    @shamsherkainth @Optus It is man. Worst network. It says 5G / even in cbd and metropolitan places you get good decent network. Especially the network from Chatswood towards Milsons point is horrible

    @Optus Could not be more unhappy right now, over a week to port a number and then incomplete set up means no sim for ‘up to 48hrs’. I think I’m probably the one of the only people choosing to go to Optus after the breach, and it’s been the worst experience.

    I was looking where to penny pinch on my mobile plan, but… $40, 30Gb and full Telstra Network including 5G. Or… $30, 32Gb on an Optus MVNO with only 4G and lesser coverage. Is 5G really worth the extra $10 a month?

    @Optus I did receive information about network upgrades in my area. That doesn’t mean existing customers should be left in cold without adequate backup arrangements. Have you thought of the effects on businesses that rely on connectivity?

    Most of the Govt’s response has been about much needed tougher penalties, but there's no extra funding to fix the damage already caused to millions of Australians through Optus, Medibank & other major data leaks. We need a response that goes beyond penalties & reactive measures.
