    Optus temp suspend my mobile service today because of a lousy $24.68 owed on my mobile phone. I got the service suspension lifted by getting an extension to pay using Optus app. I expect them to do the same with home/internet service because I owe them $218

    @limeisgreat @johnshakespeare Just learned I get a discount for being an existing customer, so apparently it's less than ½ price, nice. Was on an old *** $65 plan with Optus, data speed was absolute **** & I'm sure I could have gone cheaper but I'm lazy, now paying $29 with Aussie & 4g speeds are perfect.

    @Optus @pitdroidtech Seriously @Optus , check the status page? This is the 2nd outage/severe latency issue in 3 days, still your page says no NBN issues for my area. I literally have a speedtest of 0.20 Mbps and I am only 25 minutes from Sydney's CBD paying for tier 1 service! I cannot work.

    @Telstra What good is an assistance package when your service isn’t working, Telstra customer near Lismore on the second day of no service, please send starlink, sent from Optus. Woolworths shut because their POS relies on your service also, many shops without data so no eftpos either
