    An Ursalink LTE/4G SMS remote controller (Quectel EC21-AU inside it, Dodo SIM) has been working for a year - now dead. Hardware looks fine. Replaced it, new controller isn’t registering on network reliably either? Have Optus changed something on their network that has broken it?

    Sure do love having three bars of service and getting at max 50 kb/s, Optus really is a top tier service.

    @dontcallmekatie @Optus I spent an hour on the phone the other day verifying my email. The same email address they sent transfer to (to which I had to reply or no service would have been transferred). First 45 mins of call was repeating the same failed verification process I had already done. It failed.

    @CorbinMiddlemas spoke about the Optus surface this morning, absolutely correct the turf surface is terrible. I’m sure that replacement turf has been in there since the soccer tournament, what is going on it looks like it was replaced last night
