@Optus what the hell going on …I’m getting REPEATED messages by the dozen from my daughters iphone to my iPhone (TELSTRA customer!) Is this part of your hacked problem. Please help it’s driving us crazy!!
@Optus customer for 8 years and had the worst experience in a optus store , trying to send my phone trough insurance claim , whle on the phone Got accused , offend , abused ( my only lucky was the store manager that was in store and was on my side) still noone could find my phone
@Tayzlor @NBN_Australia @elonmusk CBDs were served by fibre well before NBN was ever dreamt up. Unis also had fibre - AARNet. The problem was residential, the failing copper, poor Optus cable. Unfortunately the market was doing nothing as Telstra controlled it all.
@ShitFuckery1 Whenever I've had a problem with teleco companies it's always with Optus, they're atrocious will push it until the ombudsman is about to hit them with a fine and then they cave, and nothing has changed since Binchicken took hold of the reins
(1) How has @Optus handled the #DataBreach? 1/. #PR advised "radio silence" - less said the better 2/. Send subtle messages out via the Government 3/. Deflect customers with overt phrasing on support calls 4/. Wait until the timing is right to launch the 'positivity campaign'

Is it possible for a telecommunications company to have worse Customer Service than Optus ? If you don't have an Optus App, or use their website...they don't want to deal with you. letters. Emails and phone calls are NOT acceptable 😵💫 Management doesn't care !
