    Instead of @Optus letting all their overseas roaming customers waste time each day - why not come clean and let them all know that the new automated roaming system isn’t working. Every Optus customer in our party is being separately blamed for a global fault. #OptusFail

    FFS @Optus could your ********* NBN not drop out several times a day, every day? I live in inner city Melbourne, not the middle of nowhere. I say this more to inform people how utterly terrible your NBN is and that they should never use your "service"

    Disappointed with @Telstra customer service. Told to make an appointment to buy a phone despite it being in stock. Another store couldn't serve me until the next day. Went to @Optus and though they didn't have stock, they were more than willing to help. Ended up buying on @Amazon

    Hey @Optus, if you’re trying to rehabilitate your image after all the bullshit from the past 12 months, you’re not doing a very good job. Suggest you might want to get your business consultants to drop their terrible attitudes when discussing new contracts.
