    Wanna see how the customer service from @Optus is? They screwed up my account LAST YEAR. In the last 2 weeks alone, despite 3 emails and 3 different convos promising a call within set time frames from the service rep, you know how much contact I've had? NIL. Disgusting.

    @Telstra Oh Telstra thank you. But there’s nothing wrong with your service. I can only utilise my @Optus mobile through wifi calling etc.I have no service otherwise. The trouble is you guys also say I would have 4G at address,I’m scared about switching if the same thing occurs.

    @Optus Your network is a joke. You spent $50 million on naming rights to the Perth Stadium and 11km away in Guildford there is no phone signal, never mind 3G coverage. Invest in your infrastructure before your image. #callfailed

    Ok Optus wireless ,4g internet Is 59 a month So? Ok it's portable ok it's a modem that sits on your desk or bookcase With 500 GB a month If NBN goes down you have wireless It works like your mobile phone AVG speed ,20mbs in peak Not great but very usable

    Hey @Optus my nbn connection is down,it's been happening for a few days now #Bexley #2207 and #kogarah, mobile reception is crap in my area already so I can't rely on it to use the internet, WTF is going on

    @TammyWolffs @Optus Ooohhhh thanks for the suggestion. It's good that you have an external source to screenshot that for Optus. A friend at work uses the Optus App but shes convinced that data is manipulated as shes had the same problem as us but the app makes it appear less
