Tom Smit, 57, of Tasmania (@PolAnimalAus) reported@Optus NOT happy about the $% increase to my wirelss internet. It is only barely acceptable in terms of speed and reliability, the fuss about replacing a defective USB cable etc. Improve service then raise prices! NOT HAPPY!

Just that Jordy can sometimes go missing after a quarter or two, but more often than not he delivers. Also goes bananas at Optus, and has 9 more games there this year.

Benji Slater (@bennymcslats) reported@Telstra It’s not been a short term outage issue. It’s been a problem for an extended period of time. I have customers that come into my office and anyone with Telstra can’t access our app/website due to poor service. Optus and Vodafone customers are fine. I have to provide the clients with wifi details just so they can interact. It’s substandard.

That firstly annoys season ticket holders who get a worse experience and it dosen’t help their case in getting HBF Park upgraded in the future. All the government has to point to is the fact they are happy using Optus.
