@Optus @s3_gunzel What was the resolution? I hear most if not all $65 Optus One customers aren't getting the 'priority' service advertised - at least my mum and many others on Whirlpool haven't.

Okay first optus goes down for hours and twice in one week, and now apparently commbank got ddosed and I can't even pay for a pint by card rn like wth is going on did scomo piss off putin at that summit or summink???

@JudyLewid @gomoau It all comes down to user perception. Fast for you may be slow for others. At least in my circle, it's a popular opinion that Optus cheap out on bandwidth.. Personally I've chopped and changed many times over the years and the Optus Sim always fails to deliver.

@tuttiau yeah internet in Australia is just wack, we had roadwork done and they legit cut one of the wires to our entire street making it super spotty our entire street was calling and Telstra said they fixed it remotely, it took 2 weeks for an Optus representative to come down and fix it

@Optus not an Optus problem but I have to go to you. How do I raise a fault ticket? Internet drops out often. At least 4-6 times per week. Last night 2 hours tonight 20 mins. It is the copper wires. When it works maximum speed 20 mbps. We pay for 100 mbps connection. Feeling ripped off
