@Optus I have spoken to your technical team over this period many times and nobody can fix the problems. First of all the multi room wasn’t activated. That problem got resolved but then I noticed the ultimate channel pack wasn’t installed although it was working on my mighty box.

I had my mobile with Telstra but had reception issues at my house as it's an old tower the network uses. They wanted to install an antenna at my cost. I changed to Optus and no problems

@Optus I hate how you are unable to change data plans for free at anytime, was unaware of this until I keep getting charged $10 so therefore I cancel my plan the house

Hey @Optus ! You’re the absolute bloody worst!!! Went to combine my bills bec they put my diff devices on sep bills & I made changes to my contract, now my primary number is registered under another name! I’ve had the number for over ten years!! #ombudsman

@Optus the worst service ever!!! Only been with you 5 months, took 3 weeks to change our numbers over, not 4 hours. Didn’t mention putting pins on account so someone took 8k from our account. Now we have a 2k phone bill. Time for the ombudsman!

@Optus I called Technical Support and they told me that the engineers are working in the issue. I wish that the Optus outages webpage was actually kept up to date when something is wrong, but it’s basically a static page. It never gets updated with issues.
