    @Optus thanks eventually its come back on. Obviously couldnt see this or reply while it was down. Been stable for a couple of hours now - see how it goes tonight and tomorrow :-)

    @_a_y_o_o I found Voda’s reception better than Optus’ around Townsville. Did a drive around Mt Elliot where I expected them both to be awful and Voda surprised me.

    @Optus been on the phone since 8am. Internet was supposed to be installed May 13th. No one showed, next available is June 25th. Horrible horrible service. Been on hold to speak to manager for 25 minutes now.

    @Optus great business phone support guys. Spend 10 mins just getting through, and then have the guy on the other end say “If I’m unable to hear you I’ll have to disconnect the call”. What?!!
