    Almost 2 weeks now using my @VodafoneAU mobile internet instead of @Optus home internet that I pay for. Absolutely useless, no help whatsoever, they make contacting them so difficult to demoralise and drain you. Worst telecommunications company ever honestly. Pathetic.

    @Optus Nothing terribly wrong with your support staff. Just the App and the awful Chatbot Handsdown the worst Chatbot I have ever used and I've used plenty.

    @Optus so sick of my NBN dropping out constantly.. I am having to use my mobile data more and paying for a service that is useless... been like this for over a month!
