    So our Yr 12 kids will be doing their Trials online from home from this week. @Optus @NBN_Australia have planned NBN maintenance works during this time. It will cause outages and disruption to exams. Apparently nothing Optus can do. Great planning and support. @NSWEducation

    @Optus that's very generic and doesn't address the issue of masked/fake phone numbers. Why are they permitted to connect to the network? Just block them.

    @TechYESCity I’m with Optus my internet speed 107mbs Is the Xeons E5-2690v4 not a good CPU for gaming do you have any suggestions please? Your help is much appreciated.

    @Telstra Nope. I tried very hard to get help for a serious problem with my account but the people on the telstra helpline were actually no help at all so eventually I changed to Optus.

    Hey @Optus, I am getting sick of getting spam texts saying I have a new voicemail and over 10 international numbers calling me a day with high pitched ringing noises when I answer. Whats happened?! So many other people I know are getting this too. Are you working on a fix???

    Hey @Optus is there going to be anything done about nuisance text messages from scammers? I have blocked 8 numbers in 3 days, one this morning I blocked who then sent me a repeat message after half an hour! What are you doing about grifters on your network harrassing customers?

    @Optus I ordered a 4G modem with express delivery which hasn’t been delivered. I’ve been passed around by multiple people but not helped. If I had known this at the start I would have spent my money elsewhere. Poor service Optus!!!

    @Optus Aha! I have discovered it's a common problem - I have an Outlook account and obviously an optusnet account, and mail from my Optusnet account does not get to my Outlook account. If you could check on your end, and I shall do so on mine.

    @VapiFM @Optus The last 8 days now just before midnight I start getting upto 50% packet loss which makes gaming online unplayable. It's fine beforehand and then seems fine again in the morning. YouTube works but is constantly loading then fine for a minute then loading. This is terrible Optus
