@Ch7Adelaide is there reception issues? I watch through @Optus Fetch and the reception has gone from bad to basically unwatchable. I have no issues with any other channel and have even done a rescan which didn't do anything. What is happening?

Hey @Optus, just moved to a new street in my existing suburb and there is zero coverage. I have no mobile service almost anywhere on the block. Is there anything we can do about this? (Btw tested with multiple phones).

@Scamwatch_gov I've been getting lots of calls from 08 numbers. One was to tell me my Telstra account was hacked. Others just hangup. It's always a different number so don't know how to block. @Optus as my carrier, can U do anything. Feel like this is an industry problems that's ignored

@Telstra Nope. I tried very hard to get help for a serious problem with my account but the people on the telstra helpline were actually no help at all so eventually I changed to Optus.

Hey @Optus, I am getting sick of getting spam texts saying I have a new voicemail and over 10 international numbers calling me a day with high pitched ringing noises when I answer. Whats happened?! So many other people I know are getting this too. Are you working on a fix???

@Optus Aha! I have discovered it's a common problem - I have an Outlook account and obviously an optusnet account, and mail from my Optusnet account does not get to my Outlook account. If you could check on your end, and I shall do so on mine.

New iPhone bought from @Optus take it home and screen is faulty. Take it back to store where it’s suggested it should have been checked prior to taking home. Phones sold with battery uncharged!!! Appalling service.
