    Hey @Telstra how come I need to get an optus sim to access internet after nsw floods? Days afterwards and still no internet/reception. Hampering efforts to help. Diabolical.

    @Optus Hi Zac. No thanks. Not taking it off line. Hubby on the phone again. I can't tell you how many times now. New Fetch box arrived without the activation code! Ongoing misinformation. Someone has to tidy the customer service end up. Not any 1 individual persons fault: systemic.

    @Optus #optus has no customer service! New phone doesn’t work and they won’t swap it in store - area manager’s rules that don’t consider customer inconvenience! #optusisrubbish has rubbish service.

    @Optus @Dan_Nolan_1 Hey Optus how about you get your assistance ph staff to actually help. Shop staff are worse. I made a 120 kilometre round trip to an Optus shop because ph assistance was hopeless only to be told I should ph in my problem. Shop staff actually recommended I not use Optus email.

    Good morning. We’re sorry you can’t access unlimited data on the NBN, and that our mobile network in your area is so crappy that it drains your battery faster than an alcoholic at closing time, but we’re gonna charge you an extra $10 for a measly gigabyte of data. Love, Optus.

    @detispify 15.3.1 not beta Just wanted to see if it was a common issue before testing every possible issue haha I’ve cleared website data, restarted and reset phone as well as network settings. Happens on both Vodafone 4G and Optus NBN It’s a Safari issue no doubt

    @Optus @kbrspace this is hubby @SwillNation I'm unable to sustain this with any grace. Out mobile data is not working properly for us. This is quite serious!

    Heads up to Optus mobile customers - if you send an SMS to someone who uses a different mobile network (Telstra / Boost etc.) and you don't receive a reply, there is a very good chance they never received the message.
