    @Optus Hi there, is there any resources about work being undertaken at our local tower? I have had intermittent issues for a few months with my 5G home internet but whenever I check the service status map there is works happening. Can I find out when these works might end?

    @ParamountPlusAU I've said it before and I repeat, you are a two bob organisation who couldn't run a chook raffle. Just get out of football and leave it to experts FFS. Only have to put up with beffering with Optus and FOXTEL was a dream compared to your service @simonhill1894

    Why do @Optus keep sending my bills. I haven't been an Optus customer for over 5 years and the bills are that I'm in credit $77. They have also failed to refund me this after numerous calls and chats. 3 years I've been trying to get this refund when I became aware of it.

    I see the Singaporean company optus has experienced an outage, maybe they should supply Berejiklian with a bigger power supply for all the shredders she has going

    Optus is having problems so if you don't get thru on the mobile, please text 0499457160 or use a web form. The landline seems to be working from other carriers 35116352
