    @hughriminton Optus wouldn't know how many of us were affected. They wont help anyone, it's an Optus circus. Let alone Vic Roads trying to get your license replaced.

    Hey OPTUS, My NBN line was cut 2 weeks ago, a technician from OPTUS came, checked our house, and put a call into NBN, still waiting for the line to be fixed, no landline, NOT happy #Optus, even phone calls to the service center says the matter is resolved. I am moving.

    @redruby17 @Optus @Equifax It’s stupid to create bottlenecks and unnecessary stress when it’s time critical. It needs to be done efficiently and the way it’s being dealt with atm is chaotic.

New Medicare card ordered New drivers licence no requested Bank A/C, Optus passwords changed (Never used passports to open Optus a/c) Did I miss anything?
