Starting to see through my network more and more orgs reporting breaches. Do wonder if the Optus breach is going to be a sort of tipping point and things are going to get a lot more messy before it gets better.

.@Optus appears to have just given up on customer service. The data breach jarred my complacency with them. They haven't been good for years, but trying to deal with them over it has been a nightmare. This time next week, I'll be with someone else. #GoodRiddance #OptusFail
