@Optus for the past week, it's been impossible for travellers in the USA on Optus to use their phones. No service to local carriers. So no contact with banking or any site requiring text validation. Pathetic!

@number30five optus pulled the same bullshit with your internet, they also told me my mobile plan is going up $7 or some ****. makes me so angry cause like.. i'm in a contract, i'm not allowed to cancel or leave without fees but they can just change the original agreed contracted price? lol

@VodafoneAU absolutely regret signing a plan with you lot. Absolute disgraceful service here in Perth. Horrendous coverage that is so bad I’m lucky to get 2 signal bars in a location those I’m sitting with get 5 bars with Optus. I will forever warn people off your ****** service!

@richo_1973 @OptusSport Fun fact. Several months ago Optus did that to me. I cancelled. Last week i was looking for another way to watch premier league. I logged back into Optus SubHub. Optus Sport was there as an option for $6/month again for 12 months. Not sure how long the cool-down is, but it resets

Not sure how many people are with Optus (or Vodafone which is apparently owned by Optus) but I received a text from the official Optus phone number today saying they couldn't process my monthly payment and to go to a link to fix it.
