@Optus Yes, the status page has said reduced service, under investigation for the past two days. That is why I was asking if there was repair work going on. It's a bit of a pain when it happens during the day.

(in my particular case, got a pair of @SamsungAU Galaxy Buds Live 2 days ago from @Optus but they make me nauseous!! The store filed a complaint to HQ on my behalf but the likelihood of it getting removed from my contract is iffy. Never wore buds before so had no idea.)

@Optus my phone has been on SOS mode since last night. No data, texts or calls. I’ve contacted customer service who said it’s a local tower outage but I’ve been to the eastern suburbs and your website shows no signs of outage anywhere. #optusoutage
