@Optus Since the 27th of January I've noticed that my internet connection for certain online games has become highly unstable. A trace route indicates that requests are timing out along the path to the destination. Has there been any changes made to your network lately?

@CybertronBeast I love MMC stuff but I wasn’t sure about committing 2 a combiner & I know there is plenty of choice but damn I’m loving this good boy. I think I might get 2 and have a set combined and a set as robots. Seriously after Optus Pexus I didn’t think it could get better

@Optus There is no point, year after year I get promises that you are doing better, but your employees off shore help desk people only care about closing tickets. Not resolving issues, no one gets back to you in a timely manner and the rubbish they say a 10 year old knows it’s a lie.

So day 8 and the “escalation point” @Optus finally replies and says they will restart my service after I pay half the “unusual charges”! So I’m the other side of the world with no service and they are happy to lose a long term customer (of good standing) for $162! #noonprinciple

@Optus I just replied - you just lost a customer worth >$6000 for $162 - and left me unable to access anything needing an SMS PIN. Shambolic doesn’t come close. @kbrspace
