    @NBN_Australia since morning 9AM broadband Internet is down at Liverpool post code 2168. The only status update i can see from Telstra, Optus and NBN page is “under investigation”.. Bit more explanation with ETR is much appreciated. Can’t work from home without Internet.

    @Optus I had an extremely negative customer service experience yesterday where I spent over 2 hours on hold with multiple customer service representatives and not one person was able to help me with my billing enquiry. How can I request a call back?

    @Optus I am trying to get in touch with your enterprise team to discuss Teams Phone but it's impossible, I reach voicemail and no-one calls back, poor service, I want to spend money you know!

    @charlierobinson @Optus Every single time I've gone down this path, they ask me to go online and fill out a form. Which appears to then disappear into the ether. I've never once had a reply addressing actual issues.
