Haven’t been able to download 2042 beta because of Optus being unable to fix my internet for the past 2 weeks but looking at all the negativity then maybe it was a good thing I didn’t download it

@Optus Even your website has gone down? Can you see how absolutely hopeless this looks to a brand new customer spending well over 24 hours now trying to activate their service? I think I’m just going to cancel it, but I have to activate it first…….

@Optus why is my NBN suddenly not working? Website says no service issues, I’ve restarted all modems, yet still nothing is working.

@sachinsyd @7amahanti @Optus Yep it does. They always try to push products. All I wanted was to transfer my NBN as I was moving to the city. 5G is obviously going to be poor in the city with buildings. They pushed me to take 5G. Local engineer says 5G need line of sight.

Hi @Optus, now the 4th day in a row without internet at home off the back of on/off internet for the week prior to that. Your website says no problems/outages near my address. Not good enough I’m afraid

@Telstra Hey Sophie, I’m really disappointed with the current service I’m receiving from Telstra it’s not allowing me to play fortnite on 0 ping, I can’t take walls or build. I believe Optus is offering me 0 ping so I may have to move to them, otherwise follow me and I’ll be happy
