@PauleQuan Mate I’ve had non stop problems with optus, been a nightmare firstly they sent my fetch box to the wrong address all whilst charging me for using it during that time, and my most recent bill they overcharged me $224 for a second modem I went off at them 1/2

@Optus Then put me back on the plan I was on and stop ripping me off. I saw my bills double for a service I cannot use 🤔 Oh yes I called & you said you'd call back. Never heard a thing.

@MinhKular me too - i was stuck with them on Central Coast in NSW, cos copper so bad, repair delays cos if with optus not telstra meant no phone most of the time. I was about to escape, left til last min cos was told did not need install, cos cable here. Was a complete lie.

@thenewshireboy iPhone 12 - there seems to be some Optus network issues in my area. Optus is working on the problems apparently.

I’m I the only one having a problem with @Optus! I barely can send out an SMS these days; most times my messages fail to send and other times it takes forever to send out a 100 characters message. However, my phone bills always come in on time. #optus

@johnhaynes85 Yeah Optus is horrible especially in Bathurst but unfortunately I can’t change to Telstra until my contract is up and that’s not till December 2022 unless I pay out my contract
