How do I complain to NBN. Having it since 2 weeks ago and it’s unstable with frequent dropouts. Currently typing this while using mobile data. Can anyone help me out. My ISP is Optus since 2007. Forced to switchover 2 and a half weeks ago

My NBN is completely down in Bull Creek all morning since 8:30am this morning. Optus said there is a line issue at my premises but it’s completely down. It’s an ongoing issue with no fix at all. This is the only service I can get @GrayConnolly

Yo when I was leaving work I saw the optus store was closed but had two customers signing up for a phone and its now 40 MINUTES PAST CLOSING AND THE CUSTOMERS ONLY JUST LEFT. Poor optus guys!

it has been to this point I am unhappy and angry with the service since day3. My ADSL2+ has been switched off forever (even with ADSL2+ it was good and more stable than NBN). How do I return my NBN modem to Optus

@AndyB_Aussiered How do I get Optus Sport via satellite in a metropolitan area. I’m looking at the service now. The TIO said there is no alternatives to NBN here in my premises and I’m not happy when I heard this news

Anyone else’s slow, unreliable, intermittent broadband going up an extra tenner a month or is it just @optus customers? An extra $120 a year for speeds of 50mbps, because they’ve got more customers. Ned Kelly wore a mask.

@Optus no update on twitter, no update in the app, even when you go to the chat function in Twitter for help, the person doesn't tell you about the outage. Cool if you just admitted you haven't handled it how your customers expect you to, and you've wasted alot of people's time today.

@Shabolition @Optus I had also tried the 'Help' messaging service on the app. You would think their first response to my 'I can't send texts' would be that there is a known outage / issue. Not waste my time taking me through a whole set of processes to try and fix it when I had NO hope!!!!!

@Optus That's not good enough. My issue started last night, with a brief period of reprieve around 2am when I recceived several texts, all at once. It's really disappointung that @Optus have such little regard and respect for their customers.

@NSWHealth My son works for Optus in Bondi junction but lives in a suburb that is not affected.The manager at Optus is insisting that he attends work at their Bondi store, what is the point of a locked down when people are going to be moving freely in and out and infecting other suburbs?
