@OptusEnterprise Hi I’m a customer of 25 yrs and I feel like I’ve been shafted I want to move to another provider but your services won’t allow me to move I’ve been trying to do this for 36 hrs ! Optus you lose everytime no wonder Gladys got a job !

@Optus They said they will call me but never get a call. I had no internet more than 10 days this month. Internet came back only as a 4g. I am still not able to use even 5G modem. All my smart devices are down Bcz they cannot see 5G modem available at all.

Not even one month after getting my home internet issues sorted, it stopped working again yesterday. Multiple calls & msgs but i am yet to receive any calls/resolution. Big mistake i made moving to @Optus. Should've stayed with @Telstra where i never had any issues. #Broadband
