    @Optus i ported my number to another service but my Optus connection is still active on the same number, the chat experts have no clue what to do, calling Optus no one picks up. How is it possible same number on 2 providers!?

    Pretty sure there is no worse telecommunications company in the world than @Optus. The amount of hours I have wasted with them and the issues are still not rectified is insane. I’ve only been a customer for a month and it’s been the worst month for my phone and internet

    At Optus Stadium - paid $395 for a ticket with the inclusion of food and booze and all they provided for now 40 min is a tiny plate of salmon! Worst party you could ever go to!! Ripped off!!! #optusstadium #nadiaowens

    @prairiegirl0028 Optus is like that right at the top. All open and freezing from the wind. Glad I'm down closer to the action now. Not sure we'll remain dry tomorrow night though in new seats. Unless of course it doesn't rain.

    @timinclimate Omgee. This happened to my mum! She has tried calling support and they insisted it’s her router, she called Optus as well. I think it’s a software update on Chrome’s side. Haven’t found a fix yet because the support aren’t helpful.
