    @Dutchy6i0 @Optus Happening in Brisbane too eh? Up here in T’ville about 30mins my home wifi just lost internet connection and my mobile data dropped from 4G to 3G and only just now got back 4G still no luck on the home wifi connection. Check their outages page “no reported issues” apparently

    Hey @Optus your messages via the app aren’t working and is telling me to call, then you phone tells me to use the app and hangs up on me. Any chance you could actually try and help?

    I can confirm that my service is isolated by OPTUS, Sunday and Monday my services were rerouted to a pretend call center in the Philippines which spent the day ******* my face!
