Ordered an iphone 12 Pro from @optus, in store. Was told to expect up to 14 day wait. It’s now 38 days counting. Terrible service trying to get any info about order. Don’t sell these if you have no idea about delivering them.

@Optus Dm? I was dm'ing for 7 hours yesterday. Please share an email id where I can send a 700mb video of my entire chat history from 3 pm till end of day. Very disturbing and at the end there was no resolution. I can upload here if it helps.

@Optus @ote_mozo Your live chat technical staff on the app will only provide one solution - Network Resetting on your phone. I’ve tried but still doesn’t work, then the agent said he would transfer me to an expert who would read the conversation history and jump in.

@Telstra What has happened to calling Telstra, talking to a person and getting a problem resolved? Ai chat I’da bad joke, self service is a cop out and the system hangs up on you relentlessly! Optus used to be like this once too!
