@JaalaPulford Who cares ? What are you doing to help the victims of the Optus hack ? Victorians have not heard from Optus or VicRoads about licence replacements. We are sitting ducks for identity theft.

@belinduhpyne @Optus I reckon that at least the 10200ish group should not be charged for a period of time, say 3 months. Problem is, how do you "fix" the unfixable? Data is now leaked. You can change phone, licence & passport #'s. But birthdates & address...

Labor’s Stephen Jones rips into Optus, slamming them for “engaging and briefing lawyers” instead of “communicating with customers” Says this “resulted from their botch-up” leading to a “crisis” & instead of trying to find a fix, they are looking for ways to cover their arses.💥

@Optus the hack occurred nearly two weeks ago but I’m just finding out today that my licence number was exposed. TWO weeks!! That’s far too long given the severity of the issue. Imagine the number of things someone could do with that information.

Hey @Optus, what does a (now very angry) customer have to do to get some actual customer service and not get the runaround on live chat? Sick of asking questions only to not have them answered (answer is off topic), then be brushed off when I ask for them to be addressed.
