@Optus @thepistol17 Still down and can't register my eSIM for my new phone.....

  • Lowanbehold99 Lord Lowan / BLM (@Lowanbehold99) reported

It's so stupid that if you need help with something with Optus, you have to call them or enter a message conversation. They literally don't have an email account. I want to send you details to fix something, not have a chat at 11 at night

  • KevKellaway Kev Kellaway 🇦🇺 (@KevKellaway) reported

@Optus Thanks Quade, see previous tweet. Can’t get to the troubleshooting link due to lack of reception. Same problem with Telstra. Newspaper article says Optus was putting up a tower in Charlestown. That was my original question, but it’s been lost in this conversation.

@ozcjr @Rachel_Organa So now I'm just like...where the hell do I go from here? I feel pretty let down by Optus. And a random tech dude who was looking into internet for another house on our property looked at ours & said we could get fibre but weren't fully set up? It would cost like $300?

  • eumonserrate Ed Monserrate (@eumonserrate) reported

@optus nbn down in cranbourne tonight?

  • theluciebee Lucie 'just wear the f***ing mask' Bee (@theluciebee) reported

@ozcjr @Rachel_Organa So we can't get NBN here. South Brisbane/West End fibre situation is a bit of a **** show. We've been on 4G Broadband with Optus. Speeds have been a bit shifty but lately ATROCIOUS & tech support at Optus pretty much just told us to tap out.

  • thepistol17 Peter Radcliffe (@thepistol17) reported

@Optus @LiamTFitz Still not working, same as the website version of my account

  • Rockmelon7 Rockmelon (@Rockmelon7) reported

@Optus it’s been 2 months, still working on tower and keep interrupting service in Glenelg South?

  • Kathblue Kath (@Kathblue) reported

Anyone have issues with @Optus? my internet has just cut out and I’ve got no 4G.

  • Soulsilvatdope SoulSilver (@Soulsilvatdope) reported

@Optus Landline phone over nbn, and different ISP for internet. Told staff we already had ISP connected, do not attach Optus service to UNI-D port 1, staff member then proceeded to connect service to UNI-D port 1 against our instructions
