    @Optus I've been trying to get in contact with Optus support but the app says I don't have an active account, so I tried to message on the website but the messaging app on the website doesn't work either, and my phone is unable to make calls, so I'm unable to contact support.👎

    @Optus That’s interesting as I messaged with someone a couple of nights ago specifically stating I just wanted to change my plan not to recontract or get a new device and the agent wouldn’t help me as I couldn’t supply a valid ID number and expiry.

    @Mechtavius Someone else suggested that too haha. Not my bag in terms of both the design it's based on and the toy itself. He's also shorter than Optus sooooo it doesn't work.

    @Optus , could I get some help? I am getting hours-long latency spikes that are consistently around 340ms. Today’s one began around 2pm and has continued on into the evening. My PC is connected via powerline ethernet but others in the house are using wifi and have the same issue.

    How the hell am I supposed to work from home with no internet? You didn’t call? You didn’t write? You didn’t email? Just CUT the service?? Needless to say I’ll be returning the phone you want to charge me for ASAP and moving all of my services elsewhere. 😡 #optus #yes? #Nope!

    What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!
