    Bye @optus after 12 yr I get a sms saying missed pmt, my bad but 25 min on chat as it keeps dropping out due to YOUR side taking ages to respond. I just wanted to say BPay 2morrow. AND then to be asked why delay. Geez the bill was due 2 days ago only 4 phones so no big deal 4u

    @Optus Hi Sarah, thanks for your response. The phone support team has now told me that it'll take 3-5 business days to activate the eSIM - meanwhile I have no access to my online banking. They suggest I go in-store which I now have to do despite being sick and put your staff at risk.

    @Optus has cocked up their rollout of multi factor authentication.I have been in a loop of being unable to receive one time codes via sms. After several support calls, and a visit to an Optus store, where I supplied 100 points of ID, I am still a square one. #CustomerExperience

    @ParraEelsFacts @heathclif304 @commbankstadium Ohhhh hopefully they had sufficient numbers to undertake that ball ache. At Optus they check all bags but you’re never in line for longer like 2 minutes if that.

    @adamliaw @Optus nbn is dropping out on every call and the only way you can report is to download the app. Website takes you round and round and round and round … no way to report outage.

    @Optus Why does the Eppalock area 3551 have NO service until 22/7???? This is the 2nd major outage. OPTUS = NO 🤬
