@JoshBBornstein My daughter is an Optus customer but is currently in Europe backpacking. No idea what she can do. Hard to replace licence, medicare card, passport etc while travelling around!

I don’t usually agree with Albo that much, but I do in regard to Optus bearing the costs associated with people having to change their official documents like licenses and passports. Not a taxpayer problem, it belongs to Optus #OptusHack #OptusDataBreach #Optus

As an Optus customer affected by their data breach , a visit to their office in Coffs Central was a fail, as they were shut. Sign in windows said no staff.

@Kay1Denise @favfavalore Heard someone who 5 years ago was ex customer of Optus . They’ve been contacted re the hack and been told they lost their data. WTAF is Optus keeping ex customer data for from 5 years ago

oh my god privacy reform is coming! what we've been wanting for years!! why am I so worried they are going to rush it in response to optus and overlook many of the really considered submissions and long-standing issues and squander the opportunity in favour of headlines, help

@AnnastaciaMP My email address, phone number & home address that I signed with have all changed since I was an @Optus customer but they still breached my DL. How exactly do I get that letter that @TMRQld demands to get my DL number changed?
