    @StevieDuck @ladylibertyWAus @Anthonydsmith86 It's to do with the fact crowds at Optus will be sitting and crowds at the dawn service won't be. Reason why concerts are capped as well. Birds of Tokyo posted something a week or so ago about the whole standing and facing diff directions when one of their gigs was canned
