    @shamsherkainth @Optus It is man. Worst network. It says 5G / even in cbd and metropolitan places you get good decent network. Especially the network from Chatswood towards Milsons point is horrible

    @abcnews Funny I don’t recall hearing anything from the eSafety commissioner re the recent Optus & Medibank hacks. Be prudent for the commissioner to focus on private companies data retention & privacy issues rather than writing to Musk about ‘content moderation’

    @10NewsFirst @ChloeBouras I, Mr. Adrian Praljak a Medibank current customer, received over 4 Scam calls on my Mobile yesterday evening. I'm also with Optus!

    @Optus Could not be more unhappy right now, over a week to port a number and then incomplete set up means no sim for ‘up to 48hrs’. I think I’m probably the one of the only people choosing to go to Optus after the breach, and it’s been the worst experience.

    @Optus I had this exact same problem a few weeks ago, and it took over 3 hours of chatting to someone to get it fixed. I don’t understand why it doesn’t just work? The app works fine, but I can’t change subhub stuff on there.

    @Optus, 1hr 39 mins and counting.. to fix an error the Optus system made in Sept, I have to contact you every mth. How do I escalate my complaint as tbh, I’m a little bit over it?

    @Optus Id never get another contract with you after you leaked all my details and my legally blind wifes info. We get scam emails and calls do everyone a favour close down. Worst company to deal with not to mention calls drop out all the time in Melton. You should pay me 2 b a customer
