    @WheatWatcher Yeah! Stick with @Telstra 👌 Service (connection + customer) isn't epic with Optus. Guess I know what the $40+ a month extra goes towards at Telstra!

    @downforce @Telstra Grass isn't always greener on the other side. I lived close to a mate. He had no optus signal at his house, I had no trouble. We both moved to telstra. He's fine now, but I'm not. Telstra is superior out of the suburbs tho. If you leave the metro often, stick with telstra.

    In the Melbourne bayside area where I live there are a number of Optus advertising signs highlighting its 'fastest' #5G service. The problem is there are no Optus 5G cells in the area. Telstra seems to have the area well covered for #5G.

    @trevorlong @Optus Wait til you are inside somewhere and with no service..... Optus signal inside anywhere sucks even though their coverage maps show conflicting messaging

    @Optus I lodged a complaint to your company on 5th March . I received a response on the 9th march telling me an investigation would be conducted . I have not heard anything since . I was also ( in the response ) told to go to another company
