Almost 10 years since I was an @Optus customer, how dare they still have my identifiable (although very out of date) info. Very disconcerting.

And please be kind to each other. This is a very traumatic experience for many millions of Australians, including Optus support staff who have had their data stolen as well. If I've missed something or made a mistake, feel free to reach out and I'll do my best to correct it. /19

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT*. From September 31, Optus Australia becomes STOPU, the go nowhere Aussie telecommunications company with budget arm to be called Gladys. * An earlier report said Optus would rename as Gladys but due to a permanent deleting incident, this was incorrect.
