    can optus like during this merry season, get their **** together for like just one month. Constant drop outs and contant dc's. it would be nice to watch videos in 2020 not 2004

    @PCKJ3627 @rubin_angela I left Pennytel because they are forced to use second rate Telstra network and now with amaysim full Optus network.

    Just trying to get off my bad 4g Optus plan and upgrade to their not that good NBN plan, been chatting to their reps for an hour and a half now, and was just asked to confirm I was relocating and wanted to set up internet at my new location... wut?! No!? How!?
