    @luciedigitalni What misogynistic clap trap ! Lots of male CEO s have alternate director ships ! Optus was the target of a criminal investigation that committed a crime ! I fail to understand how the minister or the media know the security settings of Optus - sheer speculation !

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 I'm paying U for a service i cant even use. This is ridiculous i have had no service since 24th Sept 2022 u promised it would be fixed on 30th Sept at 2000hrs YOU LIED. I won't be paying my bill either.

    @redruby17 @Optus I get about 3-4 scam calls a day on average and have done for ages. It means I never bother answering a number I don’t know. If they are real I figure they will leave a message/text.

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 I am so glad my NBN is NOT with Optus or I'd be screwed big time. It's bad enough i cant make phone calls or use data that I'm bloody paying u for. I do not recommend Optus to anyone you are worse provider ever

    Get your **** together @fbsecurity I’m a victim of the Optus Australia cyber attack. Have lost my FB & Instagram accounts due to identity theft. No help whatsoever grrrr 😖

    @joshgnosis @BelindaJones68 Optus customer-they say my information has been compromised but can’t tell me what information has been compromised. BTW if you want to sign up to the Equifax service you need to provide copies of your passport and drivers license.

    @lawrepforjesus @Optus Two factor ID has it's own problems...did u read the article in yesterdays guardian? (I tweeted the link yesterday.) If they get your mobile number they take control of your accounts. That article laid bare the true horror of this situatio.

    @SallyKFranco @Optus They don't tell you. You have to ask them. Some have had success using 24/7 app staff. I had to resort to a complaint.
