    @Optus For the extended outages, I would hope Optus would reimburse customers for services they are not delivering. ACL. My experience is such that a week long outage still attracts a full undiscounted bill from Optus.

    @Optus Thanks @Optus for fixing this issue promptly! My wifi and phone are now working. Many Optus users lost their **** when the system is down but not appreciating the behind the scenes of them fixing it so efficiently. Back to WFH I go 💘

    An Optus spokesperson has responded on Twitter, saying: "Optus is aware of an outage that may be impacting Optus services. We are aiming to restore these services as a priority." Some customers are now reporting that services are coming back, but internet speeds remain slow.

    @10relaxed @Optus Optus has gone out many times. They send you a text when it's, fixed. Problem is they send it to you 10 hours later when it,was fixed in in 6 half the time. If you don't complain you don't get anywhere.
