    @Optus I cannot login your app too, even log out existing account and can’t re-login. If anyone already login the app do not log out and you will never login back until Optus fix this bug.

    It has been 9 days and I am STILL not receiving text messages and Optus STILL hasn't done anything to fix the issue.

    @NBN_Australia @Optus Our SP has been equally hopeless at every step. This outage happened on Thursday morning, and still nobody has a clue how to get it fixed. Telcos are lightning quick to get paid, but when it comes to fixing a tech problem: dumb as dogsh!t. @Telstra incl. Get it together, you lot.

    Just tried to switch over my Optus internet to new house. After about 10 minutes the staff member’s computer at the other end still wouldn’t load so I hung up without success.Not a good look for a company I’m buying internet service from. #optus #NBN

    Has anyone else had to reset all their devices this morning with their wifi ? Had to do all ours, we are on @Optus didn’t know if their was a problem

    @Optus Wow what a service.....optus is operating in Australia. We have no internet on Monday morning which is a busy time. When we call their customer service it says customer service center is closed and i am calling them at 08:30 am. Amazing......kudos to optus
