    @Optus I have contacted customer service everyday, and got them to cancel it, and every day ir reappears. its absolute garbage service by you. This surely should be illegal to have a service forced upon you that you never wanted.

    Really pissed off with @Optus right now. For over a week my 5G Home Broadband internet has been on the fritz as they are performing an "upgrade" & it's going to be 3 weeks of constanty drop outs & slow speed. The @Xbox Series X keeps chucking a tanty because of this too!

    @I_am_romey @Optus Yeah, I had way too many years dealing with these jokers... I reckon I'm on some of their "this phone call is being recorded" training calls as I give them a chance for good customer service, but they always failed me lol

    @I_am_romey @Optus Make a formal complaint to the T.I.O when you get back if it continues. I had a heap of problems with Craptus and they always took me more serious when they knew I would get the Ombudsman I volved if they were shifty...
