    @virgotweet I've just had lunch with a friend who "tried" to get into the our local Dept Of Transport. The queue was all the way into the car park, literally. Mostly optus customers. She like me is a telstra customer. Optus is becoming a damn nuisance for everybody.

    @RavenZech2 Received this too. Don’t know how many times I have filled out application asking for my drivers license number, but never the card number. In response to their ***-up Optus seems more interested in the cost of fixing the hack rather than looking after their customers wellbeing🙄

    I just got off the phone with Service NSW about the Optus hack. I have to say it the service was second to none all sorted in less the 15min.

    @vicki_woods_au Having worked at Optus Enterprise for 3 years (left 12 months ago) I can tell you KBR (as she is known) will be hurting from this data breach. She is tough but. Never count her out. Massive job ahead for her and Optus to rebuild trust with the Australian consumer.

    @antoinette_news I am not sure why the media making optus big issue, your ID all over the world starting with Google, so what is the problem
