@Optus Hey @Optus I’ve down as you’ve asked it’s now been over an hour for a response. Which in total has been 7 hours of waiting on you to at least attempt to provide a solution and/or just talk.

  • madelinejlewis Madeline Lewis (@madelinejlewis) reported

@Optus Hi there. We're getting calls about an outage in the Hunter region? One resident said there's been some local towers impacted and they can't access the internet or use their phone? Can you please give us an update?

  • zerogeewhiz Peter Anderson (@zerogeewhiz) reported

@benjialpha I’ve used all three networks and found Telstra the least worst in Sydney. There’s still an Optus black hole in Randwick that has been there since we moved there in 1997

  • benjialpha B for Bendetta (@benjialpha) reported

@zerogeewhiz The Optus network is pretty good here. And Telstra's customer service worker is always to blame the customer and do nothing to fix it.

  • mrspearing spiro (@mrspearing) reported

So @Optus I have just spent more time than I care trying to sort out NBN. You’ve managed to make a loyal customer move services. You managed to send me 3 modems to 2 different addresses across 2 states. Then I’ve spent from 12.30 this afternoon one both the app and phone

  • karlsensjesper Jesper Karlsen (@karlsensjesper) reported

@RalphyHeraldSun Worst app ever...just leave it to Optus next time...can't even watch a Brazil soccer game😓

  • zerogeewhiz Peter Anderson (@zerogeewhiz) reported

@benjialpha Pretty ordinary network these days, too, but friends on Optus and Vodafone have an even worse time than I do

  • wce1977 goeagles (@wce1977) reported

@adrianbarich @7NewsPerth Why the hell was it staged in lockdown Melbourne to begin with. Pies won’t be in the finals - sold a home game at Optus. Very dumb by the @AFL . They are afraid to make any money .. 🙄 plus WC forced into quarantine upon return. - stupid !

  • choiceknickers raewynne (@choiceknickers) reported

for gods sake. lindas partner is a ****** idiot. she goes "he got a new phone and plan today, and optus are sending him out a new modem". me "why has he got a modem?" (they only have phones) him in the background "the phone wont work without the modem". i rest my case..

  • benjialpha B for Bendetta (@benjialpha) reported

@zerogeewhiz I have great coverage in regional vic on Optus, but it sucks at my mum's in Perth. Her Telstra coverage sucks here. Maybe we should have a national network that the retailer's just lease?
