    @Optus can you please explain why I’ve been charged 5x international roaming charges. my phone has been on airplane mode and data roaming switched off since I’ve been abroad! I’ve complained each time to your customer service team (whilst on my holiday) and nothing has changed

    @nicwkelly @Optus Mate had a terrible experience with them leaving my old house - their fault and no resolution from my end that I was happy with - Ombudsmund now - it's the only way to get their attention and this resolved asap

    Went with @optus when switching ISPs as I thought big org = maybe good support. The service I ordered on Friday isn't active yet and I have been on hold nearly an hour so far trying to get it sorted.

    @bdon1709 Flip a coin. Optus should suit hollands but Kennedy sub worries me slightly as they could give him a rest. I’d expect honey maybe gets subbed but you never know could have an injury occur. I’d probably go Hollands.

    Hey @Optus your internet service sucks. It’ drops out at the worst times. I’m paying a premium for substandard internet service 😡🤬 Convince me why I should stay with you! 🤨

    1hr 30mins on phone to @Optus - 3 different people, same story and still can’t fix their screw up, or work out what’s wrong! Why can I work it out despite not working there
