    I am having a really **** week. Been hacked because Optus didn’t want to pay fees to an international cyber security firm and put ME in the middle of their fxcking useless business practices. I can’t email, make phone calls and keep getting suspicious emails and calls THE CXNTS

    @hotnutbar @Optus It’s almost as if critical public infrastructure should NEVER be privatized as it always ends the same way. Consumers being ripped off and the needs of the electorate not being met

    @ObeeWhen @GrrrumpyPants There was a queue of people with similar hack issues. I don’t know how much business Optus is doing these days. I walked out in disgust.

    @iDGiam Victoria has set up an online system for this & replacement licenses will be sent out automatically, once all details have been confirmed with Optus. I need to visit Vicroads on Monday, nothing to do with licenses, so I'm hoping I'm not faced with a similar issue to you.
