@Optus Your @NBN_Australia subby is currently running a new cable from across the road from another pole. In order to bypass the “wrong” tap point in the street. Not @optus fault but it’s a little bit dumb. Surely fixing one problem would have been better than 80m of new cable.

  • David_Regen David Regen (@David_Regen) reported

@optus so northern beaches is in complete lockdown. NBN service sires and you cannot even be bothered to answer call or message just to report outage. Shame on you

  • mister_wynn Lord - Sir Thomas Wynn (@mister_wynn) reported

@borgc @rooze_henri @Telstra I paid for a higher level of service but Optus tested my suburb speeds and 23KBPS was the best they could get. My suburb is all copper and has not been upgraded sine the 1950s. During wet periods some of the junction boxes are underwater.

@Muhammed_Ayad @Optus But the trouble with the messaging system on the app it can't even understand simple questions, as #customers has to guess what words is stored in the messaging system, as it doesn't accept the words customers give it.

  • PoliticsSuck123 john doe (@PoliticsSuck123) reported

We switched from @telstra to receive better speeds and better customer service, but @telstra still has better customer service. We constantly try to get in contact with @optus support yet all we receive is messages saying our wifi is working perfectly. It’s isn’t. Can’t...

  • goldengreek8 GoldenGreek (@goldengreek8) reported

@sportschris Singtel has full ownership of Australia's second largest telco Optus, 40% of Bharti Airtel, the 2nd largest carrier in India, 35% of Indonesia's Telkomsel, and 23% of Thailand's Advanced Info Service. No doubt we will see the very big Asian artists utilising the platform soon.

  • happyboydanny Danny T. (@happyboydanny) reported

Over a week of maintenance on Optus broadband in central Sydney and no updates. Really unimpressed with this service @Optus

  • timcarabott Tim Carabott (@timcarabott) reported

@Optus Don’t worry about it. I’m talking to someone on the Optus App on my phone. Your app is awful and slow. Every time you come back to the conversation it’s like starting a new conversation all over again repeating yourself. What happened to online chat on your website? A lot easier

@pauldutton1968 @belindasmilne @iiNet Amaysim if you have access to Optus network. I use my phone when my NBN drops out, which is frequent. Telstra don't care.
