    @Optus very happy to announce I’ve left Optus after 8 years of loyalty. Your service is disgusting and customer service is non-existent. A simple request, 7 days passed, multiple phone calls and live chat messages later and my issue is still not rectified.

    @Optus Hi. That is normal for Caulfield South. Sometimes I can't even do a speedtest. My colleagues with Optus have the same issue. A few blocks in either direction and it's fine. But this is the centre of Caulfield South.

    @Optus If I tht it would make a difference, I would but I've already made a complaint, called and DM'ed. Makes no difference. I just think others should realise how hopeless your customer service is

    @Optus : help! We’re traveling abroad tomorrow , our bank transfers are stuck because no SMS. your pathetic IT team hasn’t activated the connection. Phone delivered on Jan 4 and no connection so far. Horrible. Case number INC2658372

    @Optus I want 2 compliment Austin who I spoke 2 on Tuesday & Wednesday & he rang even b4 the time he stated for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 👏👏👏👏👏 After 8hrs on phone Monday with various people & getting nowhere Austin was able 2 help me & put thru 2 correct dept. 👏👏👏

    After ONE month of dealing with @Optus Experts trying to fix an error they committed, I have spent antother hour plus on the chat to finalise the problem. The problem is still there. I have met another 4 Experts from the Optus team that have not been able to deal with the issue.

    @iiNet Have now spent 7 hours all up trying to resolve #iiNet issues. 4 still ongoing. 1. Reimbursement for a Fetch Mini that was inexplicably sent to me 2 days after receiving the requested Fetch Mighty. 2. Unable to connect Optus Sport to new Fetch Mighty.
