    @perthnow McGowan only did this because Optus were paying $20m for the rights... Meanwhile he has wasted $400m on a quarentine centre. The elephant in the room is it should have been called "Perth Stadium" as the experts recommend..another govt fail...

    @samishah Could it be that Optus have been sending you emails for 2 weeks but the hackers have been receiving your emails and then the hackers realised that all your emails are **** and now you get your emails back?

    @Optus my internet is out on a weekend for the SECOND time in two weeks, and the customer service operator can't send me a technician to fix it. WHY?? WHY AM I PAYING FOR A SERVICE YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING??

    Oh and what’s worse @Optus is you charged me a $15 fee for late payment when actually I was NOT late, your system rejected my payment, seems something to do with the hack, as confirmed by Westpac, so best you fix that one fast. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Anyone else having issues sending email from their @optus accounts? …..again! Seemed to work fine on Thursday after issues earlier in the week and now ….nada…. Still receiving though 🤔

    @Optus what terrible service. I went to an Optus shop to upgrade my internet plan. They checked my ID told me I had to do it online. Went online. Spent an hour online filling in forms and was told I have to go to the shop. Once my kids exams are over, I’ll be going to Telstra.

    @ServiceNSW So optus and service nsw don't care that people have had there licence number stolen. We have been compromised too

    @ServiceNSW i think that the recent corespondence in optus breach by service nsw is negligent. unique number is not how org use Licence. they use the photo and license number, not the card number. so these 2 things form id for most org. people need new license
