    @Optus Asking me to give details through Secure from even those I gave the same details through DM as Rob requested is not at all helping but is evidence you love to frustrated people, staff don't communicate with each other, reading straight from a script doesn't help etc @singtel

    Entire @optus mobile network been nigh unusable in Frankston for two days now. Lucky to even get Gmail to load without a bunch of forced refreshes. "Improvement" works or not, this is utterly unacceptable.

    @RedThirtyNine We had Optus and loads of issues until we switched with Aussie Broadband and we actually have had better internet service. Optus have been going downhill for a longtime.

    Another night of no #NBN THANKS @Optus for scintillating service. The fault might not be yours, but I am tired of the crap processes you offer to rectify this.

    Thank you, @Optus for the fourth email and third SMS to tell me that network upgrades in my area are complete. I eagerly await the smoke signals and courier cassowary with the final notifications, just in case I forget all the other messages received in the last 2 hours.

    @HoneysettS @Optus Badger like other companies especially in #communications, if they hear the word #cancel they want to keep you with them as long as possible including bribes like better deals, claim sorry lie they can do better etc 💩💩💩

    I was going to give you updates during the game, but my #NBN internet is down. Maintenance work must be on? @iiNet as it stopped working at 7.00am. Watched the game on my phone so couldn’t give updates, laptop and iPad out of actions. @Optus also doing local antennas upgrade. 😞
