@virgotweet I've just had lunch with a friend who "tried" to get into the our local Dept Of Transport. The queue was all the way into the car park, literally. Mostly optus customers. She like me is a telstra customer. Optus is becoming a damn nuisance for everybody.

  • nim_jpg NIM (@nim_jpg) reported

@Optus you still cant give me exact updates on my device. What’s the point of preorder, I don’t think I’ll get my sim-card and device soon, I’ll wait few more days before I cancel my order.

  • healthbudi Health Bud (@healthbudi) reported

@RavenZech2 Received this too. Don’t know how many times I have filled out application asking for my drivers license number, but never the card number. In response to their ***-up Optus seems more interested in the cost of fixing the hack rather than looking after their customers wellbeing🙄

  • JohnMil48810492 John Mills (@JohnMil48810492) reported

I just got off the phone with Service NSW about the Optus hack. I have to say it the service was second to none all sorted in less the 15min.

  • Dontkillpunk W⚓️ (@Dontkillpunk) reported

So it turns out my personal info was leaked and I’m not even a Optus customer anymore wtf man #OptusHack

@JFreddy44 @MadsMelbourne @Optus Legislation started under the Libs with bipartisan support. They all have their orders. Just looking for a way to slide it in with public support and now they have it

@vicki_woods_au Having worked at Optus Enterprise for 3 years (left 12 months ago) I can tell you KBR (as she is known) will be hurting from this data breach. She is tough but. Never count her out. Massive job ahead for her and Optus to rebuild trust with the Australian consumer.
