    Living on the Optus Stadium train line has become the worst thing about my life. Currently sardined into a 4 car train with a bunch of British bogans going to the Man United game. God help me. I just want to go home 😭

    @Optus I called again because now the mini box isn’t working at all and the mighty box still has no ultimate channel pack. This is what we’re left with. I’m tired of waiting on the phone and I don’t intend to call back again unless it’s to cancel my subscription.

    @Optus I have spoken to your technical team over this period many times and nobody can fix the problems. First of all the multi room wasn’t activated. That problem got resolved but then I noticed the ultimate channel pack wasn’t installed although it was working on my mighty box.

    How good is it when @Optus' ridiculously out-of-date user area fails to recognise an updated direct debit, so they charge you a $30 overdue fee... despite them already having the correct payment details. Pathetic. Horrible customer experience.

    @Optus I took out a month to month nbn service including a mighty fetch box with multi room mini box and the ultimate channel pack for $104 per month 8 weeks ago. Since then I have had numerous problems getting this service up and running. I have called your technical team many times.

    @Optus I called back again and had to wait over an hour while the guy was sorting the problem and he said the same, unplug, wait etc. we ended up re buying one movie and tv series we were watching again because the guy said he had credited our account which didn’t happen either.

    @karinstark79 @AlexBallhausen @Middleton_Says This is true in SA too. Telstra is awful where we live 30km from Nuriootpa and only ~80 from Adelaide CBD as the crow flies. Fortunately, Optus put a tower up and some get decent coverage but a lot are still with Telstra and the risks are massive.

    @Optus why did you get rid of the BPay option on new plans?? I like to be able to pay my bill in advance every fortnight so I don't have a huge amount come out every month. Very poor customer experience if you ask me.

    @James_M_South @Optus They added a thing to monitor calls from my phone, escalated it, and told me I’d hear no more correspondence from them or the higher team. Calls stopped a few weeks later. I’d happily bet money the spammers went onto a new number rather than Optus did anything to help.
