    @Optus Your customer service trying to get an e-sim activated is a joke. More than 24 hours later & something which should be simple no-one can tell me what the hold up is? It also seems that you need to pay your call centre staff some more so they actually care to resolve issues

    I try SO hard not to get angry with customer service reps, as I know they're just doing their jobs, but FFS @Optus , I am about to completely lose it at this crap. Luckily the reps on your useless message app don't get sarcasm.

    I have explained everything multiple times on the stupid @Optus messaging app you keep telling me to use instead while I'm on hold, to be constantly told they can't activate SIM cards. I have physical disabilities, so visiting a store is not an option.

    From my POV, the biggest mistake I made in my dealings with optus was accepting their 'apologies and assurances' as genuine and accepting their offer of credits and other inducements as generous and never for a second expecting such absurd behaviour from a major company.

    @shaunmicallef Sounds like my original Optus Prepaid mobile account which had Free Talk for 20 mins 9pm-9am. We use to hang up after 19 minutes and call again.

    Didn't read the fine print when reupping my Optus - apparently cause my plan requires a direct debit on file you can't pay via any other method (annoying but fine) but also - I can't access a bill whether through the online self service or the app? Truly cooked stuff

    @Optus Optus needs to do better. This has been ongoing for 3 days with no resolution. No one wants to take ownership of this issue to get it sorted. Every time I ring I am given a different or conflicting bit of information. You don't seem to take your complaints seriously either!

    Commentary on Optus TV was so anti Chelsea.... they continually bagged our fans and talked @chelseafc down.
