    After a long running dispute with Optus over transferring my service to my property in Kinglake which was previously connected by Optus, I have cancelled my service. I will never again be a customer of @Optus.

    @Optus @Raf_Epstein No thanks. I have been dealing with your company for 3 weeks. I am going tell everyone about the experience until someone gets off their arse and does something. Coming into the 3rd hour without internet...on a Saturday night..22 year customer.

    @Optus hi, I had an Optus Sports subscription and also subscribed to The Athletic. However, now that I've cancelled my Optus Sport subscription, I'm unable to log in to my old account and cancel my subscription to The Athletic. What can I do? Thanks.

    I’ve decided to never go to another game at Optus playing Eagles ever again. A most unpleasant experience having to listen to constant booing & “BALL” (ever heard of no prior opportunity) Absolute ********* behind us banging on about multi’s etc with no real interest in the game.

    @JuztYvonne I agree..being at Optus stadium was one of the worst experiences I’ve had a game of footy..the crowd have generally no clue about the rules and they carry on to a level that’s ridiculous…I cannot wait till the eagles come to Geelong at the end of the season #gocats

    @TajBragg Unfortunately Phil you are grasping at straws as usual. It is another useless multi national @optus that talks about service but does nothing, other than take your money and have call centres in the Philippines. Used to be better when the Aust people owned Telecom.
