    Third Monday morning call to @Optus. Get through to the right section. This time the customer care rep thinks the problem is to do with the Fetch box. Undertakes to call me back in 4 hours or more. I ask for a reference number and receive one. Still no access to @OptusSport

    @Telstra Getting relegated to **** seats or $900 tickets due to this? Seriously? 🙄 Sounds far from a "Feel Good Time" to me. Between this and Optus' data breach, @VodafoneAU seems like the best major telco currently.

    @bigblueboom @SpaceX 1.2Gbps is not common. Starlink is not the fastest service around. Why it works so well is route optimisation. Starlink ground stations have only a few hops to reach their pop in Sydney. Optus, Telstra and NBN all have 30 to 40 hops from my location in outer metro Adelaide.

    Second Monday morning call to @Optus. I listen to prompts, respond appropriately, and end up at billing again 🤷🏻🤷🏻 Person gives me a number direct to @OptusSport experts: 1300 361 930. Great! Call it: number no longer in service.
