    @Optus The tests that my gateway perform are using the ethernet connection. The service has the same number of devices connected when it was functioning at full speed. Don't give me bullshit when we both know the service is degraded.

    Originally was told by someone at Optus Store that I didn’t need to anything, just take modem, plug, update address and away I go. Then multiple people (7 in all) on your online chat service told me multiple things.

    @lakemac Thanks guys, I can’t find it. I’m just trying to get some mobile reception from someone in Mt Hutton, it’s really dreadful. Optus and Telstra have both been hopeless at giving any help, just like their service. Cheers, Kev.

    @Optus Thanks Quade, see previous tweet. Can’t get to the troubleshooting link due to lack of reception. Same problem with Telstra. Newspaper article says Optus was putting up a tower in Charlestown. That was my original question, but it’s been lost in this conversation.

    @Optus Landline phone over nbn, and different ISP for internet. Told staff we already had ISP connected, do not attach Optus service to UNI-D port 1, staff member then proceeded to connect service to UNI-D port 1 against our instructions

    @Optus Quade I appreciate your help but reception in Mt Hutton is **** between 7am-10pm every day. I’m getting to you now because of the time. I’ve opened your site, I see no Ref No. Your existing towers do not work. I was asking about a proposed tower in Charlestown. 1/2
