    @LeimrothScott Lol they are telling me it’s not my account even though I pay for it by direct debit from my bank account! Claim that only 1 person can be named on an account in any household... a great example of terrible customer relationship management @Optus

    @Optus postcode 3193 shows “reduced service” .. there’s none! When the entire city is working and schooling from home, this is not good enough and beyond the pail when there is no notice, you have phone numbers and automated text systems for goodness sake #fixit

    @Optus Wifi seems to be all over the place at the moment - Videos don't load properly - Webpages fail to load or load really slowly I have tired both Restarting and restarting both the NBN connection box and router :)

    Say my Line can’t handle (though it has done so with Optus for years). How dodgy is @Telstra that they change customer orders without notifying the customer and just leave it to be discovered?

    @Optus our local 5G tower & network is being worked on until 23/8. Service has been intermittent or completely unavailable for more than a week already. Makes it impossible to work from home under lockdown. Yet we are still charged for a service we don’t receive.

    So to watch football in Australia I pay $15 for premier league (optus), $20 for champions league (stan sport) and $9 for ALeague (paramount). Then for my 7yr old son to play football I have to pay $400 per year (actually 6 months and 18 games) Something is broken!! #ffa #football

    @Optus internet is down in Black Rock, their website says no NBN issues in area BUT issues with a mobile tower that could affect calls and internet! I didn’t think NBN would be affected by a mobile tower & my phone is working, NBN isn’t. So, off to a cafe to work….. oh, wait….
