@bongo_bin @Optus Optus, worst company I have ever known. Only way I got them to do anything was to go onto their Facebook page. Two days later got Internet speed back up. They said it was down to US fleet in port at Freo.

@Optus Do you understand what I’m saying. I’m trying to pay you more money for faster internet. But the shop checks my ID tells me they can’t help me and to go online, online spends an hour filling in forms only to say they can’t help me, go to a shop.

@haruki_zaemon @Optus You’ve given them a chance to fix it for free. Now make them fix it expensively by lodging a case with the TIO.

@Optus The case morphed into being unable to correspond with the case manager because there was a different issue with me being unable to log into the Optus app. The Optus app being the only way to correspond with case managers. This was not working until today.
