How do I complain to NBN. Having it since 2 weeks ago and it’s unstable with frequent dropouts. Currently typing this while using mobile data. Can anyone help me out. My ISP is Optus since 2007. Forced to switchover 2 and a half weeks ago

@Optus I have spoken to your technical team over this period many times and nobody can fix the problems. First of all the multi room wasn’t activated. That problem got resolved but then I noticed the ultimate channel pack wasn’t installed although it was working on my mighty box.

@Optus I called again because now the mini box isn’t working at all and the mighty box still has no ultimate channel pack. This is what we’re left with. I’m tired of waiting on the phone and I don’t intend to call back again unless it’s to cancel my subscription.

How good is it when @Optus' ridiculously out-of-date user area fails to recognise an updated direct debit, so they charge you a $30 overdue fee... despite them already having the correct payment details. Pathetic. Horrible customer experience.

@Optus I called back again and had to wait over an hour while the guy was sorting the problem and he said the same, unplug, wait etc. we ended up re buying one movie and tv series we were watching again because the guy said he had credited our account which didn’t happen either.

@fairy196213483 @Optus Same issue, I like the initial response in the DM "we have noticed a small minority group who have had this problem"... maybe this is the problem, because I suspect it is ALL who are roaming, not a "small minority". Optus would be lucky to notice a tree in a forest I think.

@johnsy123aus After decades of being with telstra had similar experience while back. Walked straight into Optus got brilliant service, they even suggested I could by the same phone outright/ cheaper at Big W. Outcome I paying 36mth, unlimited phone, 3times more internet instead of 70 a month.

The absolute arrogance from @Optus, being told in store that to renew a contract the new policy is that I must sign up for direct debit, 4 mobile accounts plus extras for years, never missed a payment. **** you optus, there are other telcos that didn't lose my data.

@Optus I am about to be a single woman travelling in Europe. To date I have had to contact you every 24hrs to get the roaming reset. Now, I can’t get any response on the 24/7 message system & can again only use my 📱 on wifi. This is unsafe. The new roaming service has failed.

@fairy196213483 @Optus Identical issue to me.On the 2nd chat session,I got a bit angry with them,eventually we had a good conversation after they de&reactivated roaming on my account,and they insisted "this fixed your issue"... come 24hours later and all I can access is Optus APP and web again.
