I don't know how many times I have to say this Channel Ten, I am not getting a new TV (the one I have ain't broken) just to watch ONE channel!!! Optus works perfectly fine on my TV and computer, I don't see why 10Bold doesn't.

@Optus Thanks Medina but the main issue I am complaining about is dealing with your customer care team by phone so your offer to ring them is the very last thing I will be doing. They can however feel free to ring me if they can be bothered connecting.

Once again, despite having NBN techs replace all hardware, @Optus continues to have constant drop outs. Do not engage in a contract with @optus, they drop out over a dozen times a day. They are the worst ISP in Australia.

@Bill_FJ_Quinn @Optus They told me I needed to go into the store during lockdown, begrudgingly went in, no other customers staff completely ignored me. Felt like an idiot standing there. That was enough, now with boost mobile & iiNet. Couldn't be happier
