@Optus after trying to reach one of your agent on the weekday from my workplace, your agent refused to waive off the amount for the modem. Cannot keep on calling you within work hours and I would like this issue resolved.

Is @Optus 4G dead for anyone else around Melbourne? Phone data super slow, and mobile broadband not working at the moment. Usual troubleshooting isn't fixing it either.

@RoelofBoer @LofayPeter After a long fight .. in the end when that was fixed we moved to optus.. one bill per month never changes.. telstra are still sending bills for unknown charges. I’ve contacted them in numerous occasions they delete the emails then up they pop again
