    @AdditiveAlex Probably, but they make it out like the encryption is bad, not the behaviour. With what's been happening at Optus, Medibank, MyDeal et all, more data security should be considered a good thing!

    @Optus you would think after the recent security hack, Optus would up their game and look after their customers so they dont go to another provider. Worst customer service ever by far.

    @michaelJwyllie My uncle is in the same situation. Was an Optus customer for a short period nearly a decade ago. Once they have established your identity, the details should be deleted. There is no reasonable excuse for keeping them.

    @AVFCOfficial Well what a load of total bullshit went to see the club at Optus stadium Perth I followed villa many years ago great too the coach and players in a crowd of 55000 and now this got my cap got my shirt means nothing too me now I want nothing too do with villa poor gutless
