@cathywilcox1 @Optus This is why I switched providers. I couldn’t even make a call in my kitchen. I had to have the Optus technician fix my internet and he complained there was no reception. I live 8 km from the centre of Melbourne.

Nice of @Optus to quietly discontinue the Optus One plans, and apparently disband the priority support at the same time. Now I get pushed to online chat, only to be told that online can’t do anything about my request and I need to call. You’ve just removed the reason I joined.
