@Optus They are not outages Steven, rather black spots in the CBD?, suburbs, home, that I never suffered with Telstra. Sorry mate but it’s quite alarming such a big telco has these problems in 2020.

jesus christ optus has the worst webpage/account creation/account verification process, i have tried to verify my email several times and the link expires in, like, 3 nanoseconds also i am trying to add credit to send texts overseas why is this so complicated?

@Telstra It has been constantly bad. Streaming is impossible. I have to use my sons Optus account to stream. It’s the same every year. Pretty poor really.
