    @NBN_Australia Yeah thanks, I've been trying to get answers from you guys since last Monday and I keep getting lied to, redirected to the NBN outage hotline and plain ****** around. So I ended up upgrading my Optus phone plan and hotspotting until it gets fixed. Thanks

    @Optus From the beginning (about four months ago) til today, I have had a terrible time with this company. I will be going back to Vodafone as soon as I am able to. There isn't enough room in a tweet to discuss many issues.

    @Optus Thanks Aron, but the issue has never been fixed after ever other time I've sent a DM and provided information about my TV'S and devices etc. I don't even get an update on what the issue is or if one has been found

    @Optus Tried restarting... now online with the spinning wheel in the middle. Watching on Samsung 8K TV with Telstra cable internet. Also issue watching on Samsung Mobile through 5G network.
