    @WendyRogersAZ @Aetna @AetnaHelp This is what happens when the DOJ allows an industry to be monopolized. Optus is owned by United Health Group. See the problem? When someone is ready to fix this send me a DM. Our healthcare system can be fixed with a 2 pages of legislation.

    30+ Hours spent with @Optus Dealing with my 4G Issue, and so far. Nothing has actually been done. According to them, none of my previous issues have been looked at or logged. The only thing thing they have offered me, is 25G extra on the crap 4G that will randomly slow down.

    @Optus any chance you can fix up my subhub for @PrimeVideo. I have a case and was told I’d get a call back within 48 hours a month a go. Tried your chat again but this 48hours seems to be getting longer and longer.

    @Optus the outage on the north shore that has been updated to planned maintenance until Tuesday 7pm next week is a joke for those of us working from home. No phone. No internet and no option for 5g 👍
