  @7NewsMelbourne But you still have to go with an Aus provider as they own the leases on the spectrum it uses and are the only ones to provide service in buildings and high density areas. Optus & Telstra already can provide sms via starlink with calls and data in a few years. So no - the major telcos are not under threat.

  @JoGu1802 It was because Optus no longer supported the iPhone 5 on its app that I upgraded. Because it’s DAMN hard to use the app to prepay for your phone when the app doesn’t… support your phone…

It appears that the screenshot shown captures a partially completed Speed Test for your connection to the Optus Mobile Network, as opposed to the same Wi-Fi connection as your TV. We would recommend connecting your phone to the same Wi-Fi connection and completing this again.   @Tiger27745120 Thank the lord, thought i was the only one. am on the phone to optus now. The day before the ausalert message i was forced to update my phone. a S25 Ultra samsung. Ever since that and simultaneously the AUSALERT message i have nothing but connectivity issues.
