  @Anthony_Klan I am an Optus customer but the account is in my husband’s name (his phone is with a competitor in my name: I know don’t ask). I have NEVER been contacted by them.

  @iwentforawalk1 thanks. fun times. i've locked down my credit check so at least if someone tries to get a credit check they can't. a friend got caught up in optus, i have some idea of the pain ahead.

  @Optus Either you are incredibly stupid or you don't give a s**t about your customers. In the middle of the biggest data breach, where you have compromised personal data for millions of customers, you have now increased the prices for your plans and started charging (1/2)

  @naveenjrazik @SBSNews Looks like I'm joining another class action. Optus, Medibank and every other corporate that holds onto all these personal details and allows them to be exposed to data breaches should be slammed with multi million dollar fines and customer compensation ensue.
