    @82Ames @Optus Play games? I can't get any internet. I'm spending every day trying to get connected. All I get is switch everything off, reset everything, not our problem. Been goi ng on for 6 months plus. No help. Even have to cancel subscriptions because you have me running at 11mbps.

    @Optus @optus_help email password rejected. Your 'help' offers nothing to the many enquiries. I just changed location on my VPN and my email works!! Do better at customer feedback and service.

    @Optus So why have your previous responses been blaming customers, telling them to check their storage quota?! The first step to fixing a problem, is admitting YOU have a problem.
