@Optus @networkoutage I've been having issues with my NBN connection since the 20th of November. I've had two technician visits and nothing has been fixed. The technician has outlined a fault on the NBN side. (PNRI) Ref: INC00014493942. Nobody can give me a timeframe for a fix.

@Bergha2 That isn't really true - the original plan also involved the acquisition of the Telstra and Optus networks, and the use of their physical infrastructure, in ways that would have run into very similar problems to the actually-existing rollout.

this is why need a funded ABC in the last 4 days the net for thousand and thousand of ple has been down for me that just ment i cant shout on twitter for others it ment more yet this wasnt reported on optus goes down 30 min in sydney its lead story and inquirys are had #auspol

@Optus Anybody at Optus care to argue to the contrary that the network is in a permanent state of "Maintenance"? I'm guessing no. My experience and rolling screenshots offer the true picture.
