@Optus I took out a month to month nbn service including a mighty fetch box with multi room mini box and the ultimate channel pack for $104 per month 8 weeks ago. Since then I have had numerous problems getting this service up and running. I have called your technical team many times.

@Retrogina I use OVO for my internet and it’s great. $65 a month for 100GB. They use Optus. Can cancel it at any time... which I will do when NBN becomes available in May 😊

@Optus I called back again and had to wait over an hour while the guy was sorting the problem and he said the same, unplug, wait etc. we ended up re buying one movie and tv series we were watching again because the guy said he had credited our account which didn’t happen either.

@Optus I called again because now the mini box isn’t working at all and the mighty box still has no ultimate channel pack. This is what we’re left with. I’m tired of waiting on the phone and I don’t intend to call back again unless it’s to cancel my subscription.

@Optus I have spoken to your technical team over this period many times and nobody can fix the problems. First of all the multi room wasn’t activated. That problem got resolved but then I noticed the ultimate channel pack wasn’t installed although it was working on my mighty box.

jeff azoff provides stadiums with a phone tower & perfect service for the us shows, unfortunately drop bears live on all of our phone towers, optus has been hacked about 15 times and don’t even get me started on vodafone no one can trust that ***** to work for even 3 seconds

@cindyn I switched to AldiMobile about 18 mths ago. It uses the Telstra network & far superior to the previous carrier that used the Optus network. $15/mth. Only 3GB data but I'm on Wifi mainly so still have 52GB in reserve.

Anyone use Belong mobile? Any good? I’m with Optus but they’re giving me the shits - I can’t use my phone at home to make calls coz they’ve been ‘upgrading the network’ since mid-Dec! And I work from home 3 days a week. Paying $50/month for SFA service…
