@infernal_monkey Torrentz is always gettin shut down but like pirate bay they have so many alt sites now using multiple encryptions.. and with ppl using vpns it’s harder to police, with Optus all of these sites are blocked and need vpns to access

@Optus I tried to activate my prepaid mobile SIM before 3am and was told it would take 15 mins to 4 hours. It has now been over 4 hours and no activation. Can you please help?

so i’ve just learned that my 2FA phone service got cancelled when VMA died and optus took over in 2020-09… but *also* that it should never have lasted this long (expiry + 6 months = 2019-03). bet you $100 their cron job was broken for years and only noticed during handover lmao

I have been getting a few spammy "Conference calls" from @Optus mobile numbers. How do I know they are Optus? Because I immediately call them back, only to get "This number is not in service" almost immediately after I dial back. Sound like aggressive fraud prevention?

@Optus 1) Thanks for a prompt response (You got your social game on!) 2) No, I am actually happy you smack them down so fast. The only concern I had, one of the faked numbers was actually what was, from the voice-mail, some kind of a mental-help councillor. Maybe check before block?
