@Optus I'm sorry too but I've spoken to several customer support people on the phone directly about this and have just been told every single time to be patient and wait because there's nothing that can be done.

There was some system issue that prevented them from connecting me. So the options they gave me were… advising me to port to Optus for a week and port back in to Telstra so that they could get around the error. OR

@Optus , great work with your upgrade to the tower at Bolgart 6568. Since completed, service has dropped out everyday for several hours. Thank christ Starlink will be available later this year because you guys are too unreliable.

@Telstra I need technical support to call me. After they “fixed” my internet, it has not been fixed. It’s funny how Aussie Broadband and Optus both answered the phone within 3 minutes.......
