For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

Susanna De Bari (@Bari1De) reported@blu_boys @Optus My email provider put their cost up by 50%. I submitted a complaint to the Ombudsman and Consumer Protection. Best they could suggest is to change providers. Have they even tried changing an email address?

Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive standard replies, to no avail. Please liaise Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.

Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive a reply to adjust network settings to no avail. Please talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.
