@bkjabour I feel having Optus in there always skews the results to yes, which is why I left them and will never return. However yes, it’s was NBN rather than the provider - took a good 24 hrs to repair.

@bkjabour Yes! My Optus mobile plan has been bugging the f*ck out the past week. Dropped calls, not ending the call when I hit the red button, coverage issues.

Both @Optus and @Telstra are neck and neck for the worst mobile data service in Atherton/Tablelands. Absolutely shocking.

@Easts4Life @Optus 11 devices? Where did that come from lol. But that's an example of how unnecessary friction is created - rather than addressing the problem, offering compensation or a clear next step, lazy stuff like 'restart the service' or 'call' or making assumptions like that makes it worse.

Waiting two and a half hours to be told to restart the modem then sorry you need to call or visit a store ain't really it @Optus. That's Vodafone levels of service and that's not a compliment.
