    @Optus I am on the phone with one of your costumer service officer whose supervisor was having a coffee, apparently, and does not care about me!

    Yes? More like NO! Just clicked over the 1 hour mark on a call to @Optus to sort out a fairly straightforward issue with my mobile account. @Optus used to have great customer service but seems no longer

    @Optus Optus pause. They encourage you to "pause your internet" to spend time with family etc. Brag it's free, but don't tell you they'll still charge you. Essentially it's a con so they can charge you for something you actively "pause". Likely because they're network is so bad.
