This isn't a rebuild in culture which is clearly what's required. It's just collecting players & not making them gel

Bank details, card details, DOB. Banks cancel your cards in times of dispute. Direct debits are affected. Constant crimes against us all.

Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive standard replies, to no avail. Please raise with Jazz to talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.
