Hey @Optus, how long does it take your tech support team to fix my shocking nbn speed. Promised a min of 150mbps yet can't get beyond 10mbps. This has been going on for more than a month!

@newscomauHQ So farocondemning Optus for serious breach of trust, poor risk management. In fact Optus was praised for pacifying disgruntled customers Is that how standards of accountability has sunk that low in Aus? The people's personal details can be used illegally for decades to come

  • kw_fw Kris Wallwork (@kw_fw) reported

@Optus no you did not contact me regarding hack - I happened to ask while dealing with another issue thru message app - that I am impacted. Hopeless!

@bluemoonmonday @VWHawkesbury @joshgnosis 'Warm Regards" is what you get when the admin morons at Optus use a prefilled letter doc and fail to change the signature field. Abit like forgetting to lock their office doors, giving hackers access to customer data. Says so much..

  • ServiceNSW Service NSW (@ServiceNSW) reported

@mick_minion Hi Mick, ID Support NSW is working with Optus to support customers with NSW government-issued credentials, if they have been impacted. Affected customers can contact the ID Support NSW team on 1800 001 040 from Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).

So what ******** do we do now @Optus Are you gonna pay (time spent apply) for my new license? Buy me a new Passport?? Why wasn’t your archive encrypted? Don’t you follow PCI standards??

  • R4M845 R4M845 (@R4M845) reported

@goodfoodgal Optus has INDIAN tech support who knows **** all about I.T. Just follows scripts. I left them for Aussiebroadband...Aussie Tech Support.

  • AlexHolderDev Alex Holder (@AlexHolderDev) reported

Checking @Optus customer data; hashed my contact details in one place out of many, so the hash isn't as secure as it could be. If they didn't salt the hash then it's not secure at all. No hash on most values too; data like photo ID number was in plaintext. Disgusting. #OptusHack

  • Cindy6686 CYNTHIA 🇦🇺 (@Cindy6686) reported

Optus webmail is the worst. Painfully slow. #OptusHack #optus
