages.
