@Killarneyag @nig_michael @Telstra @CasFarmerCD @Optus If you were lucky & had a real tuned antenna setup/low-loss cable, you might just be able to just connect... as long as no line of sight issues. If you were that bit closer south-west below the ranges you’d, almost be able to hook into the @Stirlings2Coast @Pivotel network 🤔

Spoke with 3 different ppl at Optus, all stating different information regarding removing my ID from their system. Latest person refused to remove it, mind you I haven’t been a customer since 2017. Beyond frustrating, awaiting a return call from someone higher up #OptusDataBreach

@Optus @RunnerSA18 Your support staff is worst than your security issue. I have made simple order - plan for $59 + eSIM. Guess what. Your people completely stuffed up the order sending me SIM. You know what. I am canceling the order. Why should I have a service with completely incompetent people?

@strangerous10 It is simple. Optus his hiding the best they can to their appalling governance and security inside the business. If they won't the Government into Optus headquarters, they should bash the door down and ask questions from the Board and the Executive. It's a disgrace.
