    dearest @optus , I phoned you, and asked to be put through to the customer retention team. So far, I have been transferred 4 times, and am now on hold.. after being told that the wait time will be 15 minutes. #optus

    Back on hold and it advises me it will be about 30 min for my call to be answered. Multiple staff in the #Darwin store I’m at not serving customers at the moment. Can’t cancel my contract that expired in 2018. #Optus @Optus

    @SaveOurForests_ That Victorian brown coal power station was owned by carpetbagging French. Should NEVER have been built and none of those Elect suppliers say where they're based. Optus is Singapore. Telstra did no one any favours.

    They even said that they had the wrong birth date on the system for that account. Now today internet slows down to Alphalink level dial up speed. πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹ Well done @Optus on making 20 yr long customers feel special.

    @Optus Dear @Optus I havre tried and spent over 15 hours trying to sort this out, including your β€˜help’ desk which does nothing, as you can see from the images all you people do is lie

    I’m sitting inside an @Optus store on my phone on hold waiting for #Optus to answer me cause the people in the store can’t simply cancel an old data plan for me... Top notch cuteromer service. 😐 #Darwin

    Very bad signal on train track from Southland Station towards City direction, my girlfriend can’t make WeChat Call and I can’t play PokΓ©mon Go. It never happened before to us. @Optus

    Using Aussie Broadband now but it is #NBN that is the problem. Never had any dramas with Optus HFC cable
