    @Optus half a day trying to stop you from over charging me for a device I have already paid for and no one wants to fix it 100 min on phone still no fix. Dont use optus the service is **** and they will over charge you.

    @Magpie1954nBird Maybe add what the issue is? If it's their customer service, there are other providers who use telstra towers. If it's the reception that's the issue, check the optus coverage map online, then get a cheap pre-paid sim card to test at home before you actually move your number.

    @cheryl_kernot I thought SCUMMO said the future is in the hands of private sector, why are taxpayers paying for more phone towers, it should be Telstra, Optus etc paying to build them, it's their bloody network

    @Optus I cannot believe the failure that your sales, product and support amounts to. I bought a sim @ Australia post, paid $30 as a charge, when I tried to activate the sim the website was not comprehensible as to how to activate my sim and use the charge I paid for already

    @Optus Since you’re no help I’ve initiated cancellation and a refund. Also going to cancel my IPad Pro plan when I am contacted about the pre-aid sim. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and will never choose Optus again and will warn friends and family to avoid you #optus

    @Optus I can not believe how bad your customer support is. Looking past the automated answering service that leads to a dead end When after innovating and finding a way to get to talk to someone theyre sooo unprofessional I regret choosing #optus How can I refund prepaid sim?

    @Magpie1954nBird I've been with Optus yrs but lose service just outside area I live. Am switching to a provider that uses Telstra, but not direct with Telstra. I want customer service!! Looking at Belong, but will now take look at Aldi.
