    @janine_hendry Go to your local Optus shop if you have one. Ask for help and get put on their phone system for your inquiry. Oh and bring snacks although you usually . do get to a human much more quickly.

    @janine_hendry Not one bit. I had three calls with @Optus before they agreed that the problem was what I suggested on the second call. Now I have to go into a shop to get it fixed. I feel sorry for the staff, who clearly want to help

    Honestly can @Optus / @NBN_Australia get their **** together so the internet doesn't drop out every couple minutes the second it rains

    @janine_hendry 3 days intermittently via chat with Optus only to be told to go to the store. Complaint opened in store. No response for 20 days. Complained to Ombudsman. Took another 10 days to hear from someone with authority. 10 days later someone eventually responded to my original complaint

    @janine_hendry Do yourself a favour and leave optus immediately. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will never use them again #optus
