@Optus It occurs to the whole suburb. All our neighbors have similar issues. Not dealing with tech support. Sick of doing it. Just gonna make the switch to people who don't take the piss and are upfront and honest

@Optus I tried to cancel through the soul crushingly bad @optus "customer support" "instant" Chat, the agent there sent me an info form that that wouldnt open. The agent had no idea how to fix it lmao #OptusSport

@Optus quite simply. Sort your ******* **** out or cancel our nbn and all of our mobile contracts. This is beyond a ******* joke. We are not paying to not having internet access. If you can sort your **** our. We will find a more reliable ISP ( which shouldn’t be too hard)

@Optus Eventually gave up and took the train into the city to visit the #Optus "flagship" retail store in #SydneyCBD on George st to try and cancel. Thats what i had to do to cancel. Go in person to a physical store and get help from a poor #optus employee

@Optus Finally after 20min the "business specialist" picked up a landline phone from 1991 and dialed the Philippines assuring me "these guys are the only ones who can cancel your service". Wow @Optus it's shockingly bad, you've lost a customer for life.
