@AndyB_Aussiered How do I get Optus Sport via satellite in a metropolitan area. I’m looking at the service now. The TIO said there is no alternatives to NBN here in my premises and I’m not happy when I heard this news

it has been to this point I am unhappy and angry with the service since day3. My ADSL2+ has been switched off forever (even with ADSL2+ it was good and more stable than NBN). How do I return my NBN modem to Optus

My NBN is completely down in Bull Creek all morning since 8:30am this morning. Optus said there is a line issue at my premises but it’s completely down. It’s an ongoing issue with no fix at all. This is the only service I can get @GrayConnolly

Yo when I was leaving work I saw the optus store was closed but had two customers signing up for a phone and its now 40 MINUTES PAST CLOSING AND THE CUSTOMERS ONLY JUST LEFT. Poor optus guys!

@Optus First consider the customer service. I am afraid that Optus has one of the worse customer service. You have a problem you have to deal with incompetent third world staff, who have no idea, and to top it off they lie and misguide you. Trust me I have experienced it, never again.

@gavin_laing @therealsteavis Not all games televised in 1998 - usually 7-8 a round. Nine Adelaide might have done it. I know they did the game against the Dragons but it was never shown on Fox / Optus to my knowledge but @Adelaide_Rams would be able to confirm whether they screened all home games.

@Telstra I’m talking in circles with the chat person about not receiving notifications for new voicemails and they’re trying to tell me it’s a setting on my phone. My phone settings haven’t changed since I switched from Optus and I never had problems receiving their notifications

Dealing with @Optus support is like being trapped in a Kafkaesque nightmare. You get bounced around people who have no idea what they're doing or what's going on who keep making false promises and then never deliver. Meanwhile they keep taking your money. #optussucks

Are @Optus the worst Internet Service Provider in Australia? So far they have 1. Charged us for a service that doesn't exist. 2. Charged us after they broke a contract. 3. Won't honour their own FlyBuys promotion. 4. Can't seem to fix our Internet. What can we do? #optussucks
