@stellzyzy Don't try and do it online. Just go into a store. I tried to transfer with the Telstra app and it failed, support weren't able to help. Decided to try Optus and their setup process failed entirely. After 2 days of trying to get support. I tried Telstra again and it worked

@Optus Might be a good product but why would anyone chose Optus. I was with them since I got my first phone, first issue they screwed me. Now they're refusing to let me out.

@shazlharro I’ve got 15.6.1 and that’s fine. Maybe it’s Optus. I do have issues with them too. I destroyed my iPhone 6 battery using it as a hot spot. Might use the 11 as the same.

@Optus Also, to the 0 people who read this, notice when confronted with an unhappy customer, they make you DM them. No effort at all to make an effort. Get to DM, you got 4 step authentication for someone who doesn't authenticate themselves. Only to be disappointed, continually.
