@RealMetroLounge @WindsorDebs Optus and Vodafone had to rely on Telstra, since Telstra owned the network. It wasn't until the government set up a service and bought back the network that things started to change

@Optus we were on the phone to OPTUS for THREE HOURS to some operator in India, we just wanted to move to a faster NBN plan, and they could not migrate our old account over. NIGHTMARE and Optus are outsourcing their support to useless people in India

@JackieChan87805 @LeagueScenePod @BulldogRitchie In case you didn’t notice, you’re the one being dumb as Perth clearly see the importance in playing all their games at HBF Park. If you can get every game sold out, then it puts pressure on the government into funding the joint. Moving games to Optus doesn’t help that.

I went to cancel my service today, and they wanted me to speak with the @Optus loyalty team. I have been waiting for over 1 hour for this amazing loyalty service! I should have just cancelled when I had the chance.

@Optus Me again @Optus, just checking in, when your staff name drop people’s fiancée, who Optus are aware was involved in previous domestic violence incidents, on a complaint that doesn’t involve said fiance, is this an approved intimidation tactic by Optus?
