    @Optus @Lachyjd1 No doesn’t work I’ve reset unplugged & just about to hurl that box out the window - in the 3 months you have dropped mobile access 3 times because “great news we are upgrading mobile towers” & now NBN is an issue-time to deliver on .you know the service that u say you provide.

    @Optus NBN is down in Pascoe Vale as well. Yes I have power cycled my modem. Still down
