    @tazmancblue @Optus If you can get mobile phone service try Amaysim, I've connected my whole house off my hotspot & have data banking, paying $50 for 125gig & free calls & texts. You never, ever, ever have to deal with Optus or Telstra again, they are as bad as each other.

    Jeez, @Optus and @Telstra must be the worst signal and internet ever!! Can’t get internet in my yard with telstra and Optus I can’t call out! What is with the 90’s!!

    ‘No’ #Optus than ´Yes’ Optus..No WiFi for 4 days…in our premises in Sydney - waited for hrs on hold then call drops off & no one calls back after promising…. @Optus - this is unacceptable! How’s one supposed to work? #outage #nbn Australia.

    @Optus Any update on the SIM card issue for pre-paid mobiles? It's been a week, and still no resolution... Had a new sim replaced, was originally advised 24 hours, then 72 hours, and still not working... I need my phone working by next week, as I need to receive text messages!

    @Optus the amount of effort it takes for you to investigate an outage affecting an area is a joke. I will be engaging with the ombudsman as this seems to be the only way to get results #optusoutage

    @ellymelly @AussieVal10 @Dom_Perrottet Buy from small retailers or overseas online. Never buying from big business Australia EVER again. No David Jones, JB Hi Fi, Harvey Norman, Telstra, Optus, Officeworks, Bunnings etc. They are all ordinary companies in any case where you can get better service and price elsewhere

    @Plutus_v3 All I can say they must be extremely busy with complaints had a gutful with bad connections and bad service I’ll be looking around for better service provider stuff Optus .

    @Optus hi I have tried for days to move a post paid service to a pre paid Sim that Optus told me to purchase and I keep getting hung up on or transferred to dead numbers. Can I get a refund for this Sim?
