    @Optus also I asked if I could have a reduction in fees as I have finished paying off my phone and don’t use all the data - I was refused. It’s shocking how you treat your customers

    @bajo Optus service is just worse than Telstra because they don't have as many towers; same would happen on any provider using the Optus network though (also most other providers saying they use the Telstra network only use the wholesale network which isn't the same as Tesltra's own)

    @Optus your service is despicable and disgusting. I’ve been a customer since 2017 and have been paying shitloads for your service. It is currently not working and I am being charged for it. I asked for help and refused none

    @Optus why don’t you allow people to cancel their home 5G service via desktop, desktop chat, mobile chat or self-service on any channel? It causes so much friction when you require them to call a number!!! This is a terrible customer service/experience!

    @Optus 3. I asked for the service to be discounted as I do not use all of the data and I have finished paying off the mobile phone so would like a cheaper rate but you won’t give it to me as I want to pay by bpay not direct debit for security reasons.

    @Died_Loading Unfortunately the house I live in already as cable, it’s terrible. So 5G home internet is the only solution. Optus owns the monopoly of the internet in my area

    @Optus I am going to Telstra and am telling everyone I know never to use Optus
