@sackers1 @JamesSaretta We just moved the family away from ALDI mobiles family plan. Service had degraded significantly towards end of last year. Went to Optus’s family plan which is a bit more $$$ but 5G and more data. It gave me the idea to go for a 5G plan at home as we’re about to have cable cut

Somebody from @Optus finally called me back regarding to my constant dropouts and the technical team blamed That I have too many devices connect to the network and also I have an Xbox connected that’s why I’m getting constant dropouts WTF … @NBN_Australia

@Optus Customer of 23 years. Tuesday you cancelled my email account, Thursday you cancelled phone and internet accounts. I’ve made over x12 calls/chats to fix this issue. You cant even find my account. I’ve been promised a call back x3 and never got one REF 100975147 #optus

@Kate3015 Albo, as NBN minister, got a report from NBNCo detailing delays, cost over runs, cost of upgrading the Optus network they bought for too much $. Election coming up, Albo sat on it. Lost election, then blasted NBN minister Turnbull for the shambles that NBN had become.

@Optus Messaged you guys last night about it and even spoke to one of the RF engineers so I am aware what is going on, just rather annoying is all when trying to use your phone. If the issue does happen to keep affecting me I will be sure to contact your Optus One support team

@4Boat Optus warns in advance of planned outages via SMS....but since we swapped to them, I can't recall an unplanned outage....

@Scooterboy72 @MarkGottlieb Secondly, it was only one game, you’re right, but it was THE game. We also held the Dreamtime game which will never be done as well as what Optus Stadium did. I was there and it was unbelievable.

Again, I got more time to pay off what I owe @Optus for my mobile phone. Being a long term Optus customer, I also got a one time only discount offer on what I owe them and of course I took it. Looking at my not good history of paying Optus what I owe them, I’m surprised that they
