@Sheeds_au @Optus That's just optus. Telstra are the only network worthwhile these days. I hate them, but unfortunately they are the best of the crappy telcos we have.

But yes, I always assumed it was more likely Optus choking bandwidth allocation on the retail network so they can overcrowd it, they've done it for years. But so far no more issues, & decent 4G

@KittenMads_ Ooh I like this idea, thank you, not to swap between work and personal as too risky in my line of work 😬 but definitely to have as back up service for Optus. Will check if my phone can but it's Samsung S8 + so not the newest...

@_Lexipro Ask for the months service charge to be free. I got ****** over by Optus for 3 weeks last time I moved house and they ended up giving me 3 months worth of money back

@Rabid_Lamington @sorcy79au @freodockers South freo have emailed their members saying the match is no longer at their ground, and that afl will be contacting ga ticket holders to issue refunds. Nothing from freo though which is ridiculous. Surely, they would just transfer the tickets to optus, and not issue refunds?

Optus temp suspend my mobile service today because of a lousy $24.68 owed on my mobile phone. I got the service suspension lifted by getting an extension to pay using Optus app. I expect them to do the same with home/internet service because I owe them $218
