@Killarneyag @nig_michael @Telstra @CasFarmerCD @Optus If you were lucky & had a real tuned antenna setup/low-loss cable, you might just be able to just connect... as long as no line of sight issues. If you were that bit closer south-west below the ranges you’d, almost be able to hook into the @Stirlings2Coast @Pivotel network 🤔

@abcnews Optus increased my #NBN speed to regular 100 Mbits recently from previously very slow speeds by simply replacing the original wifi modem they supplied in 2014 (or thereabouts). I'm not sure that Albo's expensive plan will make much difference.

@xssfox That seems stupid. Optus does sends it out via email. By changing devices after you've installed it is a pain.

I've finally had to, after years of not having to do it, raise a TIO complaint against Optus for trying to tell me I need to "upgrade" all my plans to have them on a single bill. Insane.

@Optus Who can I complain to in regards to a case manager who has ignored me for 3 days now, on an issue that started Nov 22. No one seems to be able to help me, when the case was assigned to a case manager, I thought we might be getting somewhere. So who else can I call?

@Optus have spent 4hrs over last few days to find out the progress of an order placed 5 days ago! Still unresolved! Such terrible customer service.

@Optus And really, check yourself before you reply with absolute crap that shows @Optus don't like complaints- it's impossible on the MyOptus app so yeah, don't bother. I'll take it further and get it sorted through offices that know how to do their jobs. Hope I don't need data!
