@Optus So we are overseas for next 22 days and have local sim. We are not using optus data, calls and outbound sms. We receive bank and work login otp and Optus has us on ransom of $5/day roaming charge. That's 2 connection x $5 for 22 days🤬🤬

@Optus Your customer service is terrible. I have just been on the phone for 53 minutes and 58 seconds trying to close an Access1300 service - I spoke to 3 different customer service representatives who all said they were the wrong person for the job

@Optus Tried that. It's telling me my account has been blocked. (Which it hasn't). Could you escalate the problem please? Suspect (judging by the product review comments) I'm not the only one.

@ClareONeilMP @Optus @dfat it really is time to sort out the issue with blocking our hacked passports in the DVS. You have all said "oh it's simple if you want to prove ID - just take passport into an office & show it". Except that doesn't work. Hasn't worked for Centrelink. /2

@DragonofPyrrhia After making us jump through hoops, our moblie provider finally believes the problem isn't us, but they're on Optus reseller and Optus won't believe THEM cause my partner's SIM is "too old". 😶 she has to go for an hour drive for a new SIM and they still can't help till tomorrow!
