    I had 3 scammer calls in the last hour. Thanks @Optus @ASheridanOptus for having **** security and leaking millions of customers' data, including mine 😡😡😡 ****** *****

    @AllBiteNoBark88 So, the optus info was compromised digitally, so their ****** way to fix that is with dig ID... ffs.

    @Optus make you feel as though you have to pay a bill and they've closed the complaint-they are legally required to leave it open when TIO is involved. If they try to take money tell TIO as it is ILLEGAL for them to take money when there is an open case.

    @sallyrugg @Optus So hang on, they allow all your details to be stolen - details that can be used to text you fraudulent links that could lead you to transfer money to criminals...yet they persist on sending you texts with links in them. How are you to know if they are legit messages?

    @kbrspace @Optus Yeah was wondering why Optus can’t communicate within their own company and are telling people they can’t help them? I’ve been told I owe 1500 after being told I had no bills. Have fun with the hundreds of TIO issues including mine.
