    @chottomattekat This was actually from about 2 weeks ago. It's the biggest cyberattack known so far I think? ALL Optus customer details were taken but only approx 10,000 were exposed. All those exposed are entitled to free replacement documents

    My mother is 92 & cannot access her #Optus EMAIL account. For three days been talking to technicians & support staff. They attribute problem to cyber attack. BUT wanted to EMAIL her an access code!! Had to enter birth date, but only allows back to 1936! Do better #Optus!
