@Killarneyag @nig_michael @Telstra @CasFarmerCD @Optus If you were lucky & had a real tuned antenna setup/low-loss cable, you might just be able to just connect... as long as no line of sight issues. If you were that bit closer south-west below the ranges you’d, almost be able to hook into the @Stirlings2Coast @Pivotel network 🤔

@FootyRhino @OptusStadium Based on previous bulldust with the bloody “home” finals in the 90’s the stupid contract at MCG and the Vic media there’s little hope of a GF at Optus. Viva Brisvegas! Even if there’s a lot of sense in playing in Perth.

@Optus No, it's not that—I own a very very generic email address, and people use it when they can't (or don't want to) use their own. Your customer used my email address, and then without verifying it, you sent the standard "how did we do?" email, inc his name and some purchase details.

@abc730 @ClareONeilMP Whilst the personal data of every Australian is in the hands of overseas Service Help Centres that represent the Help Desk Service of large Companies like Telstra, Optus, Energy Australia, etc., the security breach is the price you pay for giving them access to the Servers.

@steelite @Optus I am having the same problem I got a Apple Watch 8 from Optus store and have not been able to set up the number share. I have contacted Optus on a number of occasions and have not got a resolution after a week. I am ready to return the watch and cancel my service with Optus

@sixlunas @Optus You’re in Seoul, but you’re a customer.. An apology would be nice, also keeping ppl properly updated & keeping the info safe would be nice. The gov either is paying for/ forced them to pay for the licences. So no they haven’t done enough, they just take your money and don’t care

@GladysB Optus and the Optus App have gone from great to good to terrible. Humans want a sensible voice on a the phone. Just because it can be automised doesn’t mean it’s wise.
