    @Optus As a very long term customer I want to voice my strong displeasure at your appointment of @GladysB. She is under investigation by ICAC for lying repeatedly yet you are giving her a Director’s job! Very, very disappointed.

    @CQDThisIsCOVM62 @Optus Samsung customer service told me other wise when I called and complained about it. They told me they should be included, regardless of it being in a separate box and to sort the issue eith optus..no success so I cost em another 5k in complaint fees through tio..**** em

    @Optus It was 2009 and you've closed that office I think. Anyway, that was not a good service experience. My advice would be hire more local call center staff. And don't pull illegal crap like that anymore. You tried to force me to take it as credit, a de facto lock in for 11 months.

    @Dr_p455w0rd @calibandog @CindySailor2 I ditched optus for TPG back when TPG was brand new. They were 1/2 the price of optus at the time except their plan was ACTUALLY unlimited... I've stayed with them 28 years now. Never had a problem so glad I "moved on" and my ph is vodafone for 25 years also no issues.

    @9NewsAUS @Optus are by far the worst telecommunications company in Australia, imo. I had to get the telecommunications ombudsman and consumer affairs involved. Guess what I ******* won🤌🤡🤡🤡
