    How stupid and confusing are the COVID rules in WA. The Eagles game at Optus can have 50% capacity and yet amateur / community footy can’t have spectators. As coaches we need to leave immediately and can’t watch another game. Who makes up this nonsense?!! @MarkMcGowanMP

    @Optus who can I talk to about restoring my service to my phone, I’m unable to make or receive calls for no reason and am Told to wait 24-48 hours for an “update” this is an absolute joke I’m losing money by the hour by not being able to make or take calls, Terrible service

    @9NewsPerth @alexiapesce Maybe they should conduct random testing at the football?! Why aren't they doing that? Oh that's right...it's making @MarkMcGowanMP too much MONEY. You'd had to shut down Optus stadium within 5 minutes if they did this at the footy.

    @Optus can Optus pls look into internet and phone connection issues? Our services have interrupted everyday since last week. We have been using our own mobile data during some of the day as we are wfh. It is terrible!

    Trying to get an order to move internet (NBN with @Optus) to a new address on a "specific" date. I have dealt with 6 or 7 people in the @Optus app, I've spoken to two people this morning on customer service.

    Don't ask me to use the wonderful Yes @optus app. I was transferred to 5 different people the other night after they prematurely disconnected my internet service.
