    @LovelockEdward @strangerous10 @softhardworker The three or four times I've been in the telstra shop the service has been so bad I've never gone with them, the girl in my local Optus shop is a very helpful genius and the plans are a fair bit cheaper so I don't really want to move.

    But I do feel for the @optus call centre and complaint staff who have deal with the millions of customers their millionaire bosses just threw to the wolves.

    @jasonandrade @mgherman @RossFloate Just meaning that Optus not the aus gov are the ones saying you must do x but if x happens it's four problem not ours. Though you make a good point about the legislation
