Very disappointed @Optus Poor connection in Blacktown, sydney. Since last October and this problem has not been dealt with. All i have got is compensating data , apologies or false assurity of fixing the problem. Loosing it now 😖

@sandylanceley @CouchNish @MelbPTUser @melissakp @australian @Singtel They can not run a 3/4G network to save themselves and I cannot see why anyone still pays them / or why they’re in business. But I guess change is tricky for most. Getting off Optus was the best battery and speed boost I’ve had—like a new phone! 🤣 they’re shocking

@BJssoR @bigmig81 I’d love to see all football head to Optus in time. Their coverage is 2nd to none. And their stocks continue to rise. Unlike Fox who have been ripping us dry with ridiculous subscriptions for many years. Well had as I will never subscribe again.

So @Optus are trying to charge me $50 for calling Air NZ after my flight got cancelled and I had no other option. When I call to enquire and complain they hang up on me. Happy Tuesday.

@ipinky77 @Optus Customer delight is not that hard @optus - give frontline staff some leeway to make decisions but also enough tech training to solve beyond their structured piece of the puzzle. I could have been up in 24 hours rather than 216.

@JamiePandaram @dailytelegraph @ALeague @Foxtel Not the end of Rugby of course. Doubt Optus can give enough money to keep SANZAR happy. RA and states go bankrupt, clubs establish new governing body. Our best players thus go overseas, money pours back down into club rugby to the point best remaining players earn a living wage.
