@GritfoxPriv @Telstra Can’t believe I switched to Optus when the floods happened cause internet was down for 2 weeks, they have my info now, let’s just hope I’m one of the lucky ones who dosent get it released

  • AshleeLouise18 Ashlee Louise (@AshleeLouise18) reported

Im so glad I’m no longer a paying customer of Optus. Couldn’t fathom paying them another dollar. Yet it doesn’t stop them from disclosing pretty much all of my personal information 👍🏼

  • iammrdom dynamic island dom (@iammrdom) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Seems like @Optus is going to avoid the repercussions of a data leak. Maybe a good chance to look at their offering and price it accordingly to their network quality. Lower prices to add customers.

  • thescottyallen Scotty Allen (@thescottyallen) reported

Considering that customer support from @Optus was complete trash before the #OptusHack I can only imagine how hard it would be to get any actual help now….

  • CelerySorbet celerysorbet (@CelerySorbet) reported

@CharacterEyes @ClareONeilMP @Qldaah Optus has pretty much no accountability under our laws. It's left up to the company and its shareholders to decide if she's accountable or not. This sucks but unless some legislation is changed to protect individuals, corps can do w/e here in Aus.

  • annaRoseShadow Bananas McGee (@annaRoseShadow) reported

All the information of me that was exposed in the Optus hack was stuff that was publicly available generally anyway. Still given their ****** service in otherways on top of this. I will be moving.

  • Brisbane4000 Capital (@Brisbane4000) reported

@Qldaah Questons to ease Optus customers: Data deleted? Ransom paid? Paul O'Sullivan CEO again? IT security overhaul plan? New customer data policy?

  • lukewiwa Wiwa (The Tom Brady of Gymnastics) (@lukewiwa) reported

Good to see the Optus thing is solved. The system works. Not my problem anymore.
