@karlstephanovic. I’m in both the Medibank AND Optus hacks. I’m worried someone can open a CC in my name now that my details are public. Can’t we have a “do not approve” service like the “do not call” service.

@NortonSupport I did told the official support number was a scam. Ok I thought I was protected. I called this number several times Jeff Eva claimed to be Morton official employees. Remoted in 3 rimes. OK claimed PC infected OPTUS MEDIBANK virus pay $8000 before we fix. Not happy CLASS ACTION

@amelizajane @Optus I'd been trying to get them to cancel and close my account and mum's since this happened. after 2 chats and an hour long phone call they still issued her a bill for a data sharing between the services they cancelled. going to ombudsman I reckon

@Optus I've been finding it difficult 2 ring b4 6pm. So I tried the msg link but I forgot my p/word bc I had 2 change them all multiple times 2 really complex passwords bc my data was apparantly not worth protecting. So to c 8pm was pleasing..tho not if u want existing customer service!
