    Hi @dfat their is a problem with the passport renewal page. Your contact phone number is on weekend mode. It’s probably nothing but you know… Optus.

    @raymond3020 @Optus I received an email last Sat telling me my ID was gone. Got into the back end of my account and it’s the only ID on file. My customer number is also in the range of data stolen. Optus are hopeless. Appalling communication given the high levels of anxiety they’ve caused.

    @joshgnosis @PatsKarvelas Ah, 10M accounts had their details stolen... the attack wasn’t shut down that quickly. How many accounts were untouched before Optus stepped in?!

    @joshgnosis The attack was "quickly closed down". They stole all the data except for Optus employees contact numbers and email addresses. Forcing to be on hold for hours and Optus saying go to the app to get more information

    @Lizzie_OShea @deniseshrivell Fact is Australia has pretty lousy digital security, & companies hang on to way to much data... Optus has been hacked, there have been heaps of breaches, you haven't been told about. Lots of companies wouldn't know if they had been hacked, there is no over site.
