    @AllieHollyS I called Optus and said I would be moving to a place that offered $25 a month. I was sick of it. So they just manually changed my plan from $75 to $25 for the year…… their prices are completely made up and they can do wtf they want you just got to be serious about leaving.

    @LydiaAmesha Sorry to hear you may be experiencing issues with your Optus internet. If the issue is only persistent whilst viewing the SBS stream, it would most likely be an issue on their end. However, if you are facing issues with your Optus network in general outside the SBS stream, please send us a Private Message, so we can look into the issue for you further. -Jay

    @eevblog If you turn on Data Roaming when in Vodafone, in areas where there is poor coverage, it will connect to an Optus tower to fill the gap. This only works for Vodafone and not Optus or Telstra.

    @TeamYouTube I contacted Optus team. They said the issue is at YouTube end. YouTube support need to refresh the sync for me. Please help. I have been paying for my optus subhub services since October 2025 and haven't been able to use youtube premium because it shows inactive on YouTube app.

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia When my husband died @Optus (Australian telco) harassed me for about two years about his bill and phone. Years. Told them over and over and over that he was dead. It was awful.
