@optus Have a current case, ongoing for weeks with no resolution. Several "disconnected" calls, being handballed between departments, unreturned calls and messages, and a general lack of interest. Long time customer, but your customer service and responsiveness is a disgrace.

@Optus my guy... my fam called u guys yesterday morning since our internet sucking poo at the moment and you guys said if the NBN HQ cannot fix my internet speed during that day, you guys would send a technician over TODAY at 8AM-12PM, however, no tech guy has come over. Me sad

@Optus Negative, data only plan still has no connection to 3G/4G even though connected to network. Device has been restarted etc

@SydneyCityTV … and while Murdoch only owned half of the network that operated a third of the industry, his charisma overpowered the other proprietors handily: if he didn’t like the ABC lining up on Foxtel-Optus-Galaxy, then there wouldn’t be a place for them. That was a year earlier.
