    @natecochrane If they spread all our data around how will we be able to pin down who leaked it? So if legal cases arise the culprits will be able to say that "you can't prove it was me". Is it the intention of @MRowlandMP and @JEChalmers to protect Optus in this way?

    So Optus limited my services even though the TIO said they aren’t supposed to, I couldn’t call or text anyone except Optus of course, nor could I use my internet, had to sit on the phone with Optus for an hour to have my service reinstated until a certain date

    @nanologies @Optus I couldn’t even get my Apple Music to stream. I had 5G coverage too. Shocking. None of your issues are surprising, unfortunately

    It's a real threat the data's been passed on via the dark web. It cld be misused at later date if new ID docs& no's aren't issued. #Optus has kept ex-customer ID no's, but doesn't nec' have current ph no, addr or email addr. Gov's need to be fully informed to manage the issue.

    Anyone using Vodafone 5g network? How have you found it? (Either through them or TPG etc) Specifically in Melb and Regional Victoria mostly. Likely to go with Telstra, but just curious as I’ve heard they’ve improved lately. Have been with Optus my whole life. But never again!

    Government has admitted it already, their processes to fix this are too slow and manual. They don’t want to pay to deal with it. No doubt Gladys has told Vic that Optus doesn’t want to pay to deal with it. Solution is to tell everyone to not do anything at all. All just NBD.

    @Optus 23/09 you inform me, my data exposed in breach. 05/10 you confirm my DL number exposed, but don't bother including any information about the equifax monitoring service. I guess I have to wait another two weeks for that? Just awful service.

    @gmase2020 @Optus Thx. spend too much time troubleshooting Optus - 2 months of inconsistent signal, faulty tower services in my neighbourhood, effected me daily to the point I couldn't do my job, data breach (!!!) & now can't even provide me an accurate figure on my billings???
