    .@Optus waiting on a part to fix the mobile tower. (Thanks Optus social team for the update). Which means I have internet until 7:30am and then have to drive to another suburb. My wife had to go into the city as can’t work from home or the car.

    @Optus Hey, having consistent drop-outs (12:00-2:00pm & 6:30pm-7:00pm) every day for the past couple of months. I’ve spoken to NBN tech support team at least five times and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue or even give me an idea as to why this could be happening.

    @MarkSzili @Optus my nbn is completely down, and mobile data 4g just barely working since friday 12pm in Rowville area. could i get some help? call lines are impossible to contact somebody through

    @Optus I have provided the information requested . Issue still exists. I have two Optus service and my wife has one . None of phone I can use for international call. Calls to Indian mobile number doesn’t work.

    @ValerieTherese1 @Optus Especially recently... Have experienced some exceptionally bad phone service, enough to raise a formal complaint and keep at them so they don't just ignore me and sweep it under the rug, which has required some... persistent conversations...

    @Optus Where do I put that number to see what the go is? Had many faults in the past but never been given a number to check out the status etc

    @Optus I can’t. The number is down. 5G tower in Mordialloc isn’t working. 3 days now.
