    @Optus . Worst customer service ever. Called Tech support on 10 th March. Two appointments where the technician failed to arrive. Problem still not fixed, and we have to wait for our case manager to call on the 28th March. Telecommunications Ombudsman will be contacted.

    @Uniqueosaurus Optus is offering a service called SubHub which helps you manage all your subscription services in one place. Like, it's so bad that other companies are innovating to appeal to the market.

    @SethAbramson Unfortunately I feel reading more about his corruption he never is held accountable for too much til he is. Never in history has a Optus been so corrupt yet paid no price

    @badgingarra @NicNegrepontis Nah, it was tents, with no air conditioning or blankets. Pissing down with rain, the tents had holes too! Barely even tents actually, just tarps they’d borrowed from port power, strung up outside Optus stadium
