So I got the “F you” email today because I’m a “highly valued customer.” Spending $300 a month at @optus and now with LESS content @OptusSport will charge me more and force me into their subscription platform. 🤌🏻

@Optus I agree with previous comments. I would never recommend Optus to anyone. Not only is the mobile service terrible the customer teams are only trained in empathy, not actually fixing the issue. Still waiting on a new modem from 2 months ago…..

@marcuskelson @SandyHorne61 @Qantas The Optus approach - I once had to do battle with that. A customer service philosophy that routes all calls through a series of sales and marketing messages and then simply ends the call - Centrelink does the same. Apparently makes sense to current schools of management.

@Optus @OptusSport well that didn’t take long, within 4 months of Gladys joining Optus, you are now increasing fess for Optus sport- and then give the lame excuse of why you have to increase pricing by almost a whopping 70% - You can keep your business and the crap service

@GWSSuperFan Last World Cup started on Optus, but with massive technical issues it went over to SBS. Not sure who has it this year. I'm guessing Ch 10 for the Socceroos games & Paramount for the rest.

Telstra! I know you know when we mention you. Why the heck did I get better 4G service with Optus. My phone internet is unusable on some apps depending where I am. Like at Origin last Wednesday my 4G didn’t work in the stadium. Today Twitter wouldn’t work when I was out.
