    @AnnetteJack6 @LiddyDrane I once had a stint with Optus Annette, they were nearly as bad. That's when I joined the Adelaide group who were amazing. Optus tried every trick in the book to prevent us leaving , almost to the point of harassment.

    STILL having problems with my @Optus mobile phone internet AND home NBN. Referred to a case mgr again. Told to check in via Optus app. How can I when I have no internet? I work very long hrs on www. 2 wks with issue This msg not sent from home NBN (of course). Ridiculous!

    @Optus I feel a little buyer remorse. Filled out webform to transfer mobile service from Telstra and I'm on the phone with a call centre saying they didn't get anything from it, and the fields are blank, and asking me all my personal information again.... 15+ min so far on call..

    @JimMolan Telstra, Optus and Vodafone all promised to fix the blackspots. Labor was concentrating on their fabulous NBN that YOUR government destroyed.
