How **** is @Optus!!! In suburban Nicholls ACT and the best I can get is 1 bar of 3g and most of the time it's SOS. Can't wait to move back to Telstra #Optus #Optusfail

@NBN_Australia since morning 9AM broadband Internet is down at Liverpool post code 2168. The only status update i can see from Telstra, Optus and NBN page is “under investigation”.. Bit more explanation with ETR is much appreciated. Can’t work from home without Internet.

@Optus you got best worst customer service in Australia. Been trying to resolve issue past 3 days. No hopes. #rip

  • ResiLife21 Cody 💉💉 (@ResiLife21) reported

Hey @Optus, quick question. I have switched to Amaysim but I would still like to keep my Optus number active and use it as a secondary number. I am on prepaid. How often will I need to recharge to keep my service active? Is a $10 recharge every 6mths (or whatever the min is) OK?

  • KrisMuree Kishore K Kumar (@KrisMuree) reported

@Optus I’m still trying to find solution and support team happy to cancel the connection I’m not sure what is happening

  • dontcallmekatie Kate Giles (@dontcallmekatie) reported

@Optus I never asked you to look into anything. In fact I've already told you that I've had conversations way further up the chain than the social media accounts. The answer was unacceptable and somewhat ludicrous.

  • charlierobinson Charlie-Helen Robinson (@charlierobinson) reported

@dontcallmekatie @Optus ***, if its like Telstra , its the public relations channel... not technical customer service. It sometimes works more in your favour. Especially if you have a good following like you do

  • sandy77807472 Manny (@sandy77807472) reported

@Optus Call me mate call me, It will save your and my time, Stop replying on Twitter, pic up the phone call me on 0401002045 to solve the problem of verifying me. @Optus and it’s intelligent staff members.

  • dontcallmekatie Kate Giles (@dontcallmekatie) reported

@charlierobinson @Optus @Telstra It's been non stop issues here and the answer today was literally to go find alternative accommodation at my own cost and they will work out any compensation down the track. Maybe. For eleven nights.
