    @_davidlimbrick I'm an Optus customer. When I was in the store not so long ago a lady didn't have a driver's licence and produced a passport as ID.

    So @optus are disconnecting people when you lodge a complaint on live chat. As soon as you lodge a complaint and ask pointed questions they disconnect you. 4 times now. I'm done with @Optus

    @Optus why won’t your reps help me? I receive conflicting info re cyberattack, ask for a check of my account and the response is ‘you were sent an email!’ Seriously !

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 Optus Customer's, Immediately change your Bank Passwords... and App Pins! Secondly, Register - annual fee, with a Major Credit Reporting Agency! Then you can regularly Log-In and check if any Credit/Loans have been opened in your Name! Notifications can be set too!

    @zinifax @9NewsMelb Both daughters had their Passport details taken. WHY does Optus request such far- reaching personal information for a simple mobile phone service ( in their case)?! 🙄😖😓And of course Optus breezily comments that if you are worried about misuse of yr passport. Apply 4 a new 1!

    @katvic8080 @applepiestoday I left optus 4 years ago, I got an email today to say that my data was taken so I gave them a call and the agent said my account was flagged as data taken. I don't understand why why needed to hang on to my info after I left. Smh!
