    FYI for those affected by the #optushack @Optus offered a 12-month Equifax Protect subscription for credit reporting to those affected but failed to tell you in the email that the code they supplied for this expired in December 2023. If you haven't redeemed this too bad.

    @janine_hendry You need to change to someone different Janine - Optus Mgmt don't give a **** about anything except for their own paypackets, as demonstrated by their complete indifference to victims of data breach last year

    @Optus Hei. My phone stopped working after roaming. I was just told by your help through Optus app, that some prepaid phones are not working since yesterday in the whole Brisbane area. Is that true or I was just told lot of rubbish?

    Looking into getting a second mobile number; the experience is terrible. Pricing is so anti-consumer. $1 per day, but expires in a day, but it rolls over, also eSim trial for 7 days, oh and 4G only... Guys, I just want an extra sim to recieve calls, relacccc. @Optus

    @STEVEFI14205588 @janine_hendry @Optus Spend another 10 hours on chat to report- no thanks. The in store staff have confirmed this is not uncommon, they can log a ticket to local agents who will contact you for certain issues

    @RecliningPanda @Optus @VodafoneAU I had NBN techs out and they replaced everything but it made no difference. The Optus support acknowledged the problem was on their end but then slammed shut on doing anything about it.

    @STEVEFI14205588 @janine_hendry @Optus Many work from home. I had one who refused to turn down the game he was watching and continued to ask me to repeat everything! They can also just disconnect and log you out of the chat once its getting to time and its shows as a network issue
