  • PUBG_Cherry Cherry (@PUBG_Cherry) reported

Follow on from the last tweet, @Telstra you are providing us with an unusable service that crashes daily and is honestly a joke of an internet, my optus phone hotspot is more reliable then your 5g home plan.

  • woopdedoo652 I'm a Unicorn (@woopdedoo652) reported

Anyone who has post paid mobile with Optus just an FYI that if you recontract you're forced onto direct debit pmt only & the service effectively becomes prepaid as you have to pay on the first day of the billing cycle & no longer get 2 weeks after the billing cycle to pay

  • Harzzilovemaddy Harzzi loves Maddy (@Harzzilovemaddy) reported

@SamyHeath1993 @VodafoneUK I hate that it happens here in Australia aswel even when you call customer service they put you though to overseas I had problems with optus 2 weeks ago they kept saying there is NBN (internet service) at the property just plug your modem in the phone socket when there wasn't one

  • AenesidemusOZ ÆnesidemusOZ (aka Grandalf) 😷💉💉😈🐀 (@AenesidemusOZ) reported

Menindee Lakes — bugger all Optus service out here, and our Telstra modem is too expensive to run full time, so see ya all on the flip side. #RVlife

  • woopdedoo652 I'm a Unicorn (@woopdedoo652) reported

@FkYeahMatt I was furious. Paid my bill this week & suddenly I'm supposed to pay another one on 1/12. Wasn't explained in store, and contract didn't make it clear. Got my December bill covered by Optus when I complained! Guy told me I'm not the only one he's spoken to with same complaint

  • JohnnyKouros What's wrong with Australia (@JohnnyKouros) reported

@tanya_plibersek NBN is crap, always throttled by the provider, house is still copper. Had faster internet 2001 Optus cable Even data from our 5G tower's, why advertise speed when you won't provide it?

  • calamitykimiz Kimiz (@calamitykimiz) reported

Damn and just like that my 4 years at Optus are done

  • _YoteTheGoat_ One Hell of a GOAT (@_YoteTheGoat_) reported

I randomly wake up with no internet again. And the expected maintenance completion pushed back another week until 28/11. More than a month with unreliable broken 5G internet. @Optus do you need more workers? I will volunteer. No need to pay me

  • SzilviaVirag Szilvia Virág (@SzilviaVirag) reported

@anniecmars @AlboMP Yeah. I don't know what it's like in your area, but zero coverage for most of the road from Wentworth to Broken Hill isn't good enough. And the Telstra coverage around most of South East SA still isn't much better than Optus coverage was 20 years ago!!!
