@PeteCurulli No one will ever do the comparison, but I bet the "no bad seats at Optus" means that the split of seats in each category will be skewed much more to the cat 1&2 compared with MCG

@Cyclify Yup, and unfortunately I’m probably going to be forced to give my business to the dreaded Telstra, because Optus confirmed that my reception is poor in this apartment, and that I haven’t got the option to get ADSL or NBN, because it’s already maxed out in my building. Huh?👀🤨😑

@Optus argh... been on the phone for an hour and a half trying to sort out a bill for 5G service that you should have cancelled. Honestly the customer service is TERRIBLE

@0ptus my optus app is a shame!!!! Specially for customer trying to activate the sim/ esim. What a use less customer journey where we are just being bumped from one operator to another, messaging app to phone to wait to someone saying need to transfer to another department.
