    @Optus posted on a Facebook group about how bad optus is and someone who lives near by at Bardon said that a optus worker told them that they could cancel their optus plans at any time with no fees or charges as they know that optus coverage in this side of town is so terrible

    @Optus so been sitting on your app messenger for almost 2 hours now waiting to be connected to a third person to help me with a faulty fetch box. Am I just wasting my time??

    @Optus It has been 7 days now and the network status for Noble Park Vic 3174, still says under investigation. Can't stream anything, can't browse anything, and now emails won't even download. Speed test shows at best 1mds.

    @Optus postcode 2165. I’m experiencing frequent drop outs. Tried trouble shooting methods and have checked for disruptions in my area. Any reason behind the dropouts/slow connections?

    Went to return the Foxtel box at p.o. due to $300 threat. Come home to see Optusnet and Foxtel down. I’d rather not contact as it would be a waste of time. Try Foxtel on the phone. Painful. Optus I wouldn’t bother.
