    @Optus you’ve recently had a hack & you already have digital iD solution?that’s Records stored digitally & your solution is a digital ID really? That would mean you would have all our data stored to cross check so it’s counter intuitive-we do t want China Surveillance control !

    @SamsungAU I found out Optus are doing cell tower maintenance in my area so I think I'm okay for now. If nothing changes with my 4g signal after the tower maintenance I'll be in contact. Thanks

    Wasn't cancelled so unbeknownst to me, my old contract comes up and demand payment. After lots of messages, #optus assures me it's been cancelled and the #collectionagency won't be bothering me. #foxtel tried the a similar thing to me a few years ago, took over a yr to fix

    @DavidShoebridge I am an @Optus customer but no contact regarding the hack. My phone has weird behaviours so made complaint but I can't respond to Optus texts & they SAY, by email that they call me I have calls, texts & messages from 🇦🇺🇫🇷 this week. Is it new Optus tech causing #discrimination?

    @Optus The representative on call told me that after all this hectic exercise of visiting the store again and again and making so many calls my problem will be resolved in 48 hours. If after that it remains there surely I will send you a direct message. I appreciate you for concern

    If anyone is still arguing with Optus about contracts ect make sure you put a complaint in with the TIO, they have pretty much got my final bill cut in half
