@Optus I had already been down this path. No one was very helpful at all so I left @Optus, joined @Telstra and got a sweet data deal for the family AND the new phone I wanted. My tweet wasn’t a call for assistance, I just want people to know how crap the service is

@Optus our mobile phone reception's quite bad in Stanhope Gardens (NSW 2768) area; with past two weeks the worst it has been. Calls drop out, if they connect at all. During a call, the other person's voice can't be heard. Is there a plan to improve connectivity there soon? Thanks

Service at @Optus at an all time low today. So far today, called to cancel my NBN. Instead they cancelled my 5G. Took over an hour to reinstate that. STILL on hold 2 hours later trying to cancel NBN. Puts my blood pressure up!

@Optus we know it’s not a card or phone problem because it works at Inverloch but not Leongatha south. The nearest tower number is 3953007

Hi @Optus. Where can I find updates on planned outages? There's been maintenance work on my nearest tower since the 22nd and I've not had access to calls/texts/messages. The notice on MyOptus says it was scheduled to finish yesterday but service still hasn't been restored.

@Optus You told us to install NBN. One day later We have no internet access. You blame NBN saying there is an outage. They say everything is fine yet the NBN modem isn’t working. Someone do something please! I have DM’d you (after online messaging with my details THREE TIMES)

@Optus Of course you can reset your password if you can access your email. But sadly I can’t access my email to reset the password to my email. And I haven’t been able to find an alternative way. Possibly because I can’t get help no matter what time or day.

@NookienooNaomi @England You’ll need to download the Optus sport app and subscribe to it for a month for $14.99..they have the rights to the euro 2021 games, unless you’re already an Optus customer and it should be included in your plan already
