    @lesstenny @Optus I used to have this problem all time over in Corinda. A Telstra technical told me years ago: it usually happens in an old building with old phone connections or phone (that needs to be replaced). or water getting into the phone junction box outside especially after it rain.

    @Optus i have a major ongoing 5g issue on my home network - i have so far been on the phone to customer support who are lying through their teeth - can you resolve for me or do i need to goto the ombudsman on Monday to traction?

    @HYP3RSTRIKE @Optus No surprise this tactic was used, It's something even @Telstra is doing to get people onto the automatic billing stuff, And its to help stop people getting phones from AU and bugging out to where ever internationally and keeping the device.

    @forged_nft Drove past and the line was huge, so many people coming from the city side and we're just walking straight in, pretty rough. People lining up for hours. Next event needs to be at Optus 100%. Tried for 3 days with mates to get tickets and had no luck at all, which is ****.

    @Nic_Rojas_99 I assume it dosent help that @optussport have the rights to the all the womens World Cup matches whereas 7 will only have some matches, especially considering as @DeanRosario found out Optus have less subscribers to paramount

    $69 poorer for giving @optus a chance. Can’t even buy one of their modems outright as a workaround to the tech issue I have. Lesson learnt.
