    @jackmccw thanks for bringing this to our attention. Sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with Optus App add-ons can you please uninstall the app and reinstall it. If the issue is still persisting can you send us a DM and we will look into this further for you. Robyn

    @Optus Constant outages in 4306. Your site says both 4g + 5g unavailable but 3G is available except there’s no internet connection on it. @Aussie_BB customer 😖

    @OziBloke2009 @Telstra Same, they fail to connect. Sounds like both Telstra & Optus have failed to secure enough bandwidth from T-Mobile.

    @Optus can you confirm if your global roaming works in New York City? If so, can I sign up online? How long will it take to transfer? While I have been a @Telstra customer for over 15 years - it is clear they are purely incompetent.

    .... to square one. Now, your online support appears to be out of service. I've complained about Optus "customer service" before and it is NOT GETTING any better. A credit that was supposed to be applied to my last month's account WAS NOT!!! I WANT SOMEONE TO ASSIST ....

    @Aussie_BB @Optus Hi Lizzie, home internet works fine. Just Optus has outages across 5g + 4g so the only service available is 3g but there's no internet being provided on that band. Can't get internet while out and about
