    Right..... so what I did was pay my Phone bill twice and my internet bill not all all. Man Im clever.... why the hell the bills gotta look the same?? Optus when you gonna start bundling your mobile + internet service so I dont do this???

    @Optus @ote_mozo Your live chat technical staff on the app will only provide one solution - Network Resetting on your phone. I’ve tried but still doesn’t work, then the agent said he would transfer me to an expert who would read the conversation history and jump in.

    @PamyLaRae Tried amaysim...... great value but still Optus network. Back to belong $40 40GB, little sister company to the T, shocking customer service but once hooked up no signal fades beauuutiful. Optus gave me the congestion excuse for 1bar 3G at 2am in Brisbane....

    @Optus why do you show no outages on your website, when even down detector is showing the entire country reporting issues. Come on guys, what's going on? At least update us please

    @BrettSprigg @ScubaStv The WACA had its problems but definitely a much better CRICKET ground than Optus.

    @Optus I ended up getting on the phone to tech support which got on quick and person was very patient and fixed problem. All Ok now thank you

    We've seen your vans and technicians all week since the storm last Saturday surged the telecoms @NBN_Australia @Telstra @optus. Why can't you fix it for the entire village and not just one household at a time? #medlowbath

    @emilybyfield Having trouble with messenger on optus mobile at the moment, actual internet working fine though
