@Optus Geez, still getting Optus in my feed. Algorithms just not working in Optus' favour. **** arse company. Doesn't give a **** about vulnerable people. And Optus don't ******* suggest I DM you. You can communicate thru my disabled brother's solicitor. Arseholes!

Thanks @Optus for making me travel a two hour round trip to upgrade a handset to return with nothing because of IT issues. Restricted IT systems provided me with pathetic customer service.

@Optus Worst thing I ever did was get a contract with Optus, mobile coverage is absolute garbage loading basically any app or website takes 10x longer than Telstra.

@AngryNana4 @Telstra Had a similar incident with Optus some years ago. Was overdue by 44c (reversed the cents figure and paid 17c instead of 71c on my bill). They cut off my OS access on 24th Dec and despite payment I couldn't get it restored till 28th, so I couldn't call OS fam and friends at Xmas.

@Optus Mobile Service has now been down for over 42 hours in Broome. Would be so nice if Optus could issue an occasional update rather than a static "broken" message.

@Telstra It’s not a messaging issue it’s a problem with someone on Optus calling my number and getting a disconnected message sometimes and no one has sorted anything out

so it seems @Telstra has closed it customer service centers - you have to try and problem solve with them through a dodgy messaging service that they sometimes reply to Its making @Optus or anyone else look appealing
