literally charged me $90 TWICE and i cant get my money back for 5 BUSINESS DAYS. and optus didnt even help me! they just said "sorry contact your bank" lmao

@Optus internet hasn’t lasted for more then 10 minutes after every restart of my modem for the last week, Optus app says reduced service but doesnt say why, haven’t had a problem like this until now, 4-5g works fine on phone data so just wondering what the problem is

@Optus Was loyal @Optus customer for a decade. Paid $30 per month for 3GB mobile phone ($10 per GB). Asked numerous time for better deal told 'no this the best deal'. Just switched to @pennytel $25 18 GB ($1.40 per GB). Not a hassle at all to switch #SeeYouLaterOptus
