Recently got the email from Optus warning me my private details had been accessed, without any advice on next steps. Time to close my Optus account, I guess. Oh…hang on. I closed my Optus account six years ago. So, why do they still have my private identity details?

So I left Optus and now I can’t pay my handset balance until I go into arrears, apparently. Called them. Chatted them. Same answer. ****** my personal info, now **** my credit. Never again hey.
