    @Optus It's just nuts that there's no Optus service but there's a McDonald's that has free WIFI but Optus doesn't allow Wi-Fi calling on prepaid mobiles. Why not?

    "@Telstra" just SMSd me inviting me to join Telstra Plus member rewards. I'm not a Telstra customer? My NBN services are Optus. Mobile services are Optus. My fiber service is AAPT. My SIP channels are AAPT.

    A short while ago @Optus Fetch TV box announced it was removing @CNN from the service. That was probably my go to channel. Why have they removed it? So little warning. I’m considering other TV options now. 🙁😡

    @LennaLeprena Commercial TV now appears to be the old Foxtel/Optus rubbish where everything is years out of date or we are subjected to the mindless 'Reality TV' and Cooking shows. Married at First Sight ... Big Brother .... The Farmer take a **** ... ALL aimed at 'dumbing down' Australians.

    @carolduncan @Optus Have delt with Optus customer service and it was indeed painful. Only took me 6 weeks to get my problem sorted

    @Optus Hi Nard, it's been happening regularly in multiple locations so I don't think it's a location/outage issue and it's not restricted to my home address. I can still make and receive calls, texts etc so it's just data. It stays off for anywhere from 30 secs to 15 minutes or more.
