Almost 2 weeks now using my @VodafoneAU mobile internet instead of @Optus home internet that I pay for. Absolutely useless, no help whatsoever, they make contacting them so difficult to demoralise and drain you. Worst telecommunications company ever honestly. Pathetic.

@Optus Nothing terribly wrong with your support staff. Just the App and the awful Chatbot Handsdown the worst Chatbot I have ever used and I've used plenty.
