    @Optus I live in Redland Bay, QLD. I get drop outs all the time. My Microsoft Teams works barely and I have major streaming issues with EPL on Optus Sports. I have pause my bills on time ….. Why?

    neither the @Optus nor @Telstra iOS apps seem to support Dark Mode and opening them is like AAAAAAAA MY EYES DEAR GOD NOOOO 🙀👀

    @Optus Thanks although someone promised to look into it last week and I’m still having the issue yet I’ve continued to pay Optus in good faith that the issue will be resolved

    @LuanaGoriss @jriewolod @Telstra I took one phone to Optus customer service is better and no direct debt yet the mobile service is worse just can’t win 🤦🏻

    @Optus Thanks for response. But optus has een assisting for last 5 days and please read my tweets it explains the terrible service and answers that was provided after 5 days of dealing with all this expect better from such a service like optus. Been patient for a while now

    @Optus received an email saying DD didn't go through eventhough I've sufficient funds in my CC.I was also expecting an update email re poor reception in my area 2155 which didn't happen. #poorsevice #nocommunication #nocompensation..btw I've made the pmt with the same DD account
