@bajo Optus service is just worse than Telstra because they don't have as many towers; same would happen on any provider using the Optus network though (also most other providers saying they use the Telstra network only use the wholesale network which isn't the same as Tesltra's own)

@Optus lost 5g on my mobile and home broadband modem a few days ago in Kensington, NSW. Your 5g support won’t admit there’s a fault so I am stuck with super slow internet at home. What brilliant customer service!

@Optus ConnectionS - plural. Two phones, and wireless modem. Why do you think it's my "connection" that's the problem? And won't look at your capacity in Charmhaven every evening from about 8PM? I've supplied nightly speedtests, from Ookla, and within the Optus app...

@Optus 1/2 Your staff at the Preston, Northland store are disgraceful and a bunch of hypocrites. I was refused entry today after explaining I have a mask exemption. I was allowed entry the previous week, twice with NO issue. However what was disgusting was the fact your workers

@stephenlead @Optus I am having the exact same issue and not getting much love from @Optus support team. All I heard was that senior tech were looking into it for the last 2 days. Did not realise this is an ongoing issue since the start of the year!
