    @LadyDaemontus Only got 2 cause didn't have AOL internet/email. First we ever had was prepaid dail up through Optus. Also never had a MySpace cause just saw no point in it and was a cringe fest to me even back then.

    @VoxExSinister @mich1111au because my phone was not working. Telstra black spot ... had to make use of another's connection with Optus which also happens to be intermittent serviciing the tower. Could hold a single tweet for quite a while, then it would send when connection restored for a few seconds.

    @leeluvzya @Optus Don’t wanna brag but I am on Vodafone perfect product and service with a smile and saving a lot of money not being on floptus and mcTelstra it’s brilliant

    @sidherian @chantz_y I left my job in an office ( call centre Optus 23 yrs ) for this very reason.. no mask, no care. Did cert 3 disability support ( can wear N95 and safety glasses for this job)

    Appalling customer care from @Optus. Fraud. Falsely adding 9 months onto my contract due to their error. No help from the call centre. Store tell me to contact the @acccgovau. Really appalling. Loyal paying customer for many years.

    @ParamountPlusAU If a third party provider is part of your solution then the fault is yours. Mentioning them doesn’t make you less accountable. We are paying for your product to work. Either refund or put football on FTA until you can get your **** together like Optus did for the 2018 World Cup.
