Hey @iiNet do you have an issue with your users using a VPN? Login to toolbox 5 attempts and thrown out after a couple of clicks. Sending an email forced to disconnect the VPN to send. @Optus & Medibank have proved that you have to manage your own security.

Just been told by a @ChemistWhouse cashier that soon they won’t issue paper receipts & instead will ask for phone numbers. Is this legal because in the current environment (Medicare/Optus) who wants to provide ANY such details unnecessarily? At least Bunnings lets you choose.

@Narty007 There’s no such thing as absolute security. Cyber intrusions are attempted all the time, some successfully. This one really is worst case scenario but so far I haven’t seen anything to suggest Medibank is at fault (& they’re certainly handling the response better than Optus)
