    @Optus My brother has been waiting more than 40 minutes for you to send him a verification (MFA) email. Is there anyone there qualified to provide support? In my 16 years running a helpdesk, I have never seen such incompetence.

    So if a new Customer is not happy to provide documents on line then confirmation from a JP or a company representative should suffice. When documents ARE provided online then they should be immediately deleted once sighted. @acccgovau #accc #Auspol2023 @Optus

    Optus: *Forces me onto NBN during lockdown with outright lies. *Tell me fees won't change, up it a few months later. *Damage roof at installation, resulting in plaster damage. *Enable data theft, refuse to explain extent. *Now up the fee by $4 pm. NOT HAPPY OPTUS.

    @Optus Had to go through 12 verifications before my issue is resolved. You require my Address , DOB, Phone number, e-mail, four code verifications, then driver Licence number, Licence expiry, and Licence card number. Have you all lost your senses? #DitchOptus

    @Optus is there another way to talk to support other than phone calls and app support chat? The person I’m talking to kinda insulted me and won’t transfer me to someone else and I’m not good with calls
