    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @gerardmmkl Are News Corp possibly nervous that Foxtel may lose the NRL rights? Because I'm quite sure that people will follow the NRL to Stan or whichever other streaming service the coverage may end up at instead, just as there was a kind of exodus from Optus to Foxtel about 25 years ago.

    @SocialPiranha3 And then, doubtless, gave you a fake name and position number when you called his threat out I had an incident where an Optus operator made all manner of promises but, when I called back, no notes, no names, fake ID and number Telco ombudsman became involved

    @OMGTheMess The problem is, if the Libs got in whilst that program was being rolled out: today's batteries would be replaced with traditional car batteries, older inverters would be used, they pull ye ol optus cable and repurpose it for electrical wiring. Solar replaced with wind etc...

    @matt__nicholls @freocrood @chris_willo I haven't been to either so purely off tv, optus layout looks and feels **** in comparison to subi. Let perth people sit in the sun on wooden benches if it improves my tv experience imo

    @TeamYouTube I contacted Optus team. They said the issue is at YouTube end. YouTube support need to refresh the sync for me. Please help. I have been paying for my optus subhub services since October 2025 and haven't been able to use youtube premium because it shows inactive on YouTube app.

    @RealMetroLounge @WindsorDebs Optus and Vodafone had to rely on Telstra, since Telstra owned the network. It wasn't until the government set up a service and bought back the network that things started to change
