    @Amanda_Moseley_ A network fault is impacting 4G calls with some Optus mobile services, at this stage there isn't an ETA however our Networks Team are continuing to work on restoring services asap. The best way to keep updated is via the link mentioned previously - Nard

    Have just found out @optus had an outage for phones using 4G which they say has been rectified? Still unable to call out or receive calls very distressing as I’m disabled and rely on my phone. #nothappy #poorform

    24hrs after a plan change and I still have no working data on my mobile.. @Optus support were meant to ring back 5 hrs ago, still waiting..Any recommendations on who I should move all my services to?(Aus)
