@Win98Tech Once had a problem with my internet, the phone line was connected to the internet. Optus knew this whilst I was on tech support and yet they still got me to reset the modem.

@ParamountPlusAU @megrantj Thanks Paramount, but I can get a replay or on demand of a game from Optus Sport or Stan Sport, during and after the game instantaneously, no waiting. The issue is financial not technical.

@LesStonehouse @Optus Me too... it’s horrendous... in parts of Qld you have no option but to go with Telstra. threaten ombudsman... but change provider...I go for days without service. I‘m changing provider.

@johnnmoise @Optus 2) How long did it take? It's been years, and it's still utterly predictable... 8PM-ish 'performance' drops to less than 1 Mbps. But Optus claim they can't see a problem, so I'm trying to help them by showing them the long term, constant, repeated terrible performance.

@johnnmoise @Optus Fixed it ? No way! They just ask you to DM them some details, then they want you to go to their website which shows that there are no problems with the network, then they suggest you look in some forum where other Optus customers are searching for solutions. But they won't fix!

Work is starting soon this morning, and I got a client presentation and my @Optus NBN is down 😩😩. They don’t respond to calls or DMs either ffs. This morning couldn’t get any more stressful! Joys of WFH when you are on NBN 🤡

@Optus Don’t do it. The staff will change your contract just to hit targets and you will pay for it. Customer service is abysmal

On three different devices, the @Optus website is broken and won't let me enter payment details. If I get late fees, you know I'll be disputing them...

@Optus Your returns dept are insisting on a tracking number - but the envelope didn't have one! It's like you planned to steal my phone and make me pay for it too! Optus.. avoid if you can! Network slow, Not a single system works, and call quality terrible to anyone not on optus
