    @Optus The thing is Kristy. We already reported it. The website didn't show any issues in our area yet the operator claimed that she was aware of it and that it was due to be fixed very soon. What if there is an emergency and nothing works? Most people can't get thousands of eyes here.

    @AnitaHeiss @Optus #optusfail are horrible. It's always the customers fault. Don't hold you breathe waiting for customer service. Twitter also works best to get attention
