@Optus Like replacing the old IMEI with new IMEI, the issue still remains. With no ETA given i personally have no hope this will be fixed.

@HenryBurlingame I've written to the media. I'm getting emails from Equifax saying that my email address, which is the login, has been updated. No idea what it's been changed to. @optus and @equifax can't be contacted. How do I inform Optus of this?

@Optus @OzGunner Same issue here this season. Random freezes and stutters mid game. Have tried all the steps - if it's happening to multiple people, it's probably on your end

@paramountplus So apparently you are taking lessons from @Optus and @medibank in how to not protect your customers data? Just had my account hacked and e-mail changed without my permission, and you can't even provide a customer service contact number to assist.. #DataBreach

Analysis: This brings us in line with Europe's GDPR. Unfortunately it doesn't undo the last weeks' damage (and won't be applied retroactively). I'd also like to see law that requires orgs to bear costs of replacing ID docs, which the gov't pushed @optus to do. #auspol #InfoSec

lol @instagram suspended my account assuming i'm impersonating someone else... i assume this has got to be an issue with the optus recent cyber attack - very annoying i can't even contact ig with their technically issues
