    I am getting so frustrated with @Optus. They emailed me on 4/11 telling me that my phone that I preordered on 10/09 was on the way and it is now 20/11 and I still don't have it and I'm on their chat feature again trying to sort this **** out - just give me my new phone 😩

    Found out today @Telstra doesn't offer in-home services for people with #disabilities or those who are #immunocompromised and can't get in to a store. Even if you're a business customer. This is ****. Interested to see whether @Optus or @Vodaphone4 offer these services...?

    @Optus Really, really disappointed having changed all these so promptly. After being a very happy customer for the last 4 years I have ceased my use of Optus immediately. Will no longer use Optus services. Made a.madsive meal of this year Optus, I imagine so many have already jumped
