@Optus your service is crap. Can’t talk to anyone. Can’t pay the bill over the phone or in the shop. Your two step verification is impossible. Now you have disconnected the phone. Can’t get into the app. Next step ombudsman

@ItsErikabYo Optus is just so mediocre in a lot of places it shouldn't be. And people say instead of using hopeless NBN we should just use 4G. I laugh. Both are terrible.

Hey @optus can’t make or receive calls (RVA). Online chat unresponsive and it’s only now in a moment of truth do I realise your call centre closes at 6pm! Not a great service experience
