  • angharadyeo rad meat spill (@angharadyeo) reported

@turna23 @VodafoneAU i find the way people/businesses handle their mistakes much more revealing/important than if they never made a mistake - and albeit tedious, voda has always handled the mistakes politely, as quickly as they can, and graciously. so i rate that. can't say the same for optus

  • Chitti_83 Andrew (@Chitti_83) reported

Has anyone else Optus mobile been absolutely dog **** lately? Got 5g phone, lucky to get 4g at times @Optus

@Optus several issues with your 5G home service in Kangaroo Point. 3 days that I can’t even watch a movie without stopping every 10minutes. This is also the new replacement modem but seems like you are having massive signal issues

@grtdane What they are not telling you is that the workers are replaced with an AI based solution, Optus are already doing same.

Hi @Optus I've been experiencing call dropouts and poor quality calls since early last year. Is there anyone I can contact or fill a form to see if it can be resolved? I run my own business and it's really impeding my communications - thank you!

  • ineffyble Effy Elden (@ineffyble) reported

@SamsungAU And the terms and conditions of the service state that you'll provide a "like" device. I can see that Optus, who I bought this from originally, could have another one here tomorrow. If you don't have stock of any colour Fold2, I assume you have Fold3 which would qualify.

  • HawksGirl67 marti (@HawksGirl67) reported

Dear @Optus & @Telstra is there ANYTHING that you can do to reduce or eradicate the spam text messages that are coming through with context of asking about videos or DHL deliveries - it's beyond a joke with the frequency of receiving them - your help would be much appreciated

  • epistemophagy moby dickgirl (@epistemophagy) reported

That having been said, if you literally must use a service or will not be able to engage with basic functions and structures or society on a basic level, it should be free, so Optus, Telstra, and the rest of them should be nationalised
