    @tandigi @AlanBixter @jxlawler It's so routine now with store cards. When I switched to Optus I was suddenly hit with all these nuisance calls. They did nothing about it after I told them this same number with Telstra was never a problem. Months later data breach news. Twitter in sync with nuisance calls.

    So @Optus you know how much of a fan I am of yours & given we’ve had no nbn internet connection most of the day, & you’re “continually doing maintenance” so we have a reliable service,any chance my bill will be cheaper this month. If the answer is no I won’t be surprised.

    @kbrspace kindly look into this issue: What a poor service from @Optus ,closed a ticket without resolution after making me to wait for more than 10 days. Ref number 200102418. Also, bad NBN booster won’t connect to the modem at all. Deeply dissatisfied with it service.

    OMFG! Spent two hours online with @Optus to change contract. Wanted to cancel a second number. Nooooo can’t do that! HAVE to go into a store! In the store. Nooooo! You have to call. No wonder #Optusdatabreach happened. The company is run by morons. #optus
