@kbrspace what needs to happen here please to get this resolved. Issues since last week only gone from bad to worse. All I am getting is false promises from @Optus support. This really needs to be escalated and looked into now. Have been more than patient but have had enough now

@Optus I have provided the information requested . Issue still exists. I have two Optus service and my wife has one . None of phone I can use for international call. Calls to Indian mobile number doesn’t work.

@Optus Hey, having consistent drop-outs (12:00-2:00pm & 6:30pm-7:00pm) every day for the past couple of months. I’ve spoken to NBN tech support team at least five times and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue or even give me an idea as to why this could be happening.
