    @sallyrugg @Optus These mother ******* added a “complimentary” $6.99/month sports package to my plan, down from $20/month and expected me to be grateful. I was supposed to catch it and cancel within 30 days if I didn’t want it.

    @Optus Why did it lock to start with? I still don’t understand why I have been restricted?? Can you not just unlock it instead of Me being inconvenienced - I’m a nurse on night shift…come on guys…help me out here!

    @sallyrugg @Optus @Optus are a disgrace. Particularly in Tas. Can’t even comply with their own contracts and service offerings, and admitted themselves that they can’t deliver the service they promote.. had to fight for them to repay me due to their breach of contract. Horrendous.
