@Optus All 3G/4G mobile service in Cape Paterson has been down since this morning - no explanation, no advance notice. People rely on this service for work. When will it be fixed? Please fix this ASAP and respond or we will be forced to move to Telstra.

Hi @Optus Do you think it’s acceptable to send me threatening texts regarding a collection agency about a $3,000 bill? I had to cancel these services because none of your services worked here. I’m now left with a big bill due to your poor service and now getting texts like that!

@escobaz6 @Telstra @Optus Welcome to Optus. I have been dealing with this since I connected to their NBN service. Live chat was just the same, these support guys have no clue what they’re doing.
Waiting five days for @Telstra to resolve a simple query is not acceptable! Phoning them, their auto voice service asks you to resolve it on their App, when the App can’t resolve it, they ask you to call... only to be referred back to chat app! FFS! Hello @Optus here I come! 😡
