    The latest Optus ad deals with their cyber attack. Fair enough. My problem is they use the term 'learnings'. A word that doesn't exist in the English language. Lessons is the correct term, or 'what we have learnt'. If they can't get something that simple right, I wonder....

    Is there a problem with @Optus in the 4034 areas? My emails aren’t working properly and had very bad phone coverage today. Had to go out side. Have 1 bar

    @Optus After a few more phone calls someone finally helped and are apparently sending a technician to help. Though the fact that I was constantly hung up on or asked to get a new plan and spend more money and not helped before hand was still very frustrating as a customer.

    @Optus The full address is the area around the Loxton Hospital in SA. I have had ill informed and patronising responses from @Optus before. When phone lines are down we HAVE to use mobiles for emergency communication. Patients have the right to talk to friends & relatives on their phone

    @Telstra It's just that I'm with Optus ATM, but I'm planning on going to Telstra next week. They will release me from my contract with them because they can not provide service. I've checked Telstra in my area is OK
