    I hate @ALDIMobileAU ridiculously convoluted recharge process if you elect not to store creditcard details with them. It is, by far, the worst system compared to Telstra, Vodafone & Optus. It's so bad that I've decided it is not worth it any longer. They never respond to tweets.

    @Optus would not recommend Optus 5g to anyone. No internet for 2 weeks and no assistance despite working from home requirements. Pitiful service for an reliable product

    @Optus Tina we went thru exactly the same last night.... and the app was down... and no one could help. Tonight waiting over 30 mins for a response to the message on the app. #CXFail

    Love having to drive 15 minutes to get phone reception in the year 2021. I had better service living in Blackbutt QLD than I do now in Western Sydney, what ******** Optus????????
