@Optus They should shut you down permanently for what you’ve done.

Optus website is awful. One time I logged into their site and there was a different name on my account. A very foreign name. Also, the website would log me out when I tried to do anything. In the end I had to pay my bills over the phone. Then I left them. Never again. #Optus

  • d_ratcliffe Deirdre Ratcliffe (@d_ratcliffe) reported

@Soheli8 @redruby17 @Optus so whomever has the Optus customer information can apply for credit reports for each of them? The mind boggles!

  • ChaserJay Jay Ahlip (@ChaserJay) reported

@saltyskin_ @Optus No financial information, but enough for people to commit a **** tonne of fraudulent activity using your identity. No biggie really.

  • tobycmurray Toby Murray (@tobycmurray) reported

@Optus as a customer likely impacted by your recent #databreach I am appalled that sensitive ID info was restrained at all. What business have you retaining drivers license and passport numbers?? Offer free identity theft prevention to affected customers now

  • mistymatta Alison Sexton-Green (@mistymatta) reported

OMG #PeterDutton how is the #optus data breach a very serious problem for the government? #auspol

  • ashishenigma Ashish (@ashishenigma) reported

@Optus @RunnerSA18 Is your board now ready to consider my proposal to build an Open Telecom Platform to stop Australians from phone scams? Bring in Vodafone, Telestra and regulators to get this sorted now. By the way, poor architecture design with the API having a connection to customer data!

  • CourtneyLee_33 Courtney Lee Thirty Three (@CourtneyLee_33) reported

@nineislands They are still better than Optus... I will never recommend Optus to anyone, not unless they want their credit spent in one day because they were signed up to recieve dating site spam texts which charged them every time they were deleted!!

  • jonathonmiller Jonathon Miller (@jonathonmiller) reported

@BreeMateljan Absolute garbage move by them. Mismanaged beyond belief. As a former Optus customer, I have no idea of knowing what they currently held in terms of my data, but I haven’t heard a thing from them so far...

  • VickiValeBale1 Vicki Vale Bale 🍞 Mate (@VickiValeBale1) reported

@humma49 I always do my homework before I sign up to anything i.e where the company is based and who owns it. Hence I would never sighn up to Optus.
