    @Optus " improvement" works you are carrying out in Enoggera mean that I have no internet or phone service most of the day, now you say that it will take longer than expected. No service yet you still charge me full price !

    @roxrilianne214 @domknight @Optus But they can also be used by whistleblowers and domestic abuse survivors. In addition the registration requirement does not exclude those with foreign burner phones to simply roam on the network as anonymous user either

    @VictorDominello I doubt optus can inform everyone of the leak. Since some of the emails in the leaks are either invalid or optus own emails that can only be accessed if you were a customer. Not for the previous customers. Why not just follow suit like the other states? Free replacements

    @Fae_Blahaj I reckon they've breached their privacy agmt, and been negligent, as well as that thing called a social contract. Find a new provider, make a complaint to optus and advise you'll be in touch with the ombudsman if they don't release you from your contract. I'm not a lawyer but!
