    @Optus The tests have already been done. My patience is the only thing being tested now. I am not the only person with this issue, I'm just the only person that I know of with enough time on their hands to take a stance and exercise the rights of your customers.

    @Optus I've contacted the optus twitter handle several times over the past month regarding the entire network dropping out at peak times. They reassured me twice that they "have no plans to upgrade the network in the next 6 months".
