    @Optus hi guys, internet has been in and out in Calamvale 4116 for the last couple days and has now gone altogether. Can you please advise if there is a network issue or maintenance going on at the moment? I’ve checked your page and it suggests everything is working fine.Thanks

    @ImTiredBoss @Jeremy_Kirk Segregate the data not needed for the normal functioning of the service to a write-only archive, which can only be accessed by specific staff, and not at all via the internet. Optus does not need a photo of my licence in order to connect a phone call.

    @Optus if this is how you treat loyal customers... by blocking them then is it worth you being on social media and in business anymore? You lot are why I am with Telstra
