    If anyone is still arguing with Optus about contracts ect make sure you put a complaint in with the TIO, they have pretty much got my final bill cut in half

    In Australia it is easy to get divorce than cancellation of Mobil plan even if the company is at fault and service is not good . @Optus

    @Optus Currently I was palmed off by your call centre and told "senior staff" will contact me within 24 hours. I asked how theyd contact me and they had to ask me for my phone number. Obvious just another palm off from the worst call centre in the business world.

    bruh the phone call I had to make from Japan to Australia on my Dutch sim card to contact Optus customer service cost me €138 💀 and in the end they couldn't even resolve the issue
