    @masericha The double (flat) cable is Telstra Landline, the round cable is Optus HFC - both useless. This looks more like "some guy" (speak non telstra/optus) pulled them down and tight them to the pole.

    Hey @Optus - what’s happening in Preston, 3bars 3G and I can’t make any calls “call fail” every time. Reset network settings and restarted my phone twice. Thought I’d tweet as those usually on the end of the phone are either a robot or don’t resolve the issue… #optus #outage

    @Optus @Mohab__Kamel This is still not resolved! @canberratimes this is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Optus cut off my husbands phone by accident when I was having lifesaving surgery interstate in Sydney and family and friends thought I died because nobody could contact my husband. Help!

    @Optus Hi Optus - I’ve just received my new Apple Watch and when I try and activate number share, I either get an error or it tells me my account is not eligible for number share. What do I need to do to fix this?

    Optus sent over a technician who said I need to call to get a new modem. Called Optus and they’re saying it’s going to take 24-48 hrs for an “expert” to call me and approve it. Even though someone has already seen my issue first hand...
