    Spent 2 hours on chat to @Optus trying to arrange a new iPhone14pro plus sort out the families various plans. Only to have chat end when making the final confirmation of the order details agreed. End result not happy … no order… have to go through the same old **** show again

    Livetweeting my attempts to get Optus to answer their ******* phones & fix my account issues. So far today - called 133937. Asked for complaints. Got put through to prepaid. Was transferred to a hold line, which stayed silent for 9 minutes. Consultant then said "hello" & hung up.

    @Optus I want 2 compliment Austin who I spoke 2 on Tuesday & Wednesday & he rang even b4 the time he stated for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 👏👏👏👏👏 After 8hrs on phone Monday with various people & getting nowhere Austin was able 2 help me & put thru 2 correct dept. 👏👏👏

    My poor @SamsungMobile S8 is showing its age. Currently on a sim-only plan with @Optus. Thought 'Ok can get a new phone added on to my current contract and it'll be easy as.' Forgot its Optus we're talking about. They said I had to pay out my sim-only contact first! What?! Insane

    @MarieColemanAO The 'monopoly' is frequently due to the desertion of the field by any provider other than Telstra, speaking as a former Optus satellite customer.

    @collettell Cancelled one yesterday. My wife is now chasing a refund of $300+ for a service that was never used. Optus tried to contact my son 3 days after he no longer had access to that number. Farcical.

    @Optus hey. Disabled customer you’re consultants have been exploiting & abusing here. Reckon you can reconnect my phone so I can eat today? Your consultants keep ******* me around & hanging up on the ****** little chat function you have. It’s been 3 months of bullshit.
