@rtralphy He has the media right where he wants them so this makes him more unaccountable so how does the media untangle itself when the media been sucked in by revenue? Look at Optus example bad press = more $$$advertising spend = media quiet

@andrewbogut @Telstra Dude! I was an NBN tech trouble shooter and I would have to call them for work. Worst to best Telstra Optus Belong-Telstra Everything in between IINet And by far the best was TPG for customer service. One client Janet Holmes a court spent 90 hours on the phone with Telstra.

@NBN_Australia @Optus No internet for a month and I have a technician who has tested the line. It is an NBN issue 200m from my house. NBN Tech has made a mistake when doing some work. Optus are telling me that NBN wont come out and keep cancelling the appointment !!

Hey @amaysimAU, I took the plunge and left Optus today and switched to you. Of all the days! I've been without my work phone number for 8 hours now. You have some kind of tech problem, yes? Not the best beginning...😢

@Sarah_Alice_X The first email I got after the optus hack where all of my data incl ID was compromised was one congratulating me on signing up to SubHub, which I never did. Say yes!!
