    On that point, Optus are a real pain for locking down what should be an open feature of their provided routers... But the Whirlpool forums came through with the steps required to find and decode the admin password!

    @Optus Hi, can we know when the internet will be back at Crestmead 4132. We haven't got internet since 3pm yesterday. The NBN connection is on, but the Optus router do not have a signal at all.

    @theKoala_Man @Telstra I've spent an awful lot of money with Telstra over the years and only cancelled my last service with them 3 months ago. On the upside, Optus is over $30 a month cheaper for more data and the same phone

    @On_Da_Ball3 Hey mate. Thinking of going g tests training myself. Soon as optus fix my fone. If I now own it & have mnth to mnth contract, onus cant stop ya can they? Can't be locked to them surely once owned & contract expired. They dodgy...

    Somewhat unhelpfully, NBN have suggested my lack of internet problem might be fixed by turning the modem on/off.....for the 7th time!!! Optus have now escalated the problem 😡

    @Optus Last time I “troubleshooted”, the advice was that there must be too many people in the area I live and to switch to the 3G network in settings . Super helpful 🙄

    @Optus having extremely slow internet currently (I’m on nbn but my modem is currently on the 4G backup) and I can’t access your site as it won’t load work for some reason so I can’t see if there’s any issues in 3136 VIC

    Guess what? @Optus finally sorted out my NBN. Turns out the issue was what I had told about 12 people for the past 2 weeks. No one listened to me until LAST NIGHT. The chat guy listened changed the thing which was the prob and BAM NBN is on! Sooooo ya girl can no stream! #gamer
