    @cathywilcox1 @Optus I switched to a third party mob who use the big T network. Cheaper and good coverage.

    @cathywilcox1 @Optus This is why I switched providers. I couldn’t even make a call in my kitchen. I had to have the Optus technician fix my internet and he complained there was no reception. I live 8 km from the centre of Melbourne.

    @cathywilcox1 @Optus I highly recommend Boost mobile. Here I am in very remote Newman in northern WA and because Boost link to Telstra infrastructure, i get good coverage. $300/yr for unlimited calls and 250G data (which I need for my work). No links to the business just a happy customer.

    Optus is having issues today - which is having a knock on effect with TPG who seem to be shoving everything down their telstra link, so seeing degraded performance from these networks to @binarylane - my working theory anyway :)

    Ugh the internet on my phone is so unstable & it’s driving me nuts. Optus please fix it, I’m literally about to have a breakdown here!!! 😭😭😭
