@Optus I think you need to realise there's a more serious widespread problem. Been waiting for 30 minutes to talk on the app regarding no nbn in Melbourne, an yes I've tried turning it off and on #optus

@Optus down in 3075 area as well, and yes i restarted the modem as my first thought to solve the issue and the internet is occasional on, then of again
