    Suffice to say whatever @NBN_Australia did to resolve the issue last time hasn't held beyond 6-months and now I am being told to expect and ultimately accept the fault @Optus? Been with you for almost 20 years and am about to pull the plug.

    @beourmate my Optus Sport through the wifi isn’t working and is saying my location is not in Australia. I’ve been having several problems since you changed a month back. Please look into this ASAP

    @favfavalore @margo694 So do I - the week before last there was a puff piece on Sky with Bin chicken and the CEO of Optus - my immediate thought was there’s bad news for her on the horizon and they were trying to get ahead of the game

    This was a constant issue 8 months ago and after spending easily a total of 20 hours consulting with @Optus to have @NBN_Australia to fix, the issue was resolved eventually with no communication of action. We've only had 1 or 2 dropouts since. Until this month.

    @OptusSport I’ve been trying for weeks to contact you regarding my subscription - calls don’t work as their Optus not Optus Sport (found annoying after 2 1 hour calls) & I’ve raised 3 cases now - 2 of which closed without resolution & 1 is pending open for days now! Please help!

    @JimRHoughton @Optus When i lives in Thornbury, my nearby Optus tower was grossly oversubscribed. If new apartments close by, thats likely source of your problem. Does it get worse around 5pm?

    @JimRHoughton @Optus Optus networks are crap. Always have been. Try using Optus outside a big city, it's hopeless.
