My NBN is completely down in Bull Creek all morning since 8:30am this morning. Optus said there is a line issue at my premises but it’s completely down. It’s an ongoing issue with no fix at all. This is the only service I can get @GrayConnolly

How do I complain to NBN. Having it since 2 weeks ago and it’s unstable with frequent dropouts. Currently typing this while using mobile data. Can anyone help me out. My ISP is Optus since 2007. Forced to switchover 2 and a half weeks ago

I think the billion modems we had want to move the gold quickly. Bell telecommunications and optus also kiwi need to understand something. The phone support must establish Unix in use for all account in the first question. Then switch on Unix ports in that case please. Dynamic.
