@MichaelWestBiz @Optus Over many many years experience, beggars belief how they are still in business. Some of THE worst customer service fails I've experienced. Suffice to say I'm an EX Optus customer.👎

Really poor service @Optus been on “priority” chat with you for 3+ hours and you can’t resolve a problem (still ongoing. If 3 hours is your high priority, good lord help your normal customer service queue times
