@bratat22 It seems to be orchestrated, maybe a push towards Digital ID. I say this because if your business is providing Data and communication services why isn’t all your Data incl customer info military grade encrypted? I use a VPN with it so why don’t Optus, Telstra etc have it

And I just drove 65kms to get my leaked details remedied only to be confronted by a line that snaked out of the office, down a corridor and nearly out of the building. I don't have time for that. Will have to do it all over again another day. #optus #OptusDataBreach 65km again

Spoke with 3 different ppl at Optus, all stating different information regarding removing my ID from their system. Latest person refused to remove it, mind you I haven’t been a customer since 2017. Beyond frustrating, awaiting a return call from someone higher up #OptusDataBreach
