@pitdroidtech @noplaceforsheep I agree with this and yes Optus should offer all customer impacted this financial benefit. but hackers make there living by following through with the payment/. If they don’t delete on payment no one will pay them next time.

Optus have so badly screwed up. I have been long term with TPG, I pay for a cheap package, $49.99 a month, for endless internet…ie. 24/7 streaming, social media etc. Don’t have any issues. Everything is very smooth.

optus should be offering a free 12 month sub to Equifax Protect for EVERY customer affected, even if they claim some haven't had their d/l, medicare or passport numbers breached.

The @VodafoneAU login process is sucking more than it usually does today. Five times I've got it to SMS their stupid login link, and five times it has said the link is invalid. They're lucky Optus is a bin fire at the moment.

All I've got is a email no help I'm a silent voter my address is suppressed they got my id,name,date birth, address,email. were is help?
