    @Optus So I swapped providers, had the same issue and they fixed it within a week because they understood I don't give a **** if the service works when I'm at work or asleep I need it for when I'm home. Had your service for 8 years and will NEVER go back from that experience

    @SJTToffeeChook The only plus is I can now cancel my Optus subscription as the championship is on Fox. Other than that, what a letdown.

    @snuq_inc alright! my internet has been terrible because optus is doing their 10th scheduled maintaining of the year/hj.

    @somewherein84 7 years with TPG mobile and NBN not one issue Telstra and Optus are rubbish.

    @Optus I'd suggest great business starts with a fit between a well-designed product or service, produced at a reasonable cost, and a market that demands the product at a good price. But sure, you go ahead and convince yourself it begins with a ******* phone network.

    @Optus Haha no I dealt with you for three months and that was your final response that the drop outs weren't happening at lunch time or 3am in the morning, only between 6-10pm so my service worked enough of the time it wasn't an issue and you wouldn't fix it for WHEN I USE THE SERVICE
