@Optus There is no point, year after year I get promises that you are doing better, but your employees off shore help desk people only care about closing tickets. Not resolving issues, no one gets back to you in a timely manner and the rubbish they say a 10 year old knows it’s a lie.

@Optus I just replied - you just lost a customer worth >$6000 for $162 - and left me unable to access anything needing an SMS PIN. Shambolic doesn’t come close. @kbrspace

@Optus I haven't had internet for 2 weeks now. Every time I call they say "we'll contact you in 24-48 hours" and then they don't. I've called 4 times and nothing has been done about my internet problem. My family has been using data for the last 2 weeks, why am I paying for this.
