Optus now know as optarse, is providing bugger-all bandwidth on world cup Right Now. Unwatchable rubbish. That's on an advertised 100/35 plan, which is of course bastardised down to 83/42 by downstream brigands aka AAPT, which should be fine for this broadcast quality stuff.....

@AlanBixter There is a telstra man hole (giant underground pit / room) in Melbourne they had to pump about 30,000 liters of water out of just to access to run a new optus fiber optic cable through their network a few months back

I just checked my Optus bill and realised they are still charging me for internet for the coming month for January after cancelling on the 5th December! Confirming my unhappiness with Optus on many levels after being a customer since 1999. #optus #badservice #nolongerloyal

Hey @Optus, considering you guys leaked my info, I find it super duper ironic that I’m actually locked out of my account and can’t pay my bill. My services have been restricted because I can’t access my account to pay my bill. And I can’t log in to get help!

@Rlo73Odd @Optus @DaleKerr That very sad. If you’re a Man U supporter you can watch the games 24 hours later for FREE. My hubby never watched games live anyway so WE CANCELLED YOUR OVERPRICED SH1T OPTUS!! P1ss off and don’t let the door hit your a*se on the way out.

Morning tweetlings! Good news is I'm feeling slightly more human this morning. Bad news is my Samsung tablet has given up its will to live! My phone is on its last legs also. Thank god Optus has a store that's only a 5min walk away from my place!👍👍
