@swearyanthony @VodafoneAU 24 min to 48 min would be acceptable, not hours, esp when you have told them what the issue is. I think it took optus over a day to fix it when they blocked bitly a few years back as well.

@25MMCC What we’ve got! Right now I have: Telstra ADSL that hasn’t worked for two weeks but is supposed to be “fixed” by tomorrow night. Optus 4G “broadband” that doesn’t like evenings, weekends or poor weather. And a coil of NBN fibre hanging on a telegraph pole 200m away.
