    @RonniSalt @Optus 1/2 Yes! They have made an artform of mishandling every situation that has impacted their customer base. No proactive measures to inform customers and reassure them, no attempt to compensate or value add to impacted customers. This has led to a confidence slump and exodus.

    @bridgetparker Absolutely. Optus will struggle now I think. I've already switched to Vodafone. Optus can't be trusted and are far to slow to communicate and respond to customers. Very average at best.

    Oh @optus, your customer portal really should have links to your #optushack FAQs by now - very disappointing to get the peacetime experience when logging on. Would also be specify if you have contacted former customers whose data could be exposed. Docs mention only 'customers'

    @KevinPitstock @ReadingThePlay @Optus 4 different accounts 2 different emails over 13 years customer. Still no email. I think im gonna have to sue for their negligence, since i run a business using their services and if i had done the same to a customer, bet ur *** id be sued.

    @9NewsAUS The hacker must be arrested; charged, tried, convicted, and sentenced never to be released. Optus must be expunged never to reappear.

    Interesting that the Aus Govt requires #Optus to obtain and retain this incredibly sensitive data, but didn’t require it to be encrypted & secured beyond something human error could affect? This isn’t just an Optus problem. Govt is also culpable & trying very hard to hide that.

    @SenKatyG You are the minister for finance, for God's sake stop tweeting about social issues. There is a major crisis for the customers of Optus which I am one. The government needs to put an end to online lending , all loans need to be done in person.
