    so Christmas is less than 3 days away. I'm 900kms from my friends and family, I have a replacement phone that doesn't work and @Optus is straight up refusing to fix/replace it. what a wonderful year. I'm so glad I'm now unable to contact my family on top of everything else.

    @chrismurphys @Telstra you want a better service, you may be better with Optus 5G, which we are on, here in Wanneroo an outer suburb of Perth. If 5G is not in your area, then suggest you go with fixed wireless. NBN is a very vulnerable system to faults; ie weather, especially lightning & power surges

    Oh @Optus no wonder you're net profits are taking a hit. Terrible ADSL connection speeds for the princely sum of $85 pm. Yet found out from one of your service team @NBN_Australia has been in our area since March for $75 pm! A paltry $10 off for the next 6 months. Hello @Telstra

    @Optus trying to switch home nbn plans. First agent said to sign up fresh. Second agent claims its switched. Third agent refusing outright to help us switch. Whats up?

    @loutosetto @Optus Where I am, Telstra NBN is the only choice. Feedback from the teenagers is that it is stable and slow. NBN may have been dealing with the shock of most of Sydney staying home for the last few days watching STAN or Netflix.

    @BelongAU we've had over a hundred drop outs the last two days and now NO internet at all. Opened a support ticket yesterday and NO response other than ref#. Sent you a DM and NO response. & no call center. Getting tired of this #badservice. Maybe we should move to @Optus.

    I’ve spent all morning of my Xmas eve eve talking to @Optus After 3 months of trying to fix a billing issue, they still can’t understand problem. $45 in late fees as a result. I’m on hold, and typing into their feedback form: “your app and customer service is hell on earth”
