    @Optus hi yes i do troubleshooting steps once a day every day they dont help at all the reason they dont help is the thing that is the problem is congestion of the 4g towers because at 1230am my internet is great then at about 730am it turns to crap until 1230am

    @birdnoises Only if significantly under (more than 50 percent) the average speed indicated in your contract.I nailed Telstra when I moved from Optus for a few months for breach of service contract when they tried to charge me early departure fees.

    @BuzzOCE Yeah man I tried to leave Optus due to a work phone was with them which was also my personal phone, so I tried to get with telstra and they said I had to pay 1500 to get off the plan even though it stated in my bill it was month to month. I hate Optus will never go with them.

    @AgentSm08557869 @WillowA2 Look it all up, got screwed by Optus, down to tab with cracked screen bluetoothing thru heat damaged phone:) Will try find it for you. It all got mass RT'd by thousands few mths ago for weeks. Some of the long term Constitution guys on corruption of our system have it on sites.

    @Optus Is that Point Cook? The mobile/web data service around the area is useless at the moment.

    Marian's brand new Samsung Galaxy S eleventy wouldn't talk to our wifi. Phone - Optus Shop, "send it to manufacturer" Router - Telstra, gave up after 90 mins on hold. Sorted it after 2 days with no help from either. How do non tech people cope with this appalling service?
