    @Optus you really need to fix your system. Trying to pay my account but have no way to do it. My credit card is frozen so can't use that. They tell me to go to a store. That's fine but the nearest is 110km away. Ask for bpay details and they won't provide that.

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Yeah I've done all that. This is not a new issue. I'm going to go back to the Ombudsman and try and light a fire under the NBN. It's an infrastructure issue.

    @the_scarfie @nearlytheGOAT I'm off to Gulargambone, the town without service I call it lol. One bar for Telstra that drops out every 5 seconds and Optus has no bars. Services for these smaller towns are such a disgrace, really feel for the people out this way.

    @Optus I'm moving overseas (Ireland) for 3 years. I want to keep my mobile number. While I'm away I need to receive text messages to authenticate bank/mygov/etc. What's the best way to do this? Instore/cust service call and chat on app all gave me different/conflicting advice.

    @Optus I got a sms from Optus saying my area will have internet outage tomorrow from 8am to 4pm. Since I don’t have Optus mobile hotspot and need to work tomorrow, what are my options?

    It has been 9 days and I am STILL not receiving text messages and Optus STILL hasn't done anything to fix the issue.

    @RalphyHeraldSun Ryan lined him up from full back, came in at full speed downhill off 70 meters and essentially bottled Jake Bowey. Chandler gently eased his opponents face into the soft Optus oval grass and was apologising in his ear on the way down. This is a travesty.
