literally charged me $90 TWICE and i cant get my money back for 5 BUSINESS DAYS. and optus didnt even help me! they just said "sorry contact your bank" lmao

@JohnLocker4 Why is Telstra/Optus allowing randomised/computerised calling? Don’t people need to sign in blood for a phone number? What’s their cut from from all this criminal activity on the networks? How TF is it legal?

Hey @Optus Is there a way to arrange the channel order (to suit your preference) in the TV GUIDE and channel up/down list? I can see setup options to ADD FAVE or HIDE CHANNEL but not re-order them???

@Optus we have had daily internet outages for months - what is going on? I work from home full time so it’s very disruptive.. just checked and the Optus outage map and it says it’s a planned outage again - but no warning!

@Optus Was loyal @Optus customer for a decade. Paid $30 per month for 3GB mobile phone ($10 per GB). Asked numerous time for better deal told 'no this the best deal'. Just switched to @pennytel $25 18 GB ($1.40 per GB). Not a hassle at all to switch #SeeYouLaterOptus
