@troyhunt Having not been a customer of Medibank or Optus since the late 90s when I moved to the USA I wonder how much data they still retain about me. Remote chance any notification may reach my parents but I may not know if one is sent.

@skyevap @cricketcomau South Africa have never lost a test at the WACA, the last 3 tour, they all win a WACA test to subsequently win the series. So now, no more WACA, or even similar pitch at Optus. Therefore the fear is there for CA not to host a Perth test against the Proteas.

@Optus I'm requesting a contact email so that my time is no longer wasted on chats and where further work time is not taken from me (eg spending in store) & where someone will proactively work to fix this, responding within a usual business comms timeframe of 48 business hours(4)

@a_rodrodrigues I had an old account with Optus ams they kept my details there too and I was compromised there as well to my surprise. Affected my both breeches and I wasn’t even a current customer. It’s insane

@Optus I registered a security concern (another one!) and complaint about this in store a month ago, and requested email contact about this, and have heard nothing. This is an urgent security matter that has now resulted in my business phone being cut off bc I can't access (2)

@Optus I've wasted 9 hours on chat and all that happens is deflecting and circular responses from your staff. How about you stop wasting my time, be accountable, and actually solve the problem? Nobody has replied on email in over a month either. (3)

@gumby_mister @Optus The CEO needs to go sooner rather than later. The incompetence is off the charts. Not only is my information out for the world to see, no service in my area, for the second time in one week. Just in time for my daughter’s Uni exams.
