    @grow_dem_melons @Telstra I had same issue around southern mallee in Victoria so I got sick of Telstra saying there is no problem and switched to @optus and never looked back. Their service is mint and you can actually talk to real person not some bot.

    @Optus there is a phone outage again in Moree 2400. No phone no data no response from Optus app. Every time it rains- this is silly

    @OptusSport when I try to watch it on my phone I get an error saying that I can't view it as it is only available in Australia and not overseas. WTF. I am on Optus mobile and you know where I am. Ridiculious.

    Optus - please take note - I don't live with my mobile in my hand ready at the first ring to answer your call. Letting the phone ring 5 times before hanging up does not count as a customer contact. If my Optus case manager is reading this please feel free to respond.
