@engagedpractx @Optus That’s so bad. So so bad. It’s so they don’t pay to replace it. That’s really bad.

No ifs no buts. Every single customer that wants to leave should be able to do so penalty free and with immediacy. You broke every single contract with your negligence @Optus stop trying to swindle people. #OptusHack #OptusDataBreach

@madcatjo2point0 @ServiceNSW If you looked into this for more than half a second you'd know this already. You'd also know that no photographic data was stolen (it is all text based data). But replace whatever you want. As service NSW said "as a precaution". But Optus won't likely reimburse you for it

Honestly if I see the Optus CEO trying to cheerfully mitigate any more of their **** I will scream. She really has no concept how many of us use our passport for ID on an almost daily basis. But sure "it's fine for travelling". FU! Pay for our replacements immediately. #OptusHack

@DavidGr07837209 #auspol I am surprised this issue hasn't been raised earlier as Optus aren't the only ones this has happened with. Anyone that has entered into those online competitions, guess where your details gave been sent? That's right overseas & apparently legal to do.

Tough Luck @Optus You screwed up big time. Call it a small price to pay. Let people move Optus said the only reason customers would not be able to cancel their accounts was if they had not completed a repayment plan or paid a fee to cancel their repayment plan. #Optus #OptusHack

@ServiceNSW Why take the risk of assuming hackers don’t have the “other number “ from different source. Replace cards of all affected customers and make Optus pay Service NSW should adopt zero risk tactics rather than look after Optus You are not putting customers first
