@Optus - 5th time I have phoned to try and get an issue resolved as my service was cancelled without any notice. Have actually been hung up on because people obviously can't answer my questions. This is not acceptable. Is that your plan for good customer service?

@the_boston_rose @Optus Same thing happened me on 17 December. Be prepared for long battle with Optus. I'm still not back online. Suggest you log a complaint with the TIO now.

Moved out today and everything’s been smooth so far...expect for the NBN set-up. @Optus, why do you have a 24/7 messaging system but j can’t phone anyone to fix these problems. What’s the point?? Love your work but please help.

@SJOBrien8906 I used to be 3/Voda until the terrible era. Switched to Optus for 5 years and was really happy until their iPhone 8 deals were terrible (unless you leased). Since 5G rolled out Voda’s 4G network has been struggling a little. I’ll probably look at Optus again soon.

@nicole_s_12 @Optus Having unsuccessfully attempted to resolve this, log a complaint with the TIO to increase chances of timely resolution. @Optus CS & Tech Support is notoriously bad & dealing with them repetitive. A complaint via the TIO should be treated more seriously and given ‘ownership’.

@deniseshrivell For weeks had NBN drop out every 10-20 minutes. I’ve got FTTN. Msg Optus, they get NBN tech out, he says copper network was **** to start with. Fixes something in the street. Optus gives me a new modem “just in case” Is it fixed yet? NO!

Do NOT be sold a 5G compatible phone by @optus I was & all inbound & outbound calls dropped out as soon as connected. They then told me their 5G network isn't READY yet & converted my phone back to 4G. It's a scam. No-one needs a 5G phone currently.

@Optus Is it disappointing? Do you even care Jono?My iPhone 12 is 1 month and 2 weeks old and I contacted @Optus 1 week ago about it dimming 5 - 7 times per day without any warning. It is a fault and you want me to PAY FOR A PREPAID WHILST YOU REVIEW IT! @AppleSupport can you help?

@Optus Yeah the area had a 84901 issue since November last year. A week ago I’ve received an update that the problem had been fixed, internet was normal for a day or two and went bad again
