    @Optus I’ve had no internet for 4 hours at home. Chatting service , there’s no response. Twitter wants responds every hour and messenger no customer service! Telephone number is now closed. Amazing service

    @Telstra Does waiting on a call back for nearly 2 months qualify as a complaint? Im really just wanting a “gold member” quote for new services … I’ve been quoted $500-$1500 better prices from Optus & Vodafone -Shouldn’t Telstra at least pretend to try & match?
