@sunriseon7 Help please. Our mother has been locked up in her nursing home room with no telephone for 8 days since 24 January ! Optus just have not been interested or capable to fix the problem. The Nursing home are also desperate.

@Robtrinity It is a legit debt collector as I looked up Optus debt agency. Just not v professional. Optus didn’t disconnect my broadband back in mid 2020. I’ve called them 100 times since. Just submitted complaint to Ombudsman. Pain. @Optus

SEVEN DAYS on I finally get a response to my “escalation” with @Optus - it said? Please provide your full name, DOB, etc!!🤬. THEY are contacting ME so they have all that. Oh - and still NO SERVICE.

@sunriseon7 Help please. This is day 8 of a nightmare. My 87 year mother in law is locked up in a nursing home who are desperate like us. The homes’ telephones have been out now since 24 January. Optus showed up yesterday for the first time . And blames Telstra
