    @Optus Hey Optus my son hasn't internet or phone coverage- he's been without coverage since Tuesday ! When is Optus going to rectify this problem - By the way I told my son to switch to Telstra if you can't be bothered to fix the problem.

    @Optus it once was a joke your reception in the Illawarra… now it is an embarrassment… 1 bar of service in the middle of Woonona and now 1 bar and switching to 3G in Albion Park… it is costing me business and wasting my time… time to move providers
