    @JeffSundstrom @GladysB @Optus How fortunate to be able to choose or not choose a provider. Telstra is the only option for rural Australia...and they do what they like, or as little as they like in service provision to rural Australia.

    @nickschadegg Voda uses Optus network and I would use 2 jam tins and a length of string before going back to Telstra.

    @stephengentle @Anthony_Klan @Optus I have Optus because in my regional area the service is just the same as Telstra but way cheaper. I'm not paying more just to stick it to Optus when Telstra suck just as much.

    @preecy_pants @Optus @Aussie_BB And yes, having spent more than 3 hours on the phone with 8 reps in one day, I can safely say their customer service needs improvement
