    @Optus can't get help with my internet just dropping out, tried restarting the box twice but all I get it a red light.

    @gumnos @darkuncle @GeorgeWHerbert The second generation of the archive for AU was hosted at UQ which was then being connected by the Optus ATM network running AARNet2. It allowed for asymmetric bandwidth provision. This puzzled new Optus engineers (why is everything 10-20Mbit except this node is 72 Mbit??)

    @Optus The issue still hasn’t been rectified. We have not had internet at home for over 24 hours — unacceptable!

    @Optus is there any nbn outage in Leichhardt? Have been experiencing very slow speed whole evening till now , rebooted router dowsn't help.
