    The @OptusSport app has become a joke. Paid service and they cut literally into the middle of play with ad breaks. Watched last 20 minutes of #ARSCRY and it had a 90sec ad break at 73rd min, 30sec break at 79th min and 90sec break at 83rd min. Painful. #Optus #PremierLeague

    @Optus does your network show the name of the caller to the receiving party ( apart from the number which is shown as called ID ) of those who are not in the contact list?

    @Optus so im getting charged extra for a service im not getting? wasn't the whole point of increasing prices to provide a better service (HD). im still getting the same service as last season. i don't use optus sport on mobile or tablet.

    @Optus Hi I borrowed someone's phone, the support centre is closed. This is getting beyond joke. Hope someone calls back and help... I'm very frustrated - using twitter as last option... as I can't call out unless I'm at phone booth.
