    Lucky for me I had second thoughts and checked my billing details via the @Optus app instead (which showed no billing issues at all). Never let down your guard.

    I’m done with @Telstra today. Been with them for close to 10 years and they still treat their customers like ****. Optus it is baby

    @Optus @danielricciardo @scottyjames31 Answer your phone - don’t worry about sports - you can’t provide basic internet in Sydney - stay in your lane and fix your phone and internet issues!!! Two days of listening to your on hold music is making this so much worse !!!!

    @TammyWolffs @Optus I think they know/understand that they have a loyal customer base, but that comes with appreciation both ways. Hope your issues dont happen again and you get complimentary data too!

    As a happy customer, I recommended my friend to switch to @Optus. Been facing few issues, was overcharged, to name the primary one. 2.5 months 4 store visits 8 customer care calls (avg 45 min each) Not yet sorted. @Optus please suggest best way before reaching out to TIO.

    @TammyWolffs @Optus that is INSANE! The issues in the last 24-48 hours are the exact reasons people steer clear of Telstra. Hope it's a one-off, but would appreciate some complimentary data.

    Ok Optus wireless ,4g internet Is 59 a month So? Ok it's portable ok it's a modem that sits on your desk or bookcase With 500 GB a month If NBN goes down you have wireless It works like your mobile phone AVG speed ,20mbs in peak Not great but very usable

    @Optus phone helpline, get told whole server is down request call back which never happens. This is the worst customer care ever
