    @Stenelen I've been with heaps of service, most of the time it's the same shieet. They all use Optus / Telstra / Vodafone anyways Amaysim good tho, u can get a similar deal if you do month to month

    I need help to find out if Optus are lying. They said 2/10 mil users were a major breach which included ID # but NOT passwords. In my family 4/5 had a major breach. 2 of those 4 had an account hacked in the last week Optus customers, which of these apply to you? #OptusDataBreach

    @jodiem And you just know that it’s all going to result in a crappier service from Optus. I’ve had terrible reception from them in this data breach time, I fail to see how they’re connected but apparently they are!

    @TomMUFC8 @Optus Given you were one of the millions affected, I highly doubt Optus were going to send each and everyone on their customer base a personalised email expediously. This is the same **** organisation that left itself vulnerable in the first place.

    @stonebind @Optus Took your advice; found a new service provider and I’m in the process of switching. Unlike my previous encounters with their customer service team this has been frustrating and not helpful.

    @Optus both myself and a mate have had our drivers license compromised due to your cybersecurity issue. Mate has been offered 12 month’s equitable protection and I wasn’t. WTF. I shouldn’t have to call you

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 liars. why are you such scammers. Why do you lie about financial details being leaked? Why do you lie that License card number is needed for ID? Why do you offer no help to the people you impacted most?

    This Optus thing is just a pain, now I’ve had to cancel and replace my Visa card because my bank can’t explain a visa authorisation from Linkt and since my drivers licence was caught up in the data breach they thought it best to just replace the card.

    @Optus Just had a case manager say "its not my problem" because you created and reported multiple accounts to @Equifax that were made by you in error!
