@Spiffy_DE @SeraphaimW @FFXIV_NEWS_EN Hey Archie, not sure if it's fixed for u yet, or if this helps, but Australian's using Optus NBN were all the same. Optus couldn't connect to Square Enix servers. they've been working to fix it for the past 3 days. It seems like it might be fixed now I think.

@Optus you total joke.I left you 20 years ago in frustration. I returned to you six weeks ago with a prepaid mobile plan. You screwed up applying my direct debit so I paid the first month manually. You screwed up applying this to my account and now I’m cut off. **** off.

Note to @Optus and @Kmart and anyone else using #BlackFriday marketing: Black Friday only has that meaning in the context of the US Thanksgiving holiday. In some places, eg here, it has a completely different, horrible, triggering meaning. Are you that tone-deaf to your markets?

@iiNet hi guys. long time customer both internet & mobile. when mobile was with u thru Optus could send text messages internationally now it thru Vodafone i cant!? Rang CS they said I need to pre-pay something for international messaging. really need this service back, what to do

@Optus Your network is so slow it took to 4 hours to complete one and half hour movie I thing your 3g service was much more faster than your 5g service

@NickRossTech @Aussie_BB Telstra care to refund me the 200 bucks in roaming fees while I was in LA and your service simply would not connect, whilst everyone else I was with on Optus could connect without any delay?
