Hey @Telstra ... got a new phone ONE WEEK AGO and still can’t use it. Something about an ESIM transfer and returning my phone. Have tried to fix the problem on my own, but if I can’t use my phone by COB, I’m gonna go to @Optus. I’m pretty sure they’ll sort me out in an hour. 👍🏻

Have Collingwood ever had a game v WC in Perth that we were expected to win? Feels like every damn time we have a form slump I look at the fixture and we’re playing WC at Optus. In 2019 we were coming off losses v North and Hawks, 2020 G1 coming off loss v Freo and then the EF

@Optus the internet has been down all freaking day. what is going on? was WFH and had to hotspot for a huge server. now it's wind down time and no internet still. This is utter nonsense

@Optus Thanks for the reply Rob. I'm not sure what it is either, I make sure to keep up with updates, it just seems worse than usual lately. I hope something can be done, as you know phones are lifelines, I'll take any help you can give. Thanks again. Anna

@GladysB Why is Optus permitted to jeopardise COVID safety with a substandard service of 3G in Suffolk Park NSW which only last week was a COVID hotspot. 3G makes QR code sign in difficult or at times not possible.

@Optus does the 5g home device support external antennas im 1km away from 5g and i just can get it on my phone so a boost in 5g covarge

An @Optus outage as brought Broome court to its knees. The District Court is unable to record, patch into prisons and video link to lawyers. Why anyone relies on Optus up here is still an utter mystery.
