@Optus @glendat45 My house burnt down 14 months ago and they charged me for not returning the fetch box. That burnt along with it. Impossible to get any service from them. Hope it gets sorted out soon for you.

@Optus And on one occasion we were told we don’t provide that kind of service at the “kiosk” on a Saturday. The actual store where the kiosk was directly located outside of, was undergoing renovations. They were only interested if we wanted to buy a new product.

@pm4pmIV @Optus They'll more than likely be very helpful in store I've had issues that couldn't be worked out online or on the phone and I went in store and they resolved the issue promptly Good luck and sorry for your loss

@pm4pmIV @Optus I had an awful experience as Power of Attorney with them when my mum went into aged care 6 months of frustration until I made a complaint to Telecommunications Ombudsman - fixed in 24 hours. Go straight to the Ombudsman save your sanity

@Optus is there a known problem with your email system? I'm locked out, emails are bouncing back to sender and your customer service is appalling (that's putting it mildly). Where can I get actual HELP and a resolution to an ongoing issue? Maybe A Current Affair could help?
