@Optus Ok, but what about you randomly not sending emails for me? If I've sent an email to a client, or to a volunteer organisation, I would like it to actually get there. Bouncing it under the guise of me creating spam is bs, and there is no place where I can fix it.

Hey why is @Optus requiring existing customers to provide photo ID to change a phone plan? As if after the security debacle last year I would submit that info again when I’ve been a customer for over a decade?!

@ParamountPlusAU Sure, and pigs might fly. So tell us, how does it feel to be The Worst Streaming platform in the entire world. That takes some effort. Paramount+ has made Optus Sports 1st year of EPL look like a premium service. It will be the last year you get a cent out of me. #Charlatans

@Optus your customer service team are the single Handedly hardest people to communicate with. It’s infuriating when you need a quick answer to be met with nothing relevant to what you asked.

@PrincessMattie1 @Optus Sounds like breach of contract to me. If there has been no contact at all on the issue then simply change providers - ideally to one that is month to month only. Aussie Broadband does well for me. Optus & Telstra are only for mobile phones, and ideally only as Network Providers.
