@Optus Thanks Liam. I have achieved clarity by looking at my app. Seems our three year contract does not extend to the service price itself which is listed on the app as month to month. So umm well played optus I guess.

@Telstra Thanks. It would be really good if you could escalate it, ask gor a case manager for all of the affected Telstra customers. We are all reporting the same problem, doing the same dance, as individuals We all know it is a NBN system prob NOT our home modems Optus great Telstra NOt

@VodafoneAU absolutely regret signing a plan with you lot. Absolute disgraceful service here in Perth. Horrendous coverage that is so bad I’m lucky to get 2 signal bars in a location those I’m sitting with get 5 bars with Optus. I will forever warn people off your ****** service!

@Optus I’ve had no home internet for 5 days. It just says the outage is under investigation but it’s been 5 days.
