@Optus it is appalling that I was on hold for more than hour in store because u have stopped my service from receiving and making calls because I had to re add voicemail. Offering to call me when I have no phone service is ridiculous as is the 24hr wait to get my call access back

@DanielGovus @G_Parker So you can’t see the inconsistency between 45,000 at Optus being ok but 40 people in an outdoor backyard wedding being a problem? And if we moved the wedding to the community hall down the road we could add 150 or move it to a nightclub and we can have an extra 450? Science right

@Optus @networkoutage Shocking intermittent outages over last week in Reservoir area. Optus??? Done the troubleshooting things several times. Good for a few hours and then problems return.

  • ghana3032 Nick G (@ghana3032) reported

I gave @ParamountPlusAU & @10FootballAU a chance, but we're 12 games into the season and any goodwill has evaporated. ***********. Their app is fried (and even worse when compared with Kayo/Optus) and the ad breaks at important parts of the game? **** off.

  • miki_ooh Cat who barks. (@miki_ooh) reported

@Optus why tell me the best way to contact you is to message on your app when I can't do that cause my service hasn't been transferred yet. Don't then tell me to use the webapp when the link site tells me to use the app. And why do you I my hold orders for 2 days? 2 days??

  • khudaifaujdaar Ash (@khudaifaujdaar) reported

@Optus any idea if there is an outage we in 2165. No nbn Internet and your online info suggests there is no outage.

  • arxidospasti Tria Katsikia (@arxidospasti) reported

We already know Paramount is a million miles behind Stan & Optus. There’s a huge issue. If they’re stopping the game to show ads, it’ll lead to members not renewing their subscription service for that platform. We want a quality screen & not **** arounds when a game is on.

Has anyone else who is on Optus been up to Cairns and had problems with the internet being really slow? My phone is being a problem right now so I don’t know if it was that or the service

  • jaybay23911 Jay Bay (@jaybay23911) reported

@leaveforthecup That's my exact problem. Connected, but no internet. Had the same problem since yesterday. I called @Optus, they said everything is fine on there end but still the problem persist. At least it's not just me.

@InsidersABC, an IT expert, or even someone with eyes, will tell you that if all our Telstra and Optus routers are made by Huwai, there is no point locking them out of the 5G network.
