    @NumbersDeFi Great concept but easier access to so much data is worrying. Laws are not appropriately designed to deal with misuse of our data (eg Optus, Medibank), so they need to really catch-up to act as a check Assume bank run avoided by restricting transfers, which is already an issue

    @Optus I have an Esim with my phone. if i turn off airplane mode, it renders my phone useless. and i currently have a local thai sim in it that i use for data that is not a solution. a better solution would be to not charge customers a service they never requested

    Optus in its 4G wireless home internet advertisements indicate it is not available at my address. I've been using it for the last 2 years and the speed is typically 50 to 70 Mb/sec which is not bad for it being unavailable.

    In the past my Optus services (AU) on social media, website/FB/twitter tends to get things corrected/completed within 24 hours. Let's see how long Digi takes. I am expecting them to fix their system and delete me from their mailing list and bill the right person.

    @tonymy01 @Optus Oh lucky! Mine won’t do anything w/o wifi once roaming ceases. But even then, it took nearly 3hrs for them to respond & reset today. This does seem to be an issue for many travellers. If it wasn’t going to cause massive issues, I wld have abandoned @Optus for local sim days ago.

    .@Optus, not only is owner of the number (02) 3800 6899 allowed to mass call private numbers, but it immediately defaults to 'Not In Service.' And scammers are allowed to fake their location to tiny NSW country towns. WTF is this crap? The only security is for the Scammers.

    @MyaCubitt @Optus I empathise. Just arrived back home from overseas. Since the 15th I’ve spent hours fixing this every day. @Optus You should announce this, and make your customers aware of this issue before they travel, to give them the chance to organise local sims to be assured connectivity.
