    @Tomsbeer_ Not entirely but I've been back and forth on the phone with optus and we are trying to troubleshoot, could be a wifi issue so I'm going to try and hardwire it and see how that goes for a short term solution

    Hey @Optus I’m trying to activate an eSIM so I have a service when I visit home. It asks to validate my ID, but fully rejects my valid, Australian passport number. Any ideas? Without this I will be entirely unreachable until I knock on my Mum’s door. Trying to do it from Tokyo.

    @Optus any chance optus can make the thuraya satphone service work. Week 3 of network problems, different one each week. This week all calls out say phone I dial is not connected!, Last week all calls " call rejected". Is the service being shutdown?
