@Optus I am very unhappy with your 'customer service'. I've been tryign to cancel Fetch tv for two weeks and every time I phone the Optus call centre who have no idea what they are talking about. I've been promised twice that is has been cancelled & a return mailbag will be sent.

Its 00:25 on 8/6/2022 and I've just had to reboot my @Optus 5G broadband modem because it was disconected from their network again. Maybe I should post about when the connection is up.

Hi @Optus, you have a system wide problem with translation of certain domain names. I'm not your customer (hence can't call your support) but some of your customers can't send me emails and I can't send ones to Optus customers. Please have Engineering contact me. Thanks!

@RoadknightThe A bit of a tip, as I’ve had a shitfight with Optus. Every complaint that the Ombudsman receives, the Carrier has to pay between $1200-$2,000 to fight the charge. So, it is cheaper to give you what you want, as they get hundreds of complaints every day. Stick to your guns, mate.
