    @Optus The race is now on. Who can help faster? The shop (currently understaffed and they "don't have a manager"???), the online service who has had me waiting for 30mins now (despite saying it would be a "short" delay), or customer service who want me to stop tweeting about it...

    @HampsonJustine @Optus They just want you to shut up in public. They pretended they resolved my issue but 4 months later they're sending my disabled son threatening letters again. Don't hold your breath for any assistance.

    I swear Optus Sport commentators just love ripping into Martial. Basically just called him lazy when he wasn't getting any service at all first half
