    @Optus are there issues with NBN in Sans Souci (2219). Experiencing lots of drop outs and slow speeds. Can’t get hold of anyone at Technical Supoort at Optus.

    @MattBald 1 hour, @Optus are stringing you along for over 12 hours on their chat service. And then if you don't respond within 10 minutes (even at 2am) they boot you and you have to start over!

    @Optus Cool story Harrison. I’m glad 30 years of loyalty is irrelevant. And you’d rather we cut ties with Optus rather than fix a simple problem.

    @iHeartRadio seems to work ok in the car. My aerial is broken so I stream to a Bluetooth receiver. It's ok till I go somewhere that Optus has patchy coverage lol

    Day 5 of no voice or data service after @Optus response to me being overseas was to disconnect me as it was “unusual activity “. Their advice to call them would be a joke if it wasn’t so pathetic.

    @wolfcat @NBN_Australia Well, we're currently at 37 DAYS without NBN and we're 7km from the centre of Brisbane. Apparently a tech is visiting tomorrow. We've been told that before so we shall see what happens. The real villain I believe is @Optus for mismanaging the problem.

    @wellreadisjen i don't normally. i haven't watched it since speers started. it just happened to be on while i was trying to sort out my optus app. BTW @optus support seems a trifle confused

    @Optus I have tried to cancel a plan with you twice now once in store and was refused, once on optus chat via myaccount 4 days ago was told I would receive an Email within 24 hours confirming cancellation and still nothing, what do I actually have to do to get my plan cancelled!?
