  • nyacoel Nick (@nyacoel) reported

@Optus my nbn box has a red light and a clicking sound and internet is not working Have tried restarting with no change

  • LeiJiang5 Lei Jiang (@LeiJiang5) reported

@cathywilcox1 @Optus It's up to how far is the nearest mobile tower and whether it has good line of sight to your phone. If density of towers is high then you can have good signal. But if population is low then more tower = losing money.

  • Bosca61 Mark Boscawen 💧🐀🌡🚲🤿🔊💉💉😷 (@Bosca61) reported

@eloise__sykes @cathywilcox1 @Optus It’s important to be aware the service to those resellers piggybacking on a network can be hobbled so the Telco’s direct customers get better service. Mostly only occurs when network congested & impacts data speed first. #GetWhatYouPayFor

  • karLcx karlos (@karLcx) reported

@Telstra only in that it seems like telstra's network just isn't as good as optus' network in my area. i get half the signal i got with optus, and just as many if not more blackspots. not that impressed to be honest. i thought if anything i'd be blackspot free.

  • potrzebieggm George Michaelson (@potrzebieggm) reported

@cathywilcox1 @Optus What's super irritating: everything they need to know you have poor reception is right in front of their network operations centre: your handset can tell them. Still, their crap economics says naah

  • eloise__sykes eloise sykes 💉💉 (@eloise__sykes) reported

@cathywilcox1 @Optus I’m in the Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne. Unfortunately Telstra is the only way to go up here. Vodaphone and Optus are both patchy at best. Try Aldi. Operates on the Telstra network without the premium prices

  • RecliningPanda reclining panda (@RecliningPanda) reported

@Optus hi, I am trying to create a new email address for a family member like we were able to do years ago. But I can not find anywhere in my account to do this and the self help page isn’t very good. What is the new process?

  • kazben24 Spooky Gal Kaz Mizzy’s Bestie misses Pinkish Blu👻 (@kazben24) reported

Ugh the internet on my phone is so unstable & it’s driving me nuts. Optus please fix it, I’m literally about to have a breakdown here!!! 😭😭😭

  • grotwort Mike Sharp (@grotwort) reported

@cathywilcox1 @Optus I switched to a third party mob who use the big T network. Cheaper and good coverage.

  • MancellPam Pam Mancell (@MancellPam) reported

@cathywilcox1 @Optus This is why I switched providers. I couldn’t even make a call in my kitchen. I had to have the Optus technician fix my internet and he complained there was no reception. I live 8 km from the centre of Melbourne.
