@Optus could you please not send receipts via SMS to my smartphone at 11pm. Most people are asleep then and it is really, really rude. As a communication rule, I won’t contact anyone after 8.30pm at night.

@Adrienliechti @Optus This is shocking. Blatant false advertising. I'm going to pursue them over this. Bad enough they have a monopoly over the rights but they cannot just promise that (for extra charge) and not deliver. Also bait and switch to boot.

I suspect the prepaid dumb phones can't be unlocked partly because the single ones Optus and Telstra offer... are the same phone (an Alcatel one, built by TCL now). It's hard enough to get demand for 4G feature phones, and older 3G ones will be useless on one network in 2 years.

@neilgregan Optus does not show it for free, it is a paid service, it’s just that when they have too many people watching, the authentication server shits the bed and they have to let everyone watch. It happens every time there is huge demand. World Cup is the same

Can't even get into bank online bet Optus won't reimburse for all of this greedy as hell don't have problem with grabbing payments... Vodafone so different to that!!!??????
