and again in the middle of a meeting and @Optus 5g is not working again. THIS IS A CRAP SERVICE, DON'T HIRE. OPTUS 5G DOESN'T WORK.

@Optus Thanks so much for all your help Rob. Internet is down again but I will make sure to keep an eye on the network map for information. Do you know if we will be credited for the time that the internet has been down??

@Optus @newcastleboyy Thanks Aman. I would have dm'd, but had no internet, & the links in the texts re work on the tower issues also required internet. Bit of a Catch22 there. But resolved itself yesterday afternoon, else I would've gone into your shop today.

@Telstra - Please don’t call yourself a number one NW service provider. Porting request has been lying for 3 days and does not have a process to perform porting. On top of it, customer care agents cannot be reached nor messaging works. highly regret for choosing you over #Optus

just worked it out - new owner @optus of @amaysimau is trying to get me to pay higher monthly fee that optus is used to whereas amaysim is a budget service and has lower monthly fee
