@emmastacey_ @Optus They just take it out of your account on the date they set up auto charge on all accounts without notice because "they're sick of people not paying their bill on time" so watch for that, they took $775.60 out of my account for phones they forced us to get now they won't help us

  • syvulpie syvulpie (@syvulpie) reported

@thexboxlucio @Optus Source: was with optus for years then they started taking forever to help with internet. Went with Kogan, they were good for a bit then went **** now I'm with Aussie Broadband and they actually tell you what's happening on their end (ie: when it's going down before it happens)

  • Tedmeister69 Right Said Ted 🐭 (@Tedmeister69) reported

@ClareONeilMP Clare you’re nothing but an ignorant baffoon. The Optus breach wasn’t a cyber attack but a gross failure within Optus to implement security on an API endpoint leaving the data publicly accessible. Increase and enforce penalties on organisations the fail to follow best practices.

  • michaelread1 Michael (@michaelread1) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales

Optus then decided after over 90 mins of explaining myself multiple times to different people on chat, I’d need to wait for a call. That call happened, it was from the wrong department. So they had to transfer me. After 2 hours I got some help. “So what can we do today?” 🤯

  • tashii_alex Tashii Alexander (@tashii_alex) reported

The one good thing to come out of OPTUS being hacked is that it showed how much of a **** company @Optus really is

  • TheRealSwifty Chippin’ in (@TheRealSwifty) reported

@Telstra why do none of your gold service chat agents want to upgrade my phone and lock me back in to your services? I know what’s required. I am a gold tier customer. 10 hours. A dozen agents. And nothing. I WANT TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER! #googlepixel7 #telstra #optus

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@RealDamoDelPizz Hi Damian, really sorry to hear you're having issues with the app. I'd recommend performing a full reinstall of the Optus Sport app, if that doesn't resolve the issue, please send us through a DM and we can perform further troubleshooting with you - Liam

  • inmyplumbs Walksy (@inmyplumbs) reported

@Football__Tweet $7 a month for ALL premier league games on Optus sports here in AUS if you’re already an Optus customer…it used to be free for customers too.

  • FuzzyBeesKnees Gabe 🐀 (@FuzzyBeesKnees) reported

Anyone else I'm Australia finding Optus has gone to **** recently?

  • m_underscore_c Matt Clarke (@m_underscore_c) reported

@ClareONeilMP Optus didn't want to collect and store our data. The government required them to as a condition of operation. You're the problem pretending to be the solution.
