    An @Optus outage has brought Broome court to its knees. The District Court is unable to record, patch into prisons and video link to lawyers. Why anyone relies on Optus up here is still an utter mystery.

    So glad i chose @Optus i'm glad to have them! Found @iiNet a bit too slow and their choice of modem to be worse.

    @Optus Such a poor experience using this Company for my mobile service. Or should I say lack of service. They are still sending me bills and deducting money from a direct debit I set up and have locked me out of my Account so I cannot turn this off...

    @GladysB Why is Optus permitted to jeopardise COVID safety with a substandard service of 3G in Suffolk Park NSW which only last week was a COVID hotspot. 3G makes QR code sign in difficult or at times not possible.

    @Singtel Why is Optus only providing 3G in Northern NSW Suffolk Park? I have complained to Optus today with little in the way of resolution. Telstra is fine. Get your act into gear Optus.

    @VodafoneAU when are you going to fix / improve your 4G on my 14km train ride intro the melb CBD all I ever get is 3G ... or would I be better changing to Optus or Telstra?

    @Optus Thanks for the reply Rob. I'm not sure what it is either, I make sure to keep up with updates, it just seems worse than usual lately. I hope something can be done, as you know phones are lifelines, I'll take any help you can give. Thanks again. Anna

    iiNet. Day 17 of no internet service. Busy day at work, code of conduct changes are keeping me busy, so are phone calls and emails from random iiNet staff who are telling me I should go to Optus @optus for a solution until nbn will fix at the end of the month
