    I’m not normally one to do this but I feel the need to share my experiences so that others can be warned. So, rant ahead! I’ve be a customer with @Optus for ages, I’m talking, a good amount of years at this point. And let me tell you, the absolute bulls**t I’ve been through—

    @Mattox_81 @xDOCTAx Ahhh already running a bridged modem into a router, cool. Wouldn't be surprised if that optus Sagemcom is holding the speeds back, a quick temp fix is to do a factory reset on both your modem and router as long as you have your PPPoE password from your ISP since they use logins.

    —long and VERY frustrating messaging conversation via the @Optus app I was getting nowhere and having to explain the situation over and over again. So I dmed @Optus via Twitter and Facebook and finally managed to get the issue resolved almost immediately. One problem solved—

    @Optus @NBN_Australia that’s 8 times now in 2 days it’s dropped out, this morning and now again this is ridiculous, it’s been great up until last two days WTF #Nbn #Optus

    @Optus The damage is done, nothing will happen to Kahla, no one at Optus cares about the trauma inflicted by her and the lack of empathy she provided me. Im so upset by this & will tell everyone I know what Optus did to me. It's disgraceful & not what I expect after after 20yrs w Optus

    @optus My wifi always goes down at this time and i don’t know why after a bit it lets you connect but the speeds are so slow. I pay extra to get 100mpbs and my wifi still drops out please respond.
