@KaraLambo I've done disaster PR in the past and ******* whoever is on Optus is basically sitting on their hands. What the actual ****?! No comms no contrite apologies from the top, no compensation package, no mitigation of the risk AT ALL.

@abcnews In Vic, we need the fraud to occur b4 we can change our licence number. Just stupid! Under the current circumstances, Optus and the Vic Govt should provide a letter to all Optus customers so we can get vicroads to change our licence number.

Despite @optus responsibility in its data breach, let's remember that Gov calls for more powers to protect consumers, is a bit rich when they gave Optus an exemption to store unencrypted data. A company with a history of data security issues #auspol #OptusDataBreach #OptusHack
