    Hey @Optus my internet has been slow in the dapto area for the last week or so and its been really frustrating going from 200 plus mbps to a sad 26mbps pls reply and yes I have done all the trouble shoots with no results thanks.

    @thatreviewplace I had the same. I asked him how someone could be using my internet as I only have my phone. He was stumped when I said ‘but I’m with Optus’. He replied ‘I know’. Idiot, I’m with Telstra and have full NBN service. It’s good to confuse them haha

    Seriously @Optus you have left a 78 year old woman terrified that her landline will be cut off, she has tried to call numerous times and can't get through. I want you to arrange a call to her but not one person can help her out!!

    @Telstra no internet service in almost all northern suburbs of Perth. How do I know? My friend who use Optus, IInet, even Dodo have all had comms to advise this! Good old @Telstra don’t even know themselves based on the tweets I’m seeing hahah

    is Telstra worth the 20 extra dollars I would have to spend over Optus? its finally time to ditch Vodafone because I can't take calls without dropouts or go adventuring with service.

    Major issues sending and receiving mms between @Optus and @Telstra at the moment. Messages coming through at 3am, nearly 20hrs after being sent.
