    @GamersNexus @HardwareUnboxed Though I've got mine on a special early-bird deal, pay 30AUD for like 55GB per month. Though am using the Optus network so it's usually congested during the day and only get 50/20Mbps with my S10+ in the middle of the night xD Which is the same speed as my NBN :P

    @Optus The end result. 1hr 10min wait for a 15 min consult. Lady was 10/10, and could see she was stressed with keeping all customers "happy". Staff good, corporate system poor.

    OMG - dealing with Optus is an absolute nightmare! My internet address is so vital to me, but I think that I have to free myself from this rabble. Anyone recommend a great internet service provider?

    Pathetic. I fled a bushfire yesterday and that experience was more preferable than dealing with @optus customer and technical service

    @VodafoneAU I had left Vodafone for Optus. Only just came back to do a change of ownership for my cousin. The wait so far has been 30mins, still waiting. Do not regret leaving, can never come back to Vodafone. Its morally wrong to keep people on hold for so long! #Vodafone #****

    @BenPugsley There’s something else going on, that isn’t normal. Both modem and NBN box should reset and startup irrespective of each other. We’re on Optus NBN and after power outages both units startup without fail and without intervention.

    @Optus Hi again, just to update on my NBN connection, Rob. It did indeed finally work, using the DSL cable to an extremely dodgy and ancient wall socket. However, the signal strength is very low and we are getting frequent messages while watching Fetch TV that bandwidth is low.
