    iiNet. Day 17 of no internet service. Busy day at work, code of conduct changes are keeping me busy, so are phone calls and emails from random iiNet staff who are telling me I should go to Optus @optus for a solution until nbn will fix at the end of the month

    @Optus DMs open. Go ahead, reach out. I've already made multiple contact over the phone in the last 6 months, with multiple promises like the one you just made to "fix" it, and it won't happen again. Still happening... so...

    @GladysB Why is Optus permitted to jeopardise COVID safety with a substandard service of 3G in Suffolk Park NSW which only last week was a COVID hotspot. 3G makes QR code sign in difficult or at times not possible.

    An @Optus outage has brought Broome court to its knees. The District Court is unable to record, patch into prisons and video link to lawyers. Why anyone relies on Optus up here is still an utter mystery.

    Man Optus Sport’s app and servers have progressively gone to hell since I joined them two and a half years ago. Absolutely zero ability to run simple videos that YouTube has no issues doing, and the unskippable ads are the icing on the cake. Wish we had an alternative.

    @Optus Currently it’s at 4G so it’s ok - it’s when it drops to 3G that COVID checkin becomes a problem- will contact you if it drops back again. I am a Security Officer for the NSW Government at Liverpool Hospital which is why I am mindful of COVID safety procedures
