@joshh_dp Was this Optus? We had the same problem with them. Organised it 3 times, they said they were coming, we had confirmation in writing and every time they then claimed it had never been arranged. Horrific customer service

@Optus Thanks for replying but you are not solving any problem. The system that is offloading the VoIP calls into the PSTN is randomising the caller ID. I’ve yet to receive a scam caller from the same number. Blocking is pointless. You and other carriers need to block upstream.

@stephengentle @Anthony_Klan @Optus I have Optus because in my regional area the service is just the same as Telstra but way cheaper. I'm not paying more just to stick it to Optus when Telstra suck just as much.

@Optus @Optus very dissatisfied customer. I have been in contact with Optus everyday via chat and phone and still nothing resolved. I contacted TIO but received an from Optus stating my complaint is closed without contact or any reason why. I have all screenshots
