@Optus So they cancelled the acc (which was already cancelled...but that way madness lies), but I must pay more p/mth than I was originally told. At this point, am just so sick of it I'd pay anything just to get service. Wait. Is this how they make their profits!? #businessplan

@LeenaVanD @kay_jay_s I have an NBN box on the wall of the house we are renting. TWO of them. Big ugly buggers, one with a big battery. Trying to get connected told no, those boxes don't exist, NBN was never connected to the property. Had to resort to Optus 4G. It is poor.

@Optus Yes, and the message is always, "We're currently working on a mobile tower." It's now been several months of poor mobile reception, and at least a month of day-long WiFi drop-outs ... most of it with no warning, apology or offer of restitution from @Optus.

@Optus tried this, still no 5G at St Leonards, I stay right across the train station as well, similar situation in Redfern. Situation in Circular Quay has improved slightly - need help.

@Optus Maybe I’m stupid cause I plugged the modem in as per instructions the only lights that lit up were wifi and power ... I waited an hour for it to respond with the internet light but gave up .. plugged in the old modem ..
