    @hyp3rstrike @Optus Thanks. That helps. Regardless of the agreement, still unprofessional to not remind a customer or prompt them after 24 months. That’s a long time to just remember that your contract is up.

    I can't seem to get @Optus to accommodation my needs, I can't seem to explain that I can't visit a store due to low vision, linked to a cowards punch attack. (Unrelated to Optus) - I have a phone that has a charging issue, but all they keep saying is "liquid damage."

    @Optus Doesn't work. Whenever I talk to a customer care at this time, they ask me to call 5G broadband help desk number in the morning..in the morning the internet works ok. Vicious cycle

    @Optus Just had five days with rubbish phone and internet reception. $148 a month in the bush for third rate service.

    i have to contact optus to get them to issue an authorisation of release of my parcel to me after the stupid driver ditched and decided to not deliver my parcel :D

    @Optus Have already done this multiple times and spoken to the help desk. As mentioned, a tower in my area is being investigated. Has been for the last 3 days! Just need the service that I’m paying for to be working, that’s all.

    @Moochie70189269 Hey there Moochie, thanks for reaching out. The Optus Ultra WiFi modem does have a 4G back that turns on when an outage is detected. Apologies if you were experiencing some issues with this. If you still require any assistance, please send us a DM. Jack

    @hyp3rstrike @Optus It was two years ago, I knew it was on lease but was expecting some sort of email to say to return it or buy it outright and they just never communicated with me

    @Pacebouncy IIRC ICC termed Adelaide oval and Optus stadium wickets in 2018 as poor. Am I right??
