  @Woodygocats59 @TonyShepherd4 Once again I refer you back to the Optus outage where everybody including the government and Optus thought the 000 service was functioning but it was found to still be out of action several hours later. And the government minister was AWOL again. A couple of hours can save lives.

It appears that the screenshot shown captures a partially completed Speed Test for your connection to the Optus Mobile Network, as opposed to the same Wi-Fi connection as your TV. We would recommend connecting your phone to the same Wi-Fi connection and completing this again.   @simonbiddle @taipan168 As much as I defend funding government services, the notion that government run IT will be more reliable than Telstra/Optus is just not believable given the various IT issues we see on a constant basis from Centrelink and who can forget the debacle of the last Census

  @PaulBongiorno Oh woe is me ! Just purchase a sim card supported by Optus [this is redundancy contingency] when Telstra goes off line swap out their sim & slot in the backup & vice versa. Alteratively purchase a dual sim phone which allows you to switch between service providers

  @hardenuppete @originenergy They should be forced to pay for credit tracking for each customer that has had their account hacked for 12 months like Optus had to with Equifax.
