    @Optus My bad jack meant group h the one united are in, usually they are up on the optus app pretty quick after the match so was just abit weird, not a big deal jack but fair play mate 10/10 customer service

    @Optus how do I get the cable removed from the street to my house? It will never be used and is in the way. Your website is circular and none of the options get anywhere.

    @IllyBocean @macaulaybalkan I had the same problem with Optus not accepting the NBN was out. I can't count how many times they wanted me to troubleshoot **** when I could see the lights on the NBN router flashing away. Even Telstra is better than Optus and that's obviously saying something.

    @Optus - 60 texts in 25 minutes saying we have used excess data...the 4 phones on our plan never even reach 100 per cent of our monthly data! All the vibrating and pinging would be comical but I now have to contemplate the inevitable customer service run around to come.

    @Optus Sorry, You need to become a leader in the industry like Telstra for me to say Yes.. Improve your coverage, speed, innovation, customer service etc.
