@Optus I did raised it many times about network issue Optus users have in Schofields ( Ruth , Landon street) . This was never resolved, instead users were suggested to opt best available network !

Hi @Optus , are you aware that your technical support line is malfunctioning badly. We have been trying to get through since last Thursday but generally can only hear the call centre background noise but no-one speaks to you.
