@Telstra (part 3) I don’t need the SIM anymore because the Optus network has been restored but I’d like my $90 back. It charged me for every failed attempt at activating/loading credit. $30 for every time I hit the button only to get an error message. Please assist, thank you!

I’m so sick of @Telstra putting me through to their text messaging service. Put a human on the phone otherwise I will be leaving to Optus. 🧐🤪

@Optus I’ve tried resetting everything both modem and computer. No outages in the area. Your suggested help pages don’t include trouble shooting for the B818 wireless broadband.

@BecWrong Here... It's taken years but this week and today, I have beaten Optus out of it's stagnant insistence that the email account abandoned years ago, was my account identification.This and more. All problems heaped on the user. Have you ever tried to online register at the San?

@Optus Kristy if you’ve even tried to call Optus support you’d definitely not strongly recommend it. Maybe I’ll give that another go next time I’ve got a minimum of 5 hours to spare.
