@Optus I have contacted technical support for 9 days in a row trying to get my watch connected to my phone but I still have my issue in limbo no call back. After today I will cancel my contract as this will be day 10 and I don’t think it’s acceptable at all

So let me get this right, @Telstra. By your own admission, my NBN service does not meet even minimal throughput standards, but you are now going to charge me $5/month extra on my bill. Is this some kind of strategy to drive me to Optus 5G? If it is, it’s working.

@jendudley @TheDanBarrett @Optus Yeah, so those are both areas I've never bothered with. I hate wearing a watch to bed, and for some reason I've always preferred invoking the assistant directly on my phone than on my watch (I think because I often need/want to type out some tweaks to the request)

@gerrydir @Optus A lot of businesses do that. I ditched Foxtel some time back for a similar reason (everyone said I would likely get a special offer when I cancelled, but I never did. LOL).
