    @Optus I do have a Wi-Fi extender, that was supplied by optus when I had problems on another occasion , when it took ages to fix an issue , forgotten how they work

    @Optus my mother was put on a plan which included a second sim card for me but I never needed it nor activated it. Is there a way to get the second sim card taken off her plan so she stop being charged for something that's never been used?

    @colleenwilson20 Unless telstra wont fix the exchange that has been down for 4 days left us country people without ADSL thay say will be 3 weeks or more no refund if I was not with optus with my phone id be buggerd
