Hey @Optus Is there a way to arrange the channel order (to suit your preference) in the TV GUIDE and channel up/down list? I can see setup options to ADD FAVE or HIDE CHANNEL but not re-order them???

@Optus Hey Optus, why do I get 5 calls a day from hacked landline numbers? If returned, you get “Optus advise that the number you’ve dialled is disconnected”? Surely you don’t expect us to take you seriously when you can’t even stop scammers from hacking your network? Pathetic

@JohnLocker4 Why is Telstra/Optus allowing randomised/computerised calling? Don’t people need to sign in blood for a phone number? What’s their cut from from all this criminal activity on the networks? How TF is it legal?

@damhenn @Optus I’m having same issue, no home internet for over a week. Waited for tech Monday, Wednesday and today - NOT ONE SHOWED!! And, Optus STILL don’t know when it will be fixed!! Sick of talking to Indian call centre staff!!!

@Optus we have had daily internet outages for months - what is going on? I work from home full time so it’s very disruptive.. just checked and the Optus outage map and it says it’s a planned outage again - but no warning!
