Ok @Optus I pretty much give up adding a speed pack to my account. Seems @NBN_Australia will never lift our flagging internet standards because our ISPs are useless.

OK @NBN_Australia I have had enough of this, our wireless tower in Coolamon NSW has been very patchy for months but has been out for most of the day. So much for connecting regional areas, Optus is the only network that is currently keeping us connected.

@Optus this is a feedback from a call I had with one of the customer service personnel Hermes. Ref # 10749462 . Hermes was very helpful, patient and went miles to find a solution for me. 5* for his customer service. The issue was solved.

@Optus the nerve to raise our home internet bill multiple times since joining yet our service gets worse. can’t even have a facetime call without it reconnecting every 3 seconds, on wifi and on 4g. get me far away from this company

@absolutelyallan @Telstra @AbsolutelyAllen Too right. I've Optus home b/band &portable USB stick with 6mths prepd creds for hospital days. Also 2x ph's Amaysim with net on for when I go out. Amaysim's brilliant this area $15pm. When Optus plays up & u get answer machine telling u to go online for help I use the Amaysim ph

@SkyNewsAust I don't think the Prime Minister hung the flag up. Was hanging upside down for 3 weeks at Optus stadium a while back before someone picked up on it. Simple mistake. Everyone is so touchy

@Optus My number was used/masked to spam someone unknown to me. They showed a missed call from my number but I never called them. How can this be looked into?
