@grantmccall these are all good questions - imho it's so rubbish and tacked on to 7Plus because Optus was supposed to help out (they were gonna stream it in 4K HDR to theier 5G customers) but that deal **** the bed not long before the games

Just went into an Optus store and Lee told the front person "I'm a dissatisfied Telstra customer that wants to switch" and I've never seen a sales person's eyes light up so bright so fast hahaha

@Optus Sorry my bad - so we only have to wait 9 more days instead of 10? 9.more days of no mobile or internet for numerous people- who are in deep lockdown and come greatly from ethnic communities. We've had no connection since the 'upgrade' began. This is dangerous !

Love it, the proposed diagnosis/solution from @optus in regards to our router (supplied by them) which in the last 7 days has gotten super flaky is to have less than 10 devices connected. In this economy? With lockdown and WFH? 💩💩💩
