    The internet is out yet again. @optus, you need better technicians, because this is at least the second, if not third, time it’s been out in three months, and your mobile network in my area sucks.

    @Optus I bought 2 intl roaming data packages to ensure I could keep using my Optus mobile in NY. 3 interactions with your help desk via the optus app via wifi and I still do not have consistent coverage. I have 8 optus accounts and I will be cancelling all of them. #noservice

    @_PetiteNymphet_ Last couple years I keep missing out alot of messages, clean cache seems working abit but not last for long, update phone as frequently as I could also didn't last long, until I get my new phone problem seems sorted. Apparently telstra & optus have same issue

    @Optus my internet is down again I’ve unplugged it pressed the reset button , it’s getting crazy now it’s happening all the time

    @Optus The only choice is to say yes to another provider. Optus are useless, their Customer Service is woeful, internet is slow due to oversubscribing. They double charge, tell you you are not under contract and then charge you contract fees for breaking a contract

    @Dyuhln i get 80mbps down, 4mbps. like i dont understand how the down:up ratio is so bad. streaming is barely achievable. so idk where optus is at

    @Optus If you want to check my account one of my numbers is 0419519852. Your help desk has reinstated international roaming for me and I have to wait for the service to be up@and running..but it should not be this hard !!
