Janaka Rangama (@JanakaRangama) reported@Optus I’ve been without cell service due to a failure in my eSIM. The store staff tried activating two eSIMs all in vain. I was given a physical sim but they said my service is pending and it will take couple of hours for the failed eSIM activation.

We have been assigned a Customer Resolution "Expert" and that has got us nowhere. How is Optus getting this so wrong?
