    @engagedpractx @Optus You’ve effectively “used” this person’s passport without permission by asking it to be blocked without asking what your customer wanted to do. They now still need to change their passport and you need to pay for it - stop trying to minimise your cost with these underhand tactics.

    every monday at 11am @Optus and @NBN_Australia decides to cut my internet because they hate seeing someone so successful (please fix this i have so many assignments due soon and im a uni student so i dont have the money for word)

    @Optus WTF?! First you fail to tell me my DL was part of the hack. Then you make me call multiple times to get a relocation order processed & at no time does anyone actually do what's needed to progress the order (4 days late & counting). What the hell is going on in your company
