    @Optus Ok, but what about you randomly not sending emails for me? If I've sent an email to a client, or to a volunteer organisation, I would like it to actually get there. Bouncing it under the guise of me creating spam is bs, and there is no place where I can fix it.

    Hey why is @Optus requiring existing customers to provide photo ID to change a phone plan? As if after the security debacle last year I would submit that info again when I’ve been a customer for over a decade?!

    @PaulFletcherMP So, you trash the joint.. kill thousands of vulnerable Australians via your illegal robodebt scheme.. and are now complaining that the govt elected to fix your corrupt mess hasn’t done it fast enough. You could double your irony if you started complaining about Optus aswell.

    @Optus your customer service team are the single Handedly hardest people to communicate with. It’s infuriating when you need a quick answer to be met with nothing relevant to what you asked.

    @optus I’ve added my card to my account and for a third month in a row you’ve failed to process my phone bill but when I go to add my payment method as advised by you, I keep getting “we already have your payment details”. This ongoing issue better not affect my credit score 🫠

    @BBCWorld Yes to sell our ID, and how safe is Facebook from hackers Australia is a a bad example look at Optus millions of customers were compromised.
