    @peters_malcolm You have to check if you are getting 3G or 4G. If you have strong 4G signal and slow internet change your wifi settings to manual DNS. Optus routing can get very messy so try 8.8.8.8 and 8.4.4.8 . Turn on Airoplane mode for a minute then turn it off and see if it is improved

    @Optus Hi Jim @Optus . This is exactly the same method as your call centre - just hand balling the problem. The article states that I can either go to a store or call - I think you know that I can't go to a store and my tweet explains your call centre can't do anything.

    @Optus very disappointed with your service in store today, what’s the point of having them if they can’t provide the full service? Very predatory that you cannot cancel your account in store and expect people to call and wait on hold. Waste of everyone’s time and money.

    paying for @Optus 's most expensive mobile business plan so I can use overseas roaming to run my business (living overseas). Lost phone and trying to load a new eSIM on another one and they can't due to 'technical issues' - agent tells me issue happening since December! #optus

    @aus_spirit @Ticcer I can confirm Optus are actively blacklisting it. Rumble is up on other ISPs. A mate of mine works as optus as a network engineer.

    @amaysimAU Hi, I responded to DM, but no answer. Just to be clear; it's not restriced to my service, but all Optus network, including movile & NBN.
