    @eatatjoe2 Just had a chat with them now about static ip and holy crap. The diff is night and day with Optus support. Gonna get the transfer kicking along tomoz first thing

    When we called from Colac to find out what was going on, they can't tell us what days this happens on. @Optus would NEVER do this to a metropolitan area. Also, it's a safety issue. Most farms out my way don't or can't have landlines. We're completely cut off

    @markc01 @Optus I definitely can't complain about the coverage, but their service is not great. Feels odd they give little reasons for their existing clients to remain with them.

    @Telstra Got call from your so called manager and she said let me escalate your case. I am laughing now. I mean you guys been trained to say the same thing over and over again. Same words and still the case no been escalated. May be call or @TPG_Telecom or @Optus to help you guys

    @Optus your website is not working. I get DNS failure every time I try. Other websites work.
