    @Optus Technician meant to arrive 45 minutes ago, I’m stuck here waiting for him and am now late for work. Call service is a sham too, I wait and wait talking to a robot only to get to the end and it says it’s closed … considering cancelling all my accounts, service has never improved

    @maxr__x @ademtee15 @OptusSport So I now have to pay $7 a month on top of my mobile plan? Seems like a terrible deal. Will probably switch telco as Optus reception is **** and the “free” Optus Sport subscription was the only thing keeping me as a customer.
