Rishi (@tiwaririshindra) reported@Optus @RunnerSA18 No Optus , you are not working with customers. I am online with customer service and they refused to confirm whether mine or family's account was compromised or not. What kind of bull***t scam are you running here ?

Mitchusmaximus (@mitchostheleo) reported@Optus Rubbish.. I only heard about this by accident from a friend.. I don’t always check the news forensically in case optus puts out a press release. Really poor decision-making here..

Ian Samuels. Albo's lefties!🌈 (@IanSamuels3) reportedThis OPTUS breach is disgraceful! It's happened to many times with that telco. Everytime they've had one. They've always said. They'll fix it up! Obviously haven't fixed it up wnough. Or not at all! Don't forget. Optus is a US company. Where they seem not be as diligent!

Kat (@bronze_flame) reportedStill no email, no text message, no notification of any kind from @Optus. Millions are facing potential identity theft and you couldn’t be bothered to issue a simple email heads up. Pathetic.
-
Garrie Irons vCISO at non disclosed (@GarrieIrons) reported@stilgherrian I was a customer a decade ago. Does that time rule me out, or is Optus days hygiene so poor my "was a customer, once" data is in the same place as "is a customer, now" data?

Brtn13 (@BRTN13) reported@Optus Our identity has been stolen and due to Optus’s failure to advise its customers straight away we are at further risk of identify theft. I feel like I can’t trust Kelly’s poor statement and apology and that our financial details were not compromised as well. Trust has been broken!
