    @jamesworrell Damn, we might have had something like that near by, but no power out or anything, all the lights on ours is still going but Optus is telling us it's a nbn problem so have to wait for them to do something about it

    Hey @Optus I’ve spent far too long trying to cancel my NBN installation appointment and I STILL keep getting notifications that someone will be here tomorrow. I. WON’T. BE. HOME. You’d better not charge me for this appointment which I NO LONGER WANT OR NEED.

    @Optus I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and I can’t believe the only discount they will offer is $10 especially at this time with everything that’s going on.

    Winner of the worst customer service and call centre for 2021 -OPTUS! Select-NEW SALES-an immediate answer! Any other service requirement disappears in abyss of time wasting deceitful messages and music. @WatchTribunal @choiceaustralia @Optus Holding for 3d time -going on 18 min.
