    @Optus I have been trying to deal with an issue for weeks. No one will return my call, I can't contact anyone, I get transferred into the ether. My "case manager" is MIA. I can't believe how unbelievably incompetent Optus is!

    @Telstra no phone support at night for phone issues. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. What's meant to be a easy phone upgrade with esims has now gone on for 6hours on your silly app chat... time to go back to optus I think

    @Optus This is an old issue. I swapped to Telstra because of Optus terrible incompetence. Telstra had it done easy peasy.

    @franksting I have included phone calls on Optus but don’t actually make phone calls anymore. International calls usually terrible quality and high latency compared to the IP based overlays

    @Optus If possible, don't use Optus. Their webmail never works properly. It's slow and is always malfunctioning. Complaining never works either. #Optus

    I thought @Telstra and @VodafoneAU was unfavourable communication companies but in blocking me because they couldn't face reality that they make false promises, they don't take responsibility for their own errors etc #Optus is #unfavourable & @singtel is ok with this.

    @pwwingman I have a crappy $39 mobile with Optus. It's a good clock, calendar & calculator but the phone service seems to hv bn handicapped. Can't link to internet, can't send or receive texts, can't phone Canberra, eg. Most of the time I leave it turned off.

    @Optus Don’t get yourself in a contact, especially with Optus. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous, is like they don’t care and aren’t afraid to show it. Buy it outright and get a much cheaper plan, many available, same coverage, month to month basis.
