@MarkMcGowanMP can you please do something about the woeful cell service for the perth mandurah line. Please work with optus/telstra to put repeater cells or something. It's 2021 and unable to have stable connection for majority of the train trip is pretty crap and impacts work

@_Michelangelo__ @Optus My god service is woeful. Five calls to the automated voice system trying any different option, all ended with them hanging up. Then i tried the app and messaging. They got back to me four hours later at 2am. What shite service. Am going to switch. Do not go optus!!!!

Hey @Optus Can you ask your customer service "experts" to stop trying to cross sell and get me on to a new plan. This is properly annoying right now. 3rd attempt to switch plans and Im only hearing cross sell

@NBN_Australia why in the world we didn't have internet for the last 3 days? And when we called optus they said it's an NBN problem and we have nothing to do with it... What should I do with my university and my work? I have a disabled brother who can't stay without his iPad...
