    Hi @Optus when are you planning on improving the app? I can't do anything on it and it keeps looping me back to the login screen and this is after I have reset my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I can't do what I need online either and your chat agents are so slow

    @Optus is there a service outage or issues affecting Blue Haven on the central coast NSW currently? Having big speed drops on my NBN connection.
