    @simplyenergy & @optus are two of the worst companies to deal with over the phone. Phillipines & India. They have absolutely NFI what they are doing. You go around in circles after massive wait times…AVOID like the plague they are

    @Russputin2 @IxatDnats Blimey! Telstra did a number on me. Was so annoyed with their service I changed to Optus when I bought. Brought my phone no with me but the bastards took it off the do not call register. Optus didn’t notice for 5 years. I no longer use landline.

    @johnsy123aus phone/I was then told "sure, We can fit you in in 2 hours"/So, to make a sale, they told me to come back in 2 hours/Great business model/So I held my nose and went to Optus. But nowonly way to get signal is to lean phone against glass external window/The whole mobile thing id fkd

    @Optus What is with the non existent coverage in Langwarrin? I work in the hospital there and have no coverage at all and can't even make a phone call. I would hate to have an emergency there and need to contact loved ones because under you I would not be able to call anyone.

    @sfw1956 @MrKRudd @10NewsFirst How do you suppose private business would be able to roll out a fibre network when the incumbent telco owns all the pits and pipes across the country and does everything to stiffle competition. Remember optus HFC and how telstra steamrolled them with their HFC.
