    @Optus Don’t do it. The staff will change your contract just to hit targets and you will pay for it. Customer service is abysmal

    @Dymphna @LesStonehouse @Optus Yes. They send a basic modem. It's part of the service charges, no way should she be paying for another one. They sent me 5 before the issue was escalated to NBN, and it took them ages to fix it. Was NBN in the end, and the job was huge to rectify. The whole street got better NBN

    @Optus Any update on the SIM card issue for pre-paid mobiles? It's been a week, and still no resolution... Had a new sim replaced, was originally advised 24 hours, then 72 hours, and still not working... I need my phone working by next week, as I need to receive text messages!
