    Hey @Optus have been trying to activate my (physical)? SIM card for my new Apple Watch since Friday. Everytime I try to either get help online or by phone I either get a run around or the online team member just never responds

    @Monatheowna @Optus Make a complaint. Optus doesn’t act until it gets a referral from the telecommunications ombudsman. Then it has 14 days to act. Wish I’d known that when I went a month with no/intermittent service
