    Follow on from the last tweet, @Telstra you are providing us with an unusable service that crashes daily and is honestly a joke of an internet, my optus phone hotspot is more reliable then your 5g home plan.

    @YaThinkN Where I work there is little service- a hospital. Questions directed at @Optus are fobbed off with ridiculous lies. We need to send photos and recordings to our off-site clinicians.

    @VodafoneAU what a **** service u guys have.. u cant even fix one bill.. my sister is trying to get her bill fixed from last two months.. i think @Optus is better than u guys..

    @PaulWilliams_85 Been monitoring this for awhile. It’s going to take a mighty effort to top Optus app TBH. There isn’t anything else like that in any sport in Aus (once they sorted the early issues). I’d be happy with just a bug free broadcast of the games and go from there though to start.

    @deano_cool I lived country WA and iiNet was the only non-Telstra/Optus service so I went with them! But they have been useless lately and so expensive! Made the jump, no contract and 1 month guarantee so fingers crossed!!

    @MikeCarlton01 Hear hear, our congested node fixed wireless service is so bad we have disconnected the nbn to use optus mobile broadband. Literally x18 faster and for the same cost!

    @Optus has the worst service ever. No internet for 12 hours. Spoke to 4 agents. All take 1/2 hour troubleshooting then saying the internet works when it doesn’t. Still no tech booked even though troubleshooting has failed.

    @anniecmars @AlboMP Yeah. I don't know what it's like in your area, but zero coverage for most of the road from Wentworth to Broken Hill isn't good enough. And the Telstra coverage around most of South East SA still isn't much better than Optus coverage was 20 years ago!!!
