    @Optus Despite what the app says and being reassured on a call with support that we didn't get charged for excess use, the bill charged an extra $10. I'm already frustrated that you can't provide us with NBN, even though all my neighbours are serviced. Data caps and 4G suck.

    @Optus Still not working here… Germany England is a slideshow even on medium quality. You keep telling you will fix it bit nothing improves… it was the same last world up. Really cant recommend your service…

    @Optus Hi Team since changing plans last weekend (EOY Deal 500GB) I'm having problems specifically with sending MMS are there any outages affecting this service, I had look on website but doesn't seem to be any outages, I'm in 2223 (Mortdale). I can sms fine.

    We'll have our Internet back by the 8 of July a technician is going to switch us over to another service that is likely better then optus so I'm getting desperate to join Heart9 I'm telling you it is hard enough as it is waiting like this wanting to see Tomo

    @Optus What does this error message mean from the optusnet mail server? "No uid in nested result from server - really needed for sorting results" It seems pretty broken and mail is not working! Thanks!
