    @MMareeslatter @notcherylkernot @JulianBurnside I also swapped to Optus a couple of times in the hope that they’d be able to provide at least sufficient service. They failed, twice. Fortunately, non-contract each time, just in case, but I won’t try again. Back to Telstra !

    It's now day 4 of us having no internet and getting promised a call from a case manager that never comes. Hey @Optus, do better. We are still paying for a service that we are unable to use and you are refusing to provide us with an alternative.
