@bwrigley The old plans which included International roaming that you are referring to are not offered by Optus anymore. Some of our old plans do not even support 5G. In saying that I have tagged your post as feedback to the relevant team for review and future reference. Kartik

@Optus Thanks Sarah. Can you please reopen the ticket as it was closed by your support team. I’m happy to close the ticket once I can confirm my issue is resolved. The support team are way to quick to close tickets without confirming an issue is resolved. That is very poor form.

@Optus My connection is fine. Your Apple TV/iOS app in the same room does not have an issue. The LG app does not buffer - the issue is the blue spinner appears on the screen every 2/3 minutes. It’s an app issue

@Munkee8 Will give you as much as I can this afternoon. Wolves link 1 optus sports total HD no problems on build up and kick off. Going to stick with link until problem if there is one occur. Not using VPN
