    @lotus2955 @MarkMcGowanMP The restrictions we have now are simply theatre. So Optus can hold 75%. Yea thats really going to help. McGoo simply cannot take that last step to stop inane restrictions

    @optus And how is it your site is literally so bloated it is impossible to load when experiencing service issues. It is beyond ridiculous. Lucky I have telstra on my phone or I'd have no internet access right now. Unhappy with optus wireless internet. Boooo.

    @Optus We spoke to an Optus person on the phone who said there was an outage in the area and they were working on the problem. The Optus app told us the same thing. That was almost 3 days ago and we’ve heard nothing since. We have people trying to work from home who need the Internet.

    @Optus What happened to democracy ? I'm literally adding security. This service makes my ice cold blood boil. If I get my own router I can do what I want. I can also hack the Optus modem and post a tutorial on YouTube cos Optus acting like snek. But why must I ? Plz send halp

    @Optus Service is down for the second time during a flood crisis. First time it was down for days. So far it's been down all day. Northern NSW. Just not good enough.

    @Optus still shockingly bad 5G. I just get told work is being done on a tower but I should not be impacted… can’t zoom, can’t even open my emails this morning. Not good enough Optus! I see you are giving the same answer to everyone else.
