hey @Optus hope you’re well. so sorry to hear of the difficult decision you had to make raising prices on our plans 😞 first of all: you can shove your extra 20GB of data way up inside your *******. second: pry the extra $4 from my cold dead hands

  • LFC_Kris17 Kris 🇦🇺🇨🇾 (@LFC_Kris17) reported

@JacobCrawley94 @lavosaurus You can only use it on one device for certain plans. I think only if you are an Optus customer it lets you use it on multiple devices.

So with the revised @Optus plan for @OptusSport no longer being free. How does a business change customer contracts , but the customer can't change theirs? I was made an bonus free offer and signed for it now it's changed🤔

@helenelambetsos @Optus Well said. That’s disgusting customer service.

@Optus can't pay my bill (which is due TODAY) or login to your bloody website. happened too many times which has resulted in me copping late fees. not good enough!!

  • AndrewPatrick_ Andrew (@AndrewPatrick_) reported

@pixeltoofar @Optus @acccgovau Legit, my phone service isn’t even with them anymore. I just want to pay out what’s remaining on my account. Why so hard?

@lavosaurus @Optus Bingo.. more data u will never use and a contract is a contract that they will break. If they break it you can walk. I got the same email and I have 4 phones with these scum bags

@lavosaurus @Optus Same. I’m on a month to month and will be changing given the increase I received today for no damn reason at all.

@mistermouse666 @AntKaplan Good enough to switch everyone across - even the Telstra holdout. Our house is good for Optus *and* it supports call over Wifi so even our steel roof isn't a problem. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner If you're in a bad Optus area, it'll suck, natch. We're in a bad Telstra area, so...
