    @OptusSport why do your epl broadcasts have un-skippable ads in a paid for service? It’s not acceptable when customers pay a premium and Optus is the only paid streaming service I subscribe to that does this

    It's become impossible to stream Radio with @optus mobile 4g. The 'fix' I was given has made it worse. Time, after all this time, to start flying Qantas.

    @Optus My NBN connection has been 'reduced service' since Tuesday morning. Actually it doesn't work at all. I've reported the issue but the outages page just says it's under investigation. Why would it take this long to fix?

    @rbozinovski @MichaelWestBiz @Optus Had to go through the ombudsman several years ago, let's just say they were as helpful as Telstra dealing with the problem, offered me a discount after I cancelled 2 months before & went to another telco

    @xssfox That seems stupid. Optus does sends it out via email. By changing devices after you've installed it is a pain.
