@crgentle Thanks. I don't have the tools or expertise to see what traffic is being generated. I can imagine that the twitter app and web interface work differently. Campuscodi's tweet suggested it should be transient problem? Still 5hrs later here via both Telstra and Optus.

We have a TIO #telecommunications #ombudsman(telecommunication Industry Ombudsman)complaint with our supplier.They first cut our services off, now are buffering our internet speed to 0.23 download and 0.02 upload speed. How can they do this.Should I complain to TIO again? #optus

@Optus 2 hours in store, hours on the phone. Your internal glitch caused split accounts on a contract renewal. Now 2 accounts, unsure on charges, an IT ticket raised, and the inability to get a new handset until month 2 of a new contract. No one knows how to fix it..what next?

@Optus I keep getting charged for extra data despite my mobile being data off. Charged me again after apparently going through 1gb in 40minutes with my data off. Was on a support chat when the app went offline. At work all day tomorrow so can't call. Any other way to sort it?

Had to end stream early. My internet thanks to @Optus is still not working, the maintenance that was meant to take 8 days is almost going onto 2 months and 8 days. Hopefully they fix this before april. Anyways, hopefully I'll be back on today for more pvp and shenanigans <3
