  Our nbn internet/phone service isnt working. A @Optus techician was sent to my home to find out why we dont have nbn internet. He told me there is something wrong with the fibre optic internet cable. The cable brings the internet to our home.

  @EVERALDATLARGE Agree Everald. Yes there was a system fault, and yes 000 Failed. And Yes after the Optus problems the Labor Minister for Communication put in place to hopefully fix the problem. Calling for government to leave is a bridge too far. It will take time to fix. It’s not down every day

It appears that the screenshot shown captures a partially completed Speed Test for your connection to the Optus Mobile Network, as opposed to the same Wi-Fi connection as your TV. We would recommend connecting your phone to the same Wi-Fi connection and completing this again.
