Their systems issued a static IP address which allowed hackers to breach our systems. The optus team agreed but brushed off the issue with a apology email.

(Hot tip call their sales team they pick up straight away) and the only offer of compensation is fraud detection subscription which no one would need if it wasn’t for you. #Optus

I pre-emptively applied for a new licence before Optus even bothered to reach out to me... I still think all bills should be waived until the situation is resolved. They can afford it.

CHANEL (@cfreezle) reported@parisvelvet I cannot believe them, I’ve had some bad experiences with Optus but this has been the worst and my email was compromised so I didn’t receive my bill(s) and I’ve been trying to contact them about it so I can’t verify the bill and pay it obviously, now I’m going ham
