@helphelpandhelp It's the fact that Optus KEPT all the personal info, even of ex-customers. WTF were they doing with licence and passport numbers well after the 100 point check had been done. WHY?

@ClareONeilMP How about governments stop forcing companies to keep this data when it was obvious that this was going to happen. The government own this. ( yes Optus are morons for doing something so stupid but the data shouldn’t be kept)

@Optus @CharacterEyes Is it something you'll continue be doing few weeks from now, when the PR disaster will be gone and the media will continue to other things? will you genuinely support and cover identity theft cases, or is it just something you say now when media coverage is hot?
