@lavosaurus I got rid of my Optus connection a few months back. Worst customer experience of my life. SFA support, two day wait for return calls from off shore. Just crap

  • party_hatters Mad Hatters Party (@party_hatters) reported

@warriorboy67 @OptusSport I'm in the same boat. Went to Optus when they took over from Foxtel. I find Optus network coverage average and if it wasn't for the EPL, I would have jumped years ago.

  • NickPfitzner Pfitzy (@NickPfitzner) reported

@mistermouse666 @AntKaplan Good enough to switch everyone across - even the Telstra holdout. Our house is good for Optus *and* it supports call over Wifi so even our steel roof isn't a problem. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner If you're in a bad Optus area, it'll suck, natch. We're in a bad Telstra area, so...

@Optus hey I've been on the chat rrying to get a response for 3 hours!!! Can I please have an alternate way of contacting someone regarding the increased billing prices which seems to he going hand in hand with a downgrade and in service and quality

  • Dane_Berryman Dane Berryman (@Dane_Berryman) reported

@lachiemillsteed @Optus also having same issue

  • finishedlast 💉💉💉Steppin' Razor 🔪 (@finishedlast) reported

@FreezeSPreston If Telstra can call a review of the handling of Personally Identifying Information processes because Optus had a leak, child care companies can review headcount policies in reaction to an incident of a kid being left on a bus. Not sure how that's controversial, or difficult.

  • AndyLevees Andy (@AndyLevees) reported

@Optus - you’ve increased the price of @OptusSport by a huge amount, increased everyone’s plans, no improvement in metro Melbourne network services, and made $544m profit in 2021FY according to your last report. Seems like inflation isn’t really a leg you can stand on.

  • jenpryor1 JP (@jenpryor1) reported

@lavosaurus I got the same email. As soon as my contract is up I’m going elsewhere and I’ve been an Optus customer for over 20 years. I’ve had enough. Their contact number is written in invisible ink and they’re challenging Telstra for the title of the biggest bastards of telecommunications

  • TurnRiva Tim Marsters (@TurnRiva) reported

@lavosaurus @AndyLevees @Optus Contact optus and tell them if they don't honour you will contact the TIO. If they are **** heads then actually contact the TIO

  • DianaDJ7 Diana DJ (@DianaDJ7) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@bobbylosbravos @bcurrall80 I get 50GB for $45/month on Telstra thru a pre-paid plan I bought from JB Hi-Fi. They were the only Telstra reseller I could find and I refuse to go to Optus or Vodafone due to terrible experiences in the past.
