So to watch football in Australia I pay $15 for premier league (optus), $20 for champions league (stan sport) and $9 for ALeague (paramount). Then for my 7yr old son to play football I have to pay $400 per year (actually 6 months and 18 games) Something is broken!! #ffa #football

@sculls_6 What's not to love is the fact that to access Stan Sport you need to buy a base package and then add on sport, which was the issue with Foxtel for years. Stan Sport needs to be a stand alone product like Kayo or Optus sport to make it more attractive.

Absolutely shocked to learn an @Optus technician entered my elderly parents’ home without a mask… even though they had theirs on. This is not ok. I’d fix the issue myself but I can’t visit them.

@Optus The problem is if I block these numbers then I could be blocking a legitimate call in the future, if a scammer randomly picks a number of someone who at some point in the future needs my services as a JP or wants to use my business they or I miss out, blocking isn't the solution

@Telstra I wish @Optus social media team were as cool as Telstra. I tried Telstra mobile and wasn't too impressed with the network, I found Optus better, but man their customer service sucks.

@Optus Sorry, if the onus was entirely on the customer to remember the due date 12 months after paying the last subscription why would you need to send a reminder to them 2 days out? Is it because they didn't remember they needed to check given it was a year ago? C'mon Optus.

@LeimrothScott Lol they are telling me it’s not my account even though I pay for it by direct debit from my bank account! Claim that only 1 person can be named on an account in any household... a great example of terrible customer relationship management @Optus
