@Optus I took everything into a store to prove ID etc face to face. They would not help me. Every other service provider has been great. Your policies are discriminatory against individuals that lack the capacity to manage their own affairs.

Come on Target Australia. You’re asking customers to supply their DOB on target customer profile for the chance to win $100? Do you think Optus hack & Medibank hack resonates with customers? My date of birth is worth more than $100 to hackers. #targetaus

@propertyofKJ @Telstra @Optus Home or mobile? Swore off telstra after they coerced me into a contract while I was drunk (Long story). Optus spent months screwing me around without a home line recently with the floods. Aussie Broadband gets many thumbs up for customer service and so far so good.

Before I up and switch mobile providers to the monopoly wanters, is it possible it's my phone and not optus behind crushingly bad reception and 4g, does wireless run off the same antenna?

  • mjkonz Mark J (@mjkonz) reported

@AlexShawTel $25 or so a month or free if you're an Optus customer. We get the PLP broadcast.

Telco in Australia needs to get its act together. A call from some B2C market or some other provider with similar names keep calling from a Sydney based number 02 7252 0490; 02 7252 0477. @Telstra_news @Optus . Can you please help put an end to this.

  • Tko1111Tom tomkorson (@Tko1111Tom) reported

@Optus been dealing with no network coverage for 72 hours and don’t even get a response back on 24/7 assistance.

@UnitedStandMUFC I’m in Melbourne Australia paying: Optus Sport $25 per month (EPL bad commentary),Stan Sports $15p/m,(Champions league),Bein sport $70p/m (Carabao cup sports pack through foxtel), paramount plus $9 p/m (FA cup). I wish we would drop out of a cup.

  • traceymotts Tracey Mottershead (@traceymotts) reported

@Optus Or they want mum to authorise me acting on her behalf - that’s already been done when she created the power of attorney. She now has limited mobility and dementia and @optus are no help. Left her in tears when she tried to deal with them herself, but I can’t act for her.

@rachelrwithers Paul's opposition to thinking certainly reaped rich rewards at Optus. Today's performance looks like an extension of the Mad Monk's ol' wisdom-suppository that the problem in Australia is too many experts. If it weren't for the game of mates these blokes would be unemployable.
