@Telstra That you guys were doing upgrades and the process would take up to 72 hours to complete, it's been 5 days now and still nothing. The telecommunications ombudsman has been notified and they will handle the issue now so I no longer care what happens as I am switching to Optus.

@Optus It’s unfortunately an unexpected outage whose cause is still under investigation since 3pm yesterday. This is the 6th unexpected outage in the last 2 months. I’m extremely disappointed as I had important work to do

If anyone is reading this in the future, after much back and forth optus said that they can't fix the problem, aren't going to change their filtering algorithm and to use a different email provider.

@Telstra what the actual F$&! I’m a business customer transferring services from Optus. It’s been two days and nothing. Every time I call I get what sounds like someone on their mobile phone, which after about 30 seconds of dead air finally answers. This is the service to expect?

@OptusEnterprise @NICECXone Hi I’m a customer of 25 yrs and I feel like I’ve been shafted I want to move to another provider but your services won’t allow me to move I’ve been trying to do this for 36 hrs ! Optus you lose everytime no wonder Gladys got a job !

@Optus Spent 6 days following it up, not a soul at Optus can help me, I’m just posting this in hopes others see it and maybe you’ll treat them better than you have me.
