    @Telstra I know. It’s interesting that Optus has worse coverage (fewer bars) but perfectly good data speed in that coverage. I’ve never been here except in January. It’s certainly not busy/crowded (Covid etc). I’ve also tried a few locations a few km apart with no change.

    @Optus what the heck is going on with Optus service?? No one answers the chat or the phone anymore and there is no service 2-3 days a month ??? Someone from Optus care to explain please?or ignoring customers is one of your benchmarks now. Check postcode 3093 issues.

    Dear @Optus You are the most useless internet provider i have ever come across in my life. Have had nothing but issues with your service since using you. Your automated support system is useless and next to impossible to talk to a real person Could not recommend less
