    @Optus The reply was that the modem was connected and everything is fine. Com'on, another joke! Surely I am creating all the problem for the fun of it? Unbelievable!

    @parthenope Not there yet. Will visit Optus today. Ombudsman should only be used when you've explored all avenues. I won't be mucking about with this. Needs to have resolution today.

    @Optus The internet signal is very poor and it has been since last night. When using the NBN in Reservoir, the speeds are very slow or the internet might even drop out at times. Your website says that there are some problems in my area but it has been 12 hours.

    @Optus Guys, fix the issue for @OptusSport tv app. Whenever i switch off the TV, i get signed out of my account & that's super freaking annoying!! Enable permanent log in!

    @HernanR33917353 @Optus Fr man they’ll tell me to turn my router off when I’ve done the same thing over and over again. Like I just can’t deal with their **** especially when I have stuff I gotta get done.
