    @optus your service coverage is getting worse and worse. 5G! What is that My phone tells me I'm in a 5G area for reception but all my Images dissappear. Nothing Loads and then I completely lose ANY tower/reception. Doesn't matter if I am standing Still or moving! NOT FLOOD rel

    With our week-long service outage due to “network maintenance”, @optus has gone from giving us updates once every 24 hrs to “the next 3 days”. This does not instill me with confidence. Regretting having both mobile and 5G broadband service with Optus atm ... 🤨

    just got a message from Optus to say there will be Optus-NBN outages in my area midnight to 0600 on 31 March - that is exactly when i will be in a work meeting with Canada. 4g SIM back up wont help as we dont have much service. im already stressed and now this... @SimonStahn
