    @joshgnosis The attack was "quickly closed down". They stole all the data except for Optus employees contact numbers and email addresses. Forcing to be on hold for hours and Optus saying go to the app to get more information

    @joshgnosis 2/2 and when I follow Optus process for a forgotten password, doesn't work for me So they may have emailed me but I can't access my email to find out

    @joshgnosis Since their original email saying my licence and passport info was leaked, not a word since. No sms as per their website, nothing. 17 years an Optus customer and I’m looking at moving providers now. #OptusDataBreach #optusfail

    @joshgnosis @BelindaJones68 Optus customer-they say my information has been compromised but can’t tell me what information has been compromised. BTW if you want to sign up to the Equifax service you need to provide copies of your passport and drivers license.

    @joshgnosis As a former customer, when I ring them, none of the options are relevant. I try them anyway, doesn't work because I don't have eg a current optus ph number. Don't get a response to the online support options Haven't been able to access my optus email account re password 1/2
