    @Optus I have DM'd before. My support/case/whatever numbers (I have two now!) are 00084557 and 469745. The 'relevant' teams are currently being consulted for the millionth time. I don't like being crotchety with customer support, but this would try the patience of all the saints.

    to covid. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had to do so in trying to deal with Optus incompetence in the last 4 weeks or so. It’s absolutely pathetic. If Optus is going to offer nbn service it should also offer technicians on Sundays to fix issues. Not good enough.

    Apparently Optus has an issue with valorant, turns out I’ve been playing on 10-20% packetloss the past few days. I was genuinely just accepting I was **** and everyone was better than me
