@BenSmee @Optus I was in this boat a few months back. After rebooting my router numerous times, they booked a NBN technician to come and have a look. And then I found reset button on my NBN box and it fixed the problem. I’ve since added Optus Technician to my resume.

@Optus your service on the mid north coast nsw, is disgusting at the moment. Modem needs resetting at least 8 times per day. Your towers & infrastructure are just not coping, yet your happy to take my monthly payment for rubbish service #optusrubbish

@Telstra My advice is don’t be demanding payment by a certain day if you’re gonna take two whole days to recognise said payment. You can blame this on your customers all you want. You’re as bad as Optus, the only thing you haven’t done YET is put my ID up for sale on the dark web.

@Optus I’ve sent your ‘Help’ messenger about 500 DM’s and they just keep asking the same questions. It says I have an ineligible account so I can’t subscribe to any apps. Your help guys keep telling me to use a different browser or device 🙃🙃🙃😩😩😩😩

@Optus I’ve been shocked at how poor your service and communication has been in the past 6 months. Price increases, data leaks, no service now this.
