@Optus I’ve reported the issue multiple times. Had multiple cases open. I finally got a “we’ll get back to you in 24 hours” after talking to a supervisor. I shouldn’t need todo that.

@Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

So disappointed with @Optus. After being a loyal customer since they began in Australia in the early 90’s, I’m now done with them. Not only do they fob me off and not follow through with promises, now they can’t respond to a bill paid msg! Do better.
