I’ve been having trouble sending messages all afternoon and evening @Optus what’s the go? I have to reset my phone every 5 minutes just to send something… on a plan that’s paid up to date new phone too 🙄

@Optus @NBN_Australia this is out tenth outage this year. honestly, considering you are selling a service you clearly cannot provide, there may be a case for the telecommunications ombudsman

@Optus @NBN_Australia I've been talking to your helpdesk, but we're a little tired of repeating ourselves to your customer service operators. I know it's not the helpdesk staff's fault, but there has only been one day in the past week where we've had un-interrupted internet access

@Optus lol at those steps, especially number 6. Does logging a fault go in the WON'T FIX backlog or do they actually get actioned? No doubt it would be resolved with COULD NOT REPRODUCE anyway…
