@Optus @Number1Doubter But I guess you won't monitor and terminated suspicious conduct by your own staff of different staff giving out different information same issue, making false promises that they know won't be kept, blaming customers, breaching privacy laws etc?

  • TokenBritishKid Harleigh Taylor👻🦇🎃 (@TokenBritishKid) reported

In the middle of a pandemic where my immune compromised partner cant work making us a single income family @Optus thinks it's okay to try and charge us $99 to reinstate a service they wrongfully ended when we tried to cancel something else.

  • ABrucieC Brucie (@ABrucieC) reported

@TheOneGaladriel Wtf? Optus is so **** to deal with. And you can't even make a complaint because it takes even longer.

  • SameerCharles Sameer Charles (@SameerCharles) reported

@Optus Well I am speaking with your tech support and NBN for last 2 days. Tried like million things. If you cant fix something, accept it so we can move to other provider. However, since you have wasted days of work I have to make sure others know about this. @Optus

@Optus Thanks for link. I have 2 bars 3G but that fails to load any web content and calls are unable to go through. Not sure if it’s the network or my brand new iPhone 12 that is just not working on 3G. It’s not that I’m well off the beaten track either. Drive 5 minutes and I have 5G

  • katiewand0307 Katie Wand (@katiewand0307) reported

@Optus would not recommend Optus 5g to anyone. No internet for 2 weeks and no assistance despite working from home requirements. Pitiful service for an reliable product

Heya @Optus I'm currently waiting to chat with someone on your app as to why I should pay $133 dollars to terminate the "free" "landline" that came with my nbn service, which I have to cancel, for which there's a $167 fee which I vaguely expected, but I was told originally…

  • vaughan_k Ken 🐨🐨🐨 (@vaughan_k) reported

@Optus I guess I will never see my $7.90 you owed me in refund credit, like #Customers will never see improvement in poor #CustomerService?

  • HoneysettS Badger (@HoneysettS) reported

@Optus It's my partner that's trying to deal with it. We're speaking to the retention team at the moment but it's not looking good. Vodafone deals are better and any customer service will be better than what we have had. If it doesn't we'll get in touch

  • wazxx Warren (@wazxx) reported

I could do anything I want by hotspotting my android phone, but I use optus and the reception is very very poor here.
