    @Winter_Czar @Optus I'm curious if you're still experiencing issues. I've been in and out of connectivity since the 02/02. I'm in 2227 so could be the Kirrawee tower.

    @Optus I eventually got someone to help explain but your pho e access needs serious review. I am calling from a non Optus phone and your system is useless in that regard as well.

    @Optus I’ve emailed back. Basically you have overcharged for 5 months and are in breach of your contract. But don’t seem to care. I am sure if I didn’t my full bill for 5 months you would have cancelled my service by now!

    @Optus That's what I was hoping to here. Me, I mean my friend will be signing up as soon as my, I mean their contract with @Telstra is up in May. I hope Optus never decide to go down the same stupid path forcing customers into direct debits.

    @Optus home internet keeps disconnecting and then we’re having to reset the modem at least 10 times a day, already reset it 3 times in the last hour, are there any issues with services at the moment?
