    @Optus on the web the instructions to message support lead to an endless loop. On the phone app, it just gives an error. Quality customer support?

    **** ever getting at 36 month phone plan ever again biggest waste of money. (Mine was $150.00 a month) I would of paid $5400.00 in total now for a phones that WAS worth $1500.00 phone at the time of release 🤡🤡🤡 now valued at $840.00 **** YOU OPTUS SUCK MY FAT ****

    @Optus Can't ring as have had NO SERVICE for 24hrs now! In flood impacted areas this is not acceptable. Some on other networks - Telstra - are running so go fix this in Northern NSW now please.

    @malcomtent @Optus @malcomtent never used to be, used to have some of the best customer service out of the lot of them, hence why I’ve been with them sooo long, but I agree Luckily one of the support agents that I did speak with put a credit into my account for the stuff around, was very happy

    @ScaryJerry_TTV @Optus They should pay you for your time. They mess up. You need to contact them. They make you wait and then hang up. Just garbage service every time.

    @Optus for someone who has been a customer for over 10 years, your customer service sucks just waited on hold for 30 minutes only to be hung up on and now have to wait in the ******* queue again! all because your app doesn’t work properly and has caused issues with my billing!!!
