@Optus Thank you for the 5G modem but no SIM card. On the phone for 1 hour and waiting for the 3rd customer service to help. But guess what, they are closed now.

@Optus This is still definitely not fixed, and now their customer service is probably out of busy-work trouble shooting ideas. We got down to "try the modem in another room".

Still no internet. Apparently I have to go to the Optus store, over an hour away, for a replacement SIM, and that should fix it 🙁
