@nicenuts @Optus They were signing up to account, gave an ABN, was processing the order until the customer said that wasn't his name and they they all just laughed.

To relieving the overwhelming disappointment Aussies are feeling with Optus, CEO Karen Sunta-Fires promises the company will issue five letters, first being O, then P, the T, them U and S apologising for the slow response the hacking breach.
