When it comes to reception, Optus is constantly upgrading our network to provide better coverage. However, multiple factors can affect this, such as your hardware capabilities, software update, the building materials used in your home, and other signal blocking objects in your area. I have also checked your address from our end, and it looks like we haven't had any reported mobile network issues in this area.   @matt__nicholls @freocrood @chris_willo I haven't been to either so purely off tv, optus layout looks and feels **** in comparison to subi. Let perth people sit in the sun on wooden benches if it improves my tv experience imo

  Holy f*uck trying to get an Optus data SIM was a nightmare. The usual system at Harvey Norman wouldn't work, no one could figure out why, had to call Optus support and do it manually. And I had to bend over and get privacy rubber glove, credit check the whole works.

  In 3 weeks, Freo play StK at Optus. During that time, I hope I can forget that the Blues had a red hot sniff on the road against the Dockers while the Saints stomped on their dead carcass in front of the Blues home crowd. One year ago today, 94-33. Never forget that one.

  @DeadSlugg @Aussie_BB 🫠 from Telstra to Optus to internode to iinet to Aussie bb but honestly you’re probably right if the don’t get their stuff together. It always starts the same, then you see the customer service start to deteriorate, then the service. Who are you with now?

  Now tweeting from my lab machine again with very basic Optus 5G internet. Will have to upload video and stuff from home, but otherwise I'm kinda functional again. No idea when NBN/Telstra will restore the connection, it's been 3 days already so I assume it's very bad. Today is Sunday and tomorrow is another public holiday.
