@Optus I’ve been w/o internet for more than 10 days now & have been on the phone w your Tech support team & the NBN website says our outage should be resolved Friday 17th which was last week & still I cannot connect to my internet. I’m missing out on crucial studying bc I have no Wifi

We all hear it when big companies get hacked. For example, Optus getting breached, and 10 million customers personal, including identity information exposed or Medibank exposing the customer records of 9.7 million current and former customers.

@BridgeMuir Great tweet, thanks Bridge. Australia is so far behind the world in good policy & a strategy & plans for the future. I am yet to see any Govt put this issue front & centre of anything or even mention it. Our security & privacy was robbed by the LNP for exploitation. Optus etc

@Optus I’ve been a optus customer for almost 4 years there’s been ups and downs but this is beyond ridiculous I messaged you guys about a payment plan and that went well it was all set up and ready to go then I get a email from you guys saying my services will be restricted (1)

Thats crap, @optus, my $30 prepay has unlimited calls but if i get a one off add on for data i lose the unlimited calls and it runs out rather fast
