@Optus How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few weeks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10-15K a week!

@Optus just put a address into nbn check and reported no fixed line service available. I thought nbn was available australia wide in populated areas.

@Optus I have no issues with anything, stop messaging me. Both you and CreditCorp. Your only legal avenue is court. They've been calling more then 3 times per week for a balance not owed. You haven't a leg to stand on. Waddle elsewhere. You've not been asked anything.

There is a scam targeting OPTUS customers. The person claims to be from OPTUS and offers a discount on your phone bill for 6 months. HANG UP. It’s a profile info collection exercise. The NSW Police and OPTUS are aware of the scam.

@Optus What the hell is going on? Glacial speed internet service ( following promises that ‘ bear with us during service interruptions’ because there’s going to be an upgrade. Complete joke: never been slower, utterly hopeless , zero customer service. What a disgrace of a company!
