Day 6 and still no @Optus phone service and now day 2 of no contact whatsoever to find a resolution to not being able to use the iPhone 11 that is under contract. Extract from complaints policy “we aim to lead Aus in delivering outstanding customer service”🤔#shambolic #shocking
