    @NBN_Australia since morning 9AM broadband Internet is down at Liverpool post code 2168. The only status update i can see from Telstra, Optus and NBN page is “under investigation”.. Bit more explanation with ETR is much appreciated. Can’t work from home without Internet.

    @Optus I never asked you to look into anything. In fact I've already told you that I've had conversations way further up the chain than the social media accounts. The answer was unacceptable and somewhat ludicrous.

    @mokargas I’ve never had an issue doing this with Optus - the old message just goes into my saved messages and plays after any new ones. Odd.

    @Optus I have 2 postpaid# & want to change to Prepaid, i purchased the 2 sim cards 2 days ago & since yesterday I am trying to activate the numbers with no success. Online activation freeze at the end, Chat service can't help, waiting on the phone disconnect every 5 min. #optus
