@Telstra @Optus A lot of homes on Macleay Island, Qld still have little to no mobile signal at all inside their homes or even their yards from either company. Can you please advise why and when it will be rectified. Been happening since approx February. Thanks.

@Optus clearly an outage in Chadstone 3148, no connection since 1pm 30/04/21, yet your website says there are no outages in my area. Is there an ETR when you think this issue will be fixed? Also, it would be good if you can update your website

@Optus I have been without internet since 1:30pm today. It is not listed in the outages section for postcode 3130. I have had no luck getting through to Optus support. This is very disappointing as I have to work and cannot do so without the internet. Can I get a status update?

@Optus people in Beechboro wa have had enough of these network upgrades optus is doing so many months of outages due to planned maintenance one moment are speeds are in the 300s next minute they're in the 0.5 megabits and it's happening 24/7 why is it happening pland upgrades
