Can someone explain to me how the feature game of Optus Sports Goal Rush is the game between 11th and 14th (Chelsea vs Wolves) , instead of the game between 4th 9th (Newcastle vs Brentford) or 5th and 6th (Spurs vs Brighton). @OptusSport wtf??? Stop doing this ****.

Tell me WHY @Optus refuses to acknowledge that I paid off $369.18 to pay off my iPad and insists on charging me $123.06 for the next 3 months even though I paid it off. The live chat is insanely slow and doesn’t understand that they’ve double billed me

We've never previously had this level of trouble with @Optus - and, on those few occasions we've had issues, have had no issue getting them resolved. But this time around, it's like pulling teeth.

@asha_on_45 I’d love to. But I’m (trying) to be on holiday & have no phone & very little signal. I have to stand on a rock. The only guaranteed communication I have is @Optus emailing me daily to tell me it’s charged me another $5
