    @Optus @kbrspace Mob net service has been pathetic for the past 2 years in and around Rouse Hill, The Ponds and Schofields. Sometimes Google search doesn't work ! ..tired of complaining. Any plans/comments? Or just ignore and enjoy customer's money? #optusfail #optus

    @Optus Thanks for the quick reply ! Yes, i have spoken to optus cust care multiple times and they did accept that there is an issue around here and gave me some discount. It is a common issue faced by thousands of customers ( i moved from Vodafone cause of that!)(1/2)

    I have 99 problems, and they're all because of @Optus ! Day 6 without internet, and so far i've spoken to Danozo, Arpaul, Keegan, Rizza, Vans, Judhisthir, Nard, George, Zac, Sarah, Steven, Kartik, Xinliang who came to my home, and 2 other people on the phone.

    .@Optus waiting on a part to fix the mobile tower. (Thanks Optus social team for the update). Which means I have internet until 7:30am and then have to drive to another suburb. My wife had to go into the city as can’t work from home or the car.

    @Telstra Sheree the Telstra fibre cable has been cut. Optus has been liaising with your technicians and there has been no movement. This is a ludicrous situation and it is too easy for @Telstra & @andy_penn to say it’s not your problem. You need to fix this now.

    @Optus issues with dropouts - Sydney 2763, NBN with FAST 5366 LTE. No issues with Console to modem connectivity. I have port forwarded. I have forced the modem to connect to 4G and there was minimal issues with this.
