    @Optus Leaving your below sub standard crappy NBN & support for another ISP I wish I done it years ago. Speed faults for example, time for Aussie broadband to fix - 25 minutes, Optus - 4 months!

    B careful abt #unfoldyourworld with @SamsungMobile @SamsungAU @Optus When ur phone starts flipping out after only 7 months, there's no refund, if they can't fix your phone you get a refurbished one. Never had a phone breaking down at 7 months until now! #nightmare #Samsung

    @JayPeeterman @Optus You're not going to get it from Telstra/Optus, they're not focused on the customer and their customer service experience is an automated sham of an effort. Customer Service matters and it became clear its not a high enough priority for them.

    @Optus My mums been experiencing alot of drop outs, slow speeds etc with her NBN internet, troubleshooting doesn't seem to work and there isn't work going on in her area. Her optus modem is like 10 years or so old, is there a chance she needs a new modem? (2152 area if needed)

    I’ve spent 6+ hours on the phone with @Optus since Thursday pleading for a simple relocation. Only for them to disconnect my internet and generate a new order after insisting on several occasions that I will not be without. 👏🏼 bravo. Customer service on a whole new level.

    @JayPeeterman @Optus I've been with Optus for over ten years, had a similar issue with modem, they sent me a new one, problem solved. Wouldn't think of going elsewhere myself.

    @PSyvret Never really saw Qantas other than and old out dated airline, Telecom yes until Optus came along and was again an outdated dinosaur, CBA - never banked with them and Holden probably the only one. No one really trusted them - it's the only companies that existed. Move along.

    @clarke3110 @Optus Mate, hung up on, transferred around the entire contact centre, promised call backs that never eventuated, advised everything was fine by two seperate operators when it obviously wasn’t. Lol. Absolute circus
