    @Optus You CANNOT actually address this. All you are going to do is send me the email I've already had sent so very many times over so very many years. This does NOT address the cause of the problem. Apparently nothing addresses the cause of the problem.

    @nviolets49 @normboy562 @RonniSalt Gladys is at Optus and a friend who is with them has had huge problems with them while overseas ....He will be dispensing with them when he's back.

    @Optus Oh for crying out loud. I've already DONE THIS. And you keep reversing it. Randomly. Roughly once or twice a year. This is an Optus problem. Not a me problem.

    @Optus Hey Optus, seems I was finally connected to someone to ‘help’ overnight, but in the meantime my issue had resolved. However today on 2 occasions I had agents connected that haven’t responded to further requests. You have a systematic customer service issue and I’m porting!

    @Optus I don’t know what sort of “experiment” you are running down there at the towers, this is so frustrating since you guys are the only provider I can get internet from. At least give us an explanation, or a fixed ETA of your so called “planned work”
