  @halprinconsult Only Telstra and Vodafone supported it, and I’ve never been with them. It turns out Optus has had it for a year or two, but I didn’t know!

  @Optus how do I stop being pestered by the CONSTANT texts you send me about network 'upgrades' in my area? I've had 2 in the last 5 minutes. I get them every few weeks. I can't see an OPT OUT option on them. What sort of network do you have that seems to need continual upgrading?

  So what did I learn over the past five days of trying to get my hands on a new iPhone? One, @Optus and it’s staff are willing to resort to outright contract fraud to keep you as a customer and, Two, @Telstra are still useless in that they can’t handle conversion requests.

  Signed up to @Optus for my kid who was 15 and now she’s 21 and I’m trying to get the account in her name. Tomorrow will be the third time I’ve been on the phone to @Optus to sort it out and already close to 90mins speaking to your call centre but you still can’t resolve it. Help

  @Optus Need you help. I signed up for a Optus Flex eSIM. You charged my Credit card but I couldn’t activate after I filled in my passport details. First your Apps said, there’s something wrong and the App froze. I have nothing now, but you have my money. Need help!

  @Optus What is going on, how can a phone be listed as “in stock” yet need to wait until the 28th to dispatch? Do you have issues with your logistics partners? Just shove it in a box and ship it already why wait?Or does “in stock” not mean actually in stock? So hard to get a clear answer

  So now I have no phone service at all. None. My @Optus contract was illegally and unethically extended without my knowledge, @Telstra “tried” to convert me but that got blocked and failed.

  In the past I have received lots of SMS messages saying how they are improving their 4G Network. Sadly, I am not sure how accurate these electronic missives are. Very slow to non-existent 4G in the house here in Charlestown. Please do better Optus!

  @Adrian_Poly Optus Stadium was horrific for the dogs v Freo game. Made me feel very detached from the game, which in hindsight wasn’t a bad thing. But the noise pollution was relentless
