@Optus @NBN_Australia hurry up and fix this I’m not waiting until the 7th for a technician to come out. Pretty much the whole street has been down for 3 days.

  • Progut Pauly r (@Progut) reported

@Optus social media team can you please help me out here. I’ve been trying to get an issue solved for over 4 hours. Been transferred from team to team and no one is willing to help. I have already sent your a DM

  • AshKhwaja A Khwaja (@AshKhwaja) reported

@Optus I have persevered enough. The fetch box is about 4 years old and skips recordings or worse still records that cannot be played. The connection to tv is also bad as occasionally I have dark screen for a second or two. Tried changing the hdmi but no luck. All I need is a new box.

  • eduitguy David “eduitguy” Nichols (@eduitguy) reported

@iamtjgriffin I’m thinking about it. If I can get a cheap iPhone I might go back. Also seeing if a friend who works for Optus can help me out.

  • Keefles XVG - keefles (@Keefles) reported

Looking for a business account manager to assist with 30 tablets with data (5gb x 36mths plan)with 3 months free. Standard customer service channels are not adequate. More plans and devices will be ordered with the right provider. @Optus @VodafoneAU @Telstra

  • tezlefty Terry Constanti (@tezlefty) reported

@Wil_Anderson Telstra indeed. I switched to Aussie Broadband whose customer service is the exact opposite of Telstra or Optus with some other pluses. Recommend highly.

  • RichHolborn Rich Holborn. (@RichHolborn) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU Hmm. I’ll probably cancel and go with another provider as @Optus already has a significant network across the city and you clearly have sold a product that isn’t ready. I’d like a reduction in by initial bill or to terminate my contract with you and move to another provider

  • smperris Shane Perris (@smperris) reported

@souwalker Not a bad deal. As an Optus mobile customer, I’m still hanging out for Optus to collect the set once the current TV deal expires 😜

  • jimmicbreeze jimmi (@jimmicbreeze) reported

@BJafari @simonahac telstra use to be best. Was optus but poor. Then Telstra went to crap but stayed becos no choice. Then found out Telstra sold swathe of towers to Optus so went back to Optus. Live on the road, very good coverage. Now hear telstra buying Optus.

  • amaysimAU amaysim (@amaysimAU) reported

@drusnat Hey @drusnat, amaysim will continue to operate as a standalone brand and on the Optus network. Rest assured that there is no disruption to your mobile plan or mobile service coverage, we'll keep all our customers informed as we move forward. - Zoe
