    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @Optus is THE WORST. Locks me out of the app. Impossible to speak to a human. Getting sent in an endless automated loop that goes nowhere all the while having to hear a cheery voice say 'We've made it easy to contact us' is the SEVENTH CIRCLE OF HELL.

    @Optus working from home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and have lost internet and phone yet your outage site says there’s no issue in my area.

    @Westpac Thank you. The further joke is that you then send an email saying you have used a third party service. Really? So now more companies have all this information. Have you heard about Medibank? And Optus?

    @optus I wonder what your broadband market share is like. Your service is ****. I have been trying to upgrade my plan for 24 hours and not even got to a plan upgrade stage. You are rubbish.

    I try and live my life without hate in my heart but I hate @Optus with a burning rage. Worst customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Once I resolve this billing issue I’m switching to Vodafone.

    @Optus I can’t tell if someone again is adding to my account as Optus let my dead father of 20 years add an nbn service. Pretty amazing for a cremated person to do that.
