Ken. (@vaughan_k) reported@samthe_eagle @Qantas There are several including #Optus and @Telstra for not doing anything about poor performance at customer service, blaming customers, not taking issues seriously etc etc etc etc.

Lous (@lousanti) reported@Optus is there a problem with mobile reception in the 3070 post code Melbourne. I have raised this before. You told me it would be rectified. IT ISNT! I’m sick of paying for service I’m not getting. I don’t mind donating, but not to multi billion $$ corporates.

Lous (@lousanti) reported@Optus This has to be an automated message. I received a similar response last time I raised this issue. Clearly, Optus does not value its customers nor their experience. So there has been an ongoing issue, yet you still invoice me the full amount. Should I stop paying till fixed?
