    @abcnews What the point? In our area the fed govt funded one operator only (Vodafone) with already awful coverage to build a new tower in our area. Meanwhile Telstra and Optus coverage remains as awful as ever.

    @Optus We spoke to an Optus person on the phone who said there was an outage in the area and they were working on the problem. The Optus app told us the same thing. That was almost 3 days ago and we’ve heard nothing since. We have people trying to work from home who need the Internet.

    @D_Melissa2 Optus has a $20 a month mobile phone and data plan, cancel any time. I have that alone, no bundle or anything - my home internet and landline is with another provider.
