Never ever work with Optus Australia again. Most rip off phone&internet provider, most expensive and all the customer service are rude and liar.

@Optus day three with no internet in 2226. NBN is down and still showing up as “under investigation” in the Optus app. Getting okay download speed but zero upload, so it’s unusable. The chat function of the app is also broken. Any advice?

@Optus this is getting really stressful - we have no home internet since Friday and unreliable mobile service due to ‘upgrades’ (postcode 4060). Were told we would be contacted by a ‘high priority’ person by 9am today. Have heard nothing. Please help.

@NBN_Australia IT IS NOT OK for your Techs to review jobs from their office & decide there is no need to attend. IF Telstra and/or Optus Tech have attended site & decided THERE IS A PROBLEM, WHO ARE YOU TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE YOU "THINK" YOU KNOW BETTER?

@nickbrne @Optus @PatronusPig at least you got a message Nick ! i still haven't gotten a response on twitter. I ended up getting them on their messenger service, they said they fixed some settings at their end and all was fine.... Funny that it was at their end !

@NBN_Australia Pity there isn't an alternative, as I am sure Optus, Telstra and a bucket load of other internet providers wish there was... NBN have pitiful technical service and appalling customer service. Time for a HUGE Shake up!

@ms_dingo @constan10101 I was with Optus for about 10 years They told me this year that their cable service was being shut down and that I would have to run on the old copper phone line back to the fibre node. I told them to bugger off. Ended up purchasing a wireless broadband router and put a SIM in it
