@Optus Would you think cutting off a customer's internet while working during lockdown, 5 days before a scheduled relocation, having a case manager put you on hold for 15 mins to tell you it has been cancelled and will take 2 business days to restore is good service, or terrible?

@Ticketmaster_AU bought 2 tickets for Dreamtime at Optus , they don’t have a barcode and I can’t forward them , it says pending , can you please contact me to rectify this issue , you’ve already received the payment?

@Optus why doesn't Lily Pilly NSW (2229) get 5g phone reception. I can't get phone calls and data reception is patchy. It's a risk especially in an emergency. Thank you for your advice

@Stevo7AFL @7AFL @7NewsMelbourne No. Playing twice in a row at Optus Stadium somewhere we have we've never won at and have a shocking record brings the integrity of the competition into question. If that happens, AFL shouldn't send us to Perth in 2022 at all.

I have openly criticised @Optus on their poor customer offering but today I decided that all Telco in Australia is a joke. The consumer is at ransom. My partner wants to txt the @sunriseon7 cash cow competition but @Telstra charge $20 a month for access to send premium SMS.

@Telstra Dialling 101 works. But dialling 125102 or the 1800 number does not work from mobile (Optus service) or from the home landline.
