    I thought the telcos were stopping all crank calls and scams. My son had a call from fake Optus offering him a 30% discount. SCAM l had a fake message from Tolls demands for overdue payment. I don't drive! Just had a message giving me a fake afterpay number! WTF? STOP NOW.

    Hi @Optus - your team said you'd call back in 1 hour regarding Fetch being broken. It's now been 5 hrs (on top of over an hour with your online chat system last evening). Would be great to get it sorted. Thanks.

    @Optus Thanks, Meg. Have spoken to Optus staff via messaging. Confirmed it is an attempted scam. On Optus recommendation have reported to Scamwatch, your staff member is also going to raise the issue internally. Bit sophisticated, a call accompanied by an SMS with an "activation code"!
