@Optus Hi Jim, my trouble is not just with the network. I have contacted Optus a few times since getting my new phone and service and I am struggling to see why I should carry on with Optus. If service is not available I should at least be able to call over my WiFi connection.

Hey everyone I have figured out my problems are due to Optus which is my internet provider has had difficulties with my house connection so once I get that sorted I can stream again I will keep you all updated

Hey @Optus just spent an hour talking to a call center of yours overseas and couldn’t get a simple problem resolved.😡 If retaining your customers are important. You might want to follow #Telstra decision of relocating their call center back to Australia!
