  @tiny_watermelon @Optus I just realised I didn't get an alert today either, while I was sleeping. Considering I'm a disabled pensioner that's a little concerning. In the days of landline phones, I was on a high-priority service. Maybe it's because I don't have a smartphone ? Goodness knows.

  The fact that the emergency AusAlert didn’t reach Optus customers who had no Optus coverage, despite Telstra towers being available, is absurd. An emergency warning system should use any available network to deliver life-saving alerts—not fail because your own carrier is down. In a disaster, network loyalty shouldn’t determine who gets warned. This needs to be fixed before the next emergency.

  Okay, why's there suddenly a wave of people online saying they DIDN'T get the AusAlert? The Conspiracy grows... was this targeted? who did they target and why? SUS ON RED. Doesn't help that ******* Optus has such a **** tower here. It's RIGHT THERE OPTUS! I see it from my house!

  @Optus @Optus @OptusNewsRoom when I try to dial out it tells me there is insufficient credit to make a call, when I text the balance check number it shows unlimited calls until the end of the day 31/07/2026 and the current time is midday AEST. Would this be a network issue?

It appears that the screenshot shown captures a partially completed Speed Test for your connection to the Optus Mobile Network, as opposed to the same Wi-Fi connection as your TV. We would recommend connecting your phone to the same Wi-Fi connection and completing this again.   It's not possible for that to happen. I think not quite as bad as at Optus, both require a full clearing of the decks across the whole club. This isn't a rebuild in culture which is clearly what's required. It's just collecting players & not making them gel

  Our @optus NBN internet/Phone service problem has been fixed. My mother can watch online movies and music videos on youtube. The internet is her only source of entertainment
