It happens every time and they are obviously doing it on purpose. It’s so evident they are deliberately evading my issue because it has become so complex.

Took 2 months of phones calls(endless waits or nobody available in cancellation to take call) to finally cancel now receiving threatening messages of fines for not returning a fetch box. @Optus 👎
