    If Telstra vanished tomorrow, half the country would lose mobile service. If Optus or Vodafone vanished… most regional users wouldn’t notice. That’s the imbalance.

    Just had the worst customer experience in my life from @Optus It took 2+ hours of dealing with barely legible Indians passing me from department to department. The worst was the ‘Tech Support’ woman who didn’t even know what 5G+ was and had to look it up on the website.

    @feedthecath Cats have a different game plan and usually start the season poor. Reckon we can beat yahs again but at Optus.

    Two & a half hours on several chats with @Optus staff & still no resolve. This is fkn bullshit customer service when your staff “Frankie” has changed us to the wrong plan (for upgrade of modem).

    So sad I see we was yesterday 1.86 I was -12% my ton I see but was fomo csuse Optus told we have now leave no war more but anyway my plan was to+-0 change it but so hard man im down 8k more than just 3.800 I see

    @Trev__Says @susan_taylor07 @cjoye None of them would have been profit making assets. Telstra would have been a big slow behemoth that got pants’d by Optus and Vodafone. Our gas wouldn’t have been developed - it took 15 years from sale to production. And we would have been paying huge amounts of interest.
