    @Optus Hey George, just went through the process of cancelling a service through the chat app. Second service I've cancelled this year where the same question of transferring the service to another person is asked... Kinda just curious what the success rate of that is?

    @Optus Hey Optus I need some help. Our optus modem broke (standby light won't even turn on) and customer support sent out a tech to help. The thing is, he never turned up or even looked at it. But now customer support is insisting he did show up and it's an NBN issue. What do?

    @Optus I've reported this before without much success. My phone usually detects them as spam. If I call back the number it says this number does not support callbacks, is this a usual sign of spam callers?
