    @ParamountPlusAU Watching replay of MVC v BRI on paramount plus. Well, trying. Vision is so poor you can see double of the players and ball when they run fast. It's making me a bit nauseous. What a disgrace. It's not rocket science. Ask Optus how to do it.

    😭 my internet NBN has been so bad this past week that every stream has crashed at least 2 or more.. & it's just so disheartening to see as I try to stream, but good news - I am changing service providers from Optus to @Aussie_BB where i heard great things about! fingers crossed!

    @Optus It took @Optus 6 mths to fix their automatic blocking of my caller ID My Optus landline still can't leave messages on Optus mobiles. 😳 I've spent many hours over 12 mths to troubleshoot Optus network with Optus. Did they retire everyone who understand how things work?

    @Optus you guys need to look into the NBN internet in logan area, yesterday & now today past prime time (5pm+) upload speed drops to near 0. Download is fine. Remains like this for ages.. even like 3am it's still got no upload speed. This is more than a congestion issue.

    @Optus I have done all trouble shooting and a ticket has been raised with customer support and it's still not fixed. Tried a sim swap. Tried the new sim in a different phone and still no connection on my device.
