    @AmyRemeikis Ours ran well on NBN Broadband for several years until the cable went in- now we have occasional dropouts. According to Optus, NBN Boadband wasn’t supposed to be available where we are, but I suspect if you have a good mobile signal you’d be ok

    @foxystorm Hey Foxy, that's odd. If you could please make sure that you have the new version of the app and make sure that your handset's software was up to date - that should help. The newer version of the Optus App is more compatible with the latest iOs/ android system -Quade

    Rang @Optus to report an internet issue and was told there’s a request to relocate my service that I didn’t request! Guess that’s an hour if my life gone tomorrow dealing with this debacle.

    @Optus Payment was made via CC at 11:51AM, Service was barred at 1:57PM. I spent an hour+ on the phone. I sent screenshots from my bank via Optus chat and nothing. I restarted my phone multiple times.

    My @NBNCo connection has been going up/down every 5 mins the last 2 days, downstream router issue probably. 1 hr, 10min chat to @Optus rep, I asked 3 times to book NBN tech, then they ask "where can you see the modem has no DNS?". I ask "Do you know what DNS is?" Silence. Ugh!

    @AmyRemeikis We had NBN, fttb, with copper to our unit. Blew out in storm lightning hits 2 years running. Now on Optus 5G Home Internet. Never looked back.
