    @redruby17 @ClareONeilMP @Optus I made a complaint to Optus and because I wouldn't provide my ID over the phone to their inbound call they marked me as 'uncooperative' and closed the complaint as resolved. It's not resolved.

    @OptusSport horrible streaming experience via the mobile app. Normally only watch 3 min highlights in app. Was ok as I could use Optus youtube channel. Seems the issue is with all streaming and highlights via app. Annoying.#optussport #buffering #unsubcribe

    @white_owly I’ve spent about 15 unsatisfactory hours talking to Optus customer service. People act more like bots than any bot. Not hearing the real issue, repeating scripts, reading scripts at all the wrong times, saying nothing can be done and out of their control until they finally can

    We got it home, set it up then when I went to recharge it, I find there’s no yearly option? So I ask @Optus customer service chat to find out that I need to go buy a second new SIM card in store to be able to get a yearly option?
