@networkservice @TheEnbyperor Here in Aus that's for sure. Telstra (Which is ASX listed) is worlds better than Optus. Also I found Three to be **** when I lived there.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@PrivacyMatters That Optus one is horrible. But, it's going to set a standard, so some good will come of it, maybe (depends on the lobby machine).

  • g_mann43 Gavin (@g_mann43) reported

I'd hate to see #Optus go down in flames due to the #optusbreach . But the CEO needs to resign, they've been absolutely aweful in both their culture and how they've handled the situation.

  • NatalieMarrett Natalie Marrett (@NatalieMarrett) reported

So apparently a lot of people have been getting a text over the weekend from optus saying what data if theirs has been breached.. I have received nothing. Should I be happy? Worried? Maybe my optus service is so poor, it hasn't been able to come through yet🤔

  • mistermouse666 Pat M (@mistermouse666) reported

@joshgnosis @tanharrison Josh, any chance of an explainer article on licence vs card and licence number? Ideally calling out whether we should be concerned in states like NSW where advice has been sent that because service NSW requires both, that replacement licences are not required for optus customers

@ZDNET @eileenscyu #2 Back in 2016, He even asked how that was possible, and I passed the information on the software and the log files. He requested to keep it between him & me only, to which I complied. He never replied to me when I demanded an apology from Optus.

@peri_denton @2Georgies well i guess Optus could issue bank cheques …

  • corduroy Joshua McKinnon (@corduroy) reported

@serpent_roots I’m going to give them a try, to test the reception issue, using a second line on my phone. I’ve now been burned by Telstra and Optus, I’d like to avoid going back to Telstra if I can.

  • HollyBrewster95 Holly Brewster (@HollyBrewster95) reported

@Optus unable to access messaging support via the app or the website for the past 24+ hours.

Everyone I see sharing their “you got hacked bad” Optus texts also has HUNDREDS of unread text messages. How?? How does anyone have maybe more than 5 unread texts?
