An Optus service needs to connect to the Optus network for activation, so we generally recommend setting up and activating the SIM once they've arrived in Australia.   This season 80% games played in Optus which advantage but Saturday no advantage also most games u have been down till half-time so first find out why first half os weak and second half ur strong what is happening in the beginning @freodockers

  @chdyctt I cancelled a contract with Optus 10 years ago due to their relocated contact centre. Was awful, but Telstra ended being cheaper believe it or not. In saying that, communications need to be explained easy & not written by AI and signed off.

  @blu_boys @Optus We had to call the call centre to clarify the new plans. It was an appallingly bad experience. Now.... the 5 of us are considering what we do.
