    @9NewsMelb and what happens when the network crashes as we've seen happen with Telstra and Optus networks which in turn knock out the checkouts? not to mention people are less lightly to overspend when they are physically holding onto cash.....unless that's the point

    @NBN_Australia @Optus another nbn outage! How does a planned outage then turn into an unplanned outage? Sounds like bad planning or faulty assets - or both! In last two days I’ve had three outages..one planned and two unplanned - seriously is it a joke?

    @Telstra HOW ******* DIFFICULT IS IT FOR YOUR DUMB ******* IDOITS TO TRANSFER MY NUMBER FROM OPTUS TO TELSTRA???? MADE THE REQUEST TO TRANSFER OVER LAST WEDNESDAY, SPOKEN TO 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND STILL NOTHING!!! WHAT THE ABSOLUTE ****?

    Just got news from Optus, they are going look after their customers better,what a joke, perhaps a good start would to get their staff to answer telephones in their retail outlets,Optus you can't make bad service disappear,we will remember bad service answer ur ******* phones..

    @Optus @jrc Hey it is QLD. My service still works reasonably well I just noticed for a few days now it has mentioned maintenance.
