    @Optus @vokonick U guys always say this trouble shooting method every single time we call u but it never actually works. Next minute u say oh yep we re gonna get some tech guy over but in the end they never came????

    @Optus it is 2021 isn’t it?, who will the Optus mobile phone network signal in Clifton 4361 be better than what it is. Poor at best yet Telstra is outstanding

    @Optus Calls to technical services keep dropping out and online chat just keeps transferring to other department so you have to start all over again, I understand issues occur, but Optus Customer Service today has been woeful!
