    Just went to use my Apple Watch mobile data in an emergency to find @Optus has disactivated it without telling me, and no one can figure out how to turn it back on… so continually hopeless

    @Optus @PPatrick007 Sarah, It's obvious his public cry for support is because he's gone through and done this already. How about you Sarah DM him and get his details. I've already advised him to dump you and switch to 5G mobile broadband.

    @MrWayneGarton @markyoddbod The coverage over here is really good to be fair. Costs $100 (£60) for the season (or free if your phone is on Optus network) and get all these options to watch. Most games are middle of night so easier to watch that way.

    @maesy5 For all the indescribably horrid supporters who’ve been in my face at Subi & not so much, Optus, the most memorable were a couple of older woman who went out of their way to stop me Rd.22 2018 & offer Congratulations. I was honestly scared of what they’d say/do … & it was ok!

    Optus service on northern end of Central Coast is continually failing. Mobile will not accept incoming calls just advises”service not available” on two mobile phones. Medical reasons makes it a necessity to have mobile reception.

    A sincere advice for anyone thinking of changing service provider - Do NOT choose Optus @Optus absolutely waste of time, device failure, you are looking at going back and forth ten more times to store and their tech team with the same problem phone. Bonus-they hang up on you.

    Side note: @optus support told me to “get a local sim.” Might as well just get a @Telstra one while I’m at it, hey?

    @Optus I am constantly in contact with Dodo. I spoke to rep last week. Message bank was switched off. Mobile ran 7 times before cutting out. Now the service has regressed to on contact immediately answere by recording saying we are not available. Dodo said they thought it was their
