Daevid Anderson (@DaevidArt) reported from Perth, Western Australia@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

Ross (@Ross1873493) reported@Millsy197 @SandyXiaotong @burkylie12 Because she. It's that simple. ***** pass. It's not a case of a threat to seat should by election be called. It's a Labor safe seat. Women are not held to account, both sides of house. Look to "profoundly corrupt" Bin Chicken; slides across to Optus, never prosecuted.

Rayyan Ahmed (@ruhejanaa) reported@Teh_Jkr @Optus @Optus I have 5 services with Optus and have been a customer for 12 years. My NBN internet has been really poor, yet I’m charged full price with no real offer. As soon as I get time from my busy life, I’ll be switching all my services.
-
Joe Kabak (@JoeK64002711) reported@Rory_Flanagan The AFL will start the code war to end all code wars if you start talking about the MCG, AO and Optus being out of action for 2 months I say **** em- but they've torpedoed a bid before and they'd try it again. AUS/NZ/IND is our best chance. Should lobby for 2028 as Asia/Pacific

Allan Cullinger (@AllanMCI47) reported@australian Stan’s coverage is so **** and cost a bomb. Optus sport was way better.
-
J (@jcotteri) reported@SSendybez8 @MelbourneBlokee Exactly this. WTF. It’s worse than Stan/Optus
-
Francis McF (@FrancisMcF1O) reportedWorking in regional NSW today and only @Telstra users could make calls. Optus: no signal. Vodafone: non‑existent. 2026 and we still don’t have a shared rural network? When one telco holds all the coverage, it’s not a choice - it’s a monopoly. #WakeUpAustralia #NannyStateNSW
-
glitch_sun (@glitchsun_) reportedJust had the worst customer experience in my life from @Optus It took 2+ hours of dealing with barely legible Indians passing me from department to department. The worst was the ‘Tech Support’ woman who didn’t even know what 5G+ was and had to look it up on the website.
-
Francis McF (@FrancisMcF1O) reportedRegional reality check: Telstra = service. Optus = maybe. Vodafone = forget it. If only one network works outside the cities, that’s not a market — that’s a monopoly.
-
Joel (@joelmuzz) reported@shadowfan198 Simply use VPN. Aus service providers have to keep logs of all your metadata, one day that is all going to leak (most likely Optus) and go on public record forever.

leon (not kin) (@doingwritebyme) reportedHey @Optus how is it that I cannot pay you MORE money to add a device to my plan because of a "contract limitation" I was never told about to begin with. Worst customer experience I've ever had, will be cancelling all my services as will my friends and family.
