@VodafoneAU After 6 months of continuous efforts to try and resolve the issue we have decided to get rid of Vodafone. We have ported our number to @Optus.

@EliteStephanie Optus are good when I’m in country Victoria but when I’m in Melbourne or Geelong I get very bad phone coverage. Considering changing my phone company again. The only company I haven’t been with are Vodafone. I don’t know what they’re like. Hope everything works for you.

for gods sake. lindas partner is a ****** idiot. she goes "he got a new phone and plan today, and optus are sending him out a new modem". me "why has he got a modem?" (they only have phones) him in the background "the phone wont work without the modem". i rest my case..

@Optus my wife spent over 3 hours on your chat trying to order a new phone yesterday. Got right to the end and signed forms but never got a confirmation via email and the guy dropped out. I’ve tried again twice today but cannot get a response. Can someone get in touch please.

@Optus my internet has literally been out for the past day and a half, everyone in my house has online classes and online work to do which is hard when you have no wifi, please fix it goddamn
