@Optus Yes, the status page has said reduced service, under investigation for the past two days. That is why I was asking if there was repair work going on. It's a bit of a pain when it happens during the day.

@Optus what's the update on NBN cable? Still under investigation over a day later and thousands of customers still in the dark unable to receive service I hope you guys this is unacceptable service I don't want a DM I already got one and it was like talking to a brick wall.

CCP pigs refused to leave. They messed up my account. Due to Optus’ poor service, they over charged me money. We’re fighting hard at the moment. They would pay back every their movement no matter aggressive attacking or instigating grass-roots people, neighbours, etc.
