I swear, @Optus has gotten so much worse since #koalakiller @GladysB became Managing Director. Why fix problems & expand coverage of 5G Home Broadband when you can upsell more expensive & slower @NBN_Australia plans!

@Jeremy_Kirk @Optus @medibank I imagine their support would rival the calibre of the Online Census or Queensland Health. Honestly if they want to get real they can start with mandating a level of SAST and PenTesting as compliance and to keep compliant they get your score, scan freq & threats each fortnight.

@Jeremy_Kirk @Optus @medibank I have been involved in an incident where a certain govt body used it to try and get access to the victims network, helping was secondary. There was a few ugly meeting before we got the information we should have got alot earlier

@PeterWMurphy1 @abc730 But we know and remember as the victims of the Optus hack forced to do Fletcher’s heavy lifting due to this questionable decision. People lined for literally hours at Motor regos to cancel hacked drivers licenses for reissuing. Those poor stressed staff.
